I just put on my headphones. I understand this happens and sympathize with the parents. However, they allowed this child to constantly kick my seat through the flight which was annoying and unfortunate. There were empty seats in front of me but I didn't want to offend anyone by asking to move. :("

And then smirked at me like she'd put me in my place. I was speechless, never delt with suncountry employee who was rude. Really disappointed with this experience"

The flight was delayed a total of 5 times for a total delay of about 4 hours. The original scheduled flight was for 6:35 pm and we didn't actually leave the ground until almost 10:30. We kept getting pushed back. I am not certain if it was due to weather (in another area) or required flight crew rest, both of which I would understand. There was no reason posted that I saw. I have a 10 yo son who has Autism and should be in bed no later than 10 pm, preferably 9 pm. I appreciate all that Allegiant does for the military, and therefore, will continue to fly on your airline. I will NOT, however, take any more evening flights as most of the ones I've flown on have either been delayed or altogether cancelled. Again, I truly appreciate your recognition of retired and active duty military. 8/10 is a B and can be improved upon with more clarevoyance and keeping on-time flights."

They delay flights regularly but there’s never any additional information...they just send you a text or email saying your flight is delayed, never tell you why, but they want you at the gate at the regular time...so you sit there for hours with No further communication and the gate agents never come to the gate to let you know what’s going on or what to expect because corporate has gotten stingy with regard to compensating folks even when THEY are to blame for the delay. Two trips in a row, two weeks apart, they’ve done the same thing to us. I appreciate the low fares, but I’ve just about decided I’d rather pay more for good customer service because theirs just sucks."

Cons: "As retired military we were to have assigned seats since we purchased our tickets but somehow our return tickets separated us by 2 rows & opposite sides of plane. We were supposed to be in an isle seat & a window seat in the same side & row. We do appreciate all Allegiant Air does for the military. Wish all airlines did what they do."

Pros: "Crew likes to have fun with their passengers -- making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. It's a budget airline so you have to pay for things like refreshments and snacks (also, carryons and if you want you boarding pass printed at the airport) -- but don't let that sway you! All it takes is a little prior organization (we packed a couple of sandwiches and printed our passes at home, plus packed very light). Overall a great experience."

Cons: "I was charged double for my ticket, was not told I had to pay for bags till confirmation, I then called them to see why, because I was charged 2 times for Flight my card shut off, they would t even comp my bag. had to pay for my seat, 5$ to check into the flight at the desk, 17$ for a bag online, $50 at the check in counter. $2 for bottle water on the plane?? I will avoid them entirley"

Pros: "I fly this airline airline quite a bit because I have family in the mountains of North Carolina. I have never had a problem with them, I fly out of Fort Lauderdale to Asheville, it's a quick one and a half hour flight. The flight crew is always professional and courteous."

Cons: "After the horrendous delays getting to my destination I just bit the bullet and bought new tickets (duplicates) on a different airline to get back home-- rather than risk a repeat experience. Ended up costing an extra $300 but at least I didn't have to spend an entire day in an airport trying to keep my 7 year old from losing his mind."

Cons: "The flight was over 5 hours late. We were supposed to leave at 6:06 PM and didn't leave until about 11:10 PM. We were supposed to get into Asheville at about 8:00 PM, but finally arrived about 1:00 AM. I fly this route frequently and Allegiant has a terrible problem with on-time flights and communications with passengers waiting for their flights. I am not certain what the problem is, but it is a significant issue with them. Captain was "bubbly" and upbeat without properly managing the passengers' expectations. Bad public relations."
