Cons: "Maui to LAX GOOD. LAX to Phx crowded for Covid19 situation. Sat in middle seat between two other passengers. PHX to Santa Ana no one sat in the middle seat. It concerns me that such cheek to jowels seating could backfire"

Cons: "Over 3 hours late for no good reason. Took an hour for maintenance to show up to sign a piece of paper. Changed departure gate 3 times. Wake up American, you’re service has gone completely to hell. And hellish is how I would describe the experience of flying on your airline"

Cons: "Timeliness was awful. Late crew delayed the flight 50 min. Then ripped cargo net resulted in cargo shift."

Cons: "The male flight attendant was rude and short when answering questions and providing service!"

Cons: "I was told that 30 minutes is plenty of time to make a connection at DCA. However in order to make a connection there you need to take a bus across the tarmac. The bus sat on the tarmac loading up with way too many people for 10+ min… Almost missed our connection"

Cons: "It was my first time taking Virgin America and I didn't know movies weren't free. I used to travel a lot and I've never had to pay for movies. I ended up watching 12 episodes of Big Bang Theory because it was the only free thing to watch that wasn't LinkedIn videos or Disney, which really sucked. Comfort level wasn't any better than any of the other airlines and service was the same as well. I've heard good things about Virgin but my experience was just mediocre."

Cons: "No safety briefing for infants, rude gate staff, primitive fleet, terrible customer service at all levels."

Cons: "The airport was super crowded and the space in the plane was cramped (and I am a small person - 120 pounds). The plane was not clean and I actually picked up a virus on the plane and am still sick. I wiped down all of the surface area around my seat and still got sick. Airline travel is miserable and crowded and there is minimum service."

Cons: "That fact that on both ways they changed our flights which either we got to the destination late or we had to run across the airport so we don't miss our flights"

Cons: "I tried to standby for an earlier flight on a first class ticket but I was told that's almost impossible as people waiting for upgrades have priority over me, so they may be able to get me a seat but in Economy. So, AA has no problem having a First Class ticketed passenger traveling in Economy and ticketed Economy passengers flying in First Class. Well, I do have a problem with that and didn't stand for it."

Cons: "The in-flight entertainment was out, and the a/c was barely working-not good for a four hour flight. Instead of addressing the issues the flight crew was more interested in chatting with each other. No pre-flight drink service in first class, they rarely even passed through the canin."
