Was told I would have choices of other seats that I did not have to pay for but this was not true. Was told at check in 24 hrs before I could get her another seat and not pay. For a 10 hr flight, my tv screen did not work. Staff tried to fix it but were unsuccessful."

But the flight attendant served us drinks and snacks while on the ground. And after we took off he came around again and offered us more drinks and snacks. As we departed the plane he even offered us snacks to take with us."

Cons: "My ticket was cancelled because of a misrepresentation made by an agent when I had to rebook the outgoing leg of this trip. I had to pay $670 for new ticket at the airport with no other options and very little help from the LatAm agents. I'll never book another ticket with this airline."

Cons: "The flight left almost 6 hours late, and the delay was not directly due to weather. Another flight from and to the same airports left as scheduled 3 hours before this one finally left."
Cons: "I never experienced the flight because I wasn't given a seat. The airline oversold the flight and I never got to go. I missed my once in a lifetime experience because the airline is greedy at my (and other people's) expense. I missed out on a priceless experience. Not only that, the bag that I checked did not make it off the flight so I remained in DC while my bag went to Medellin. I had to purchase new toiletries and had to make arrangements to get back to the airport. As of now, I do not plan on choosing American Airline nor LATAM for my future flights."
Cons: "The "valet" checking of larger carry on bags was not acceptable. Passengers were expected to load their bags on a large cart while airline workers stood by watching them struggle, including the elderly. I was very disappointed and embarrassed for this airline. Customer service is definitely not a priority!"

Pros: "The crew onboard the United flights were very friendly and capable. Plus I downloaded the United app and was able to watch any show I could think of but Landed on Westworld, cause I can never catch-up."
Cons: "Virtually no food included on an $800 dollar 5 hr flight. I even upgraded economy elite. In the equivalent range Alaskan gives a very nice fo-meal in a box. Finally, I arrived for my flight from San Luis Obispo an hour and 45 minutes early and stood in line to check my small bag for the first 45 minutes. At which point the desk agent made the announcement she would no longer take bags. Luckily my bag was small enough to be considered a carry on so I just went to security. I don't know what people with large bags behind me did? then it takes another 45 mins to get through security at which point they see my 5 inch knife on X-ray machine. Which I packed 3 days earlier when I planned to check my bag. Lost the knife, fine, my fault, goodbye favorite pocket knife. but now I am randomly selected for explosives LOL by TSA. I get to the gate the gate agent scans a ticket for the person infront of me. I step up and the same gate agent puts her hand over the scanner and says sorry it is late!? There were 6 other people behind me and this is a 22 person plane. So I still not upset walk back out of the security area because TSA closes the area in between flights and call United. They get me on the next flight out and rescheduled my following flight only a 3 hour wait. An hour goes by and the first desk agent, they have been holding the first flight because enough people aren't onboard. SLB is a joke."

Gouging people leaving a massive flood! The governor of MO declared a State of Emergency yet my trip cancellation insurance didn't cover what was clearly beyond my control. I'm left with some hard feelings."

Cons: "On my first flight segment there was an issue with wifi. I was not able to connect. Also, the route was unnecessarily long. I flew a different carrier home and cut 3 hours in flying time."

Cons: "i got there super early and print my ticket. and i rrcieved an.email saying my flight changed into another nonstop one. i went to a staff.for help. he told me my fligjt has changed an printed out a new one for me. when the new flight start boarding another staff told me i was not on the list, thus i have no seat, I have to stand by. i mean what is going on with your system? no one stand out even for an apology. i was planning to arrive newark ar 8pm, instead i got here almost 12am and missed all my schedules. the staff was rude and did not even admit it. well thanks UNITED, will never book your flight any more also the flight i.took has no wifi no audio no outlet.nothing. and has a mechanical maintanance for a delay for 4 hours."

We had 2 in our party that had made the plane (grp4, child n wife). After about a half hr of confusion and a handful of volunteers to take alternate flights, I boarded along with a friend who was traveling with me, they then shut the door behind us telling the rest they couldn't board"
Pros: "Flight was smooth and on board crew was nice and helpful. Flight attendant noticed I came on with a cane and offered to have a wheelchair ride available in the SF airport. Reminding me that it was a large airport. I declined, but she encouraged me to try it and I agreed. She was concerned and very helpful."
Cons: "The plane was a small plane and we had to disembark on the tarmac. There were two attendants with wheelchairs but they didn't have my name so I walked on. The flight attendant called to me and said to wait. One of the attendants came up with a wheelchair and said he would take me. Unfortunately, a steep ramp had to be used to get into the airport building. He asked another worker to help him and all the way up the ramp I had to listen to comments about "good thing they had eaten their Wheaties" and "they were getting a good workout." I know that I am not a small person, but these ongoing comments were rude and insulting. When we got into the gate the attendant told me that he didn't have my name on his list and had to call for permission to take me through the airport. I waited and he came back and said he couldn't take me, but if I could wait someone else could come for me. I had waited enough already and suffered their rude comments, so I said no thanks and walked slowly through the airport. This experience has left me with a bad feeling for the airline and its personnel. I believe their staff could use sensitivity training at the very least!"

Cons: "The delay at the end of a long day kicked our butts. United's communication via boarding agents, the United App, etc was terribly delayed and unacceptable. Not having pilots in place to fly the plane was unacceptable. We will find an alternate airline in the future if possible."
Cons: "We rushed skipping a planned meal during our expected layover to the second leg of our journey only to sit waiting for the second delayed flight. The delay included a prolonged wait of about 20 minutes on the tarmac AFTER departing from the gate. During the accelerated dash to LAX, the flight attendants didn't have time to serve beverages to the entire cabin. Less then half of the cabin were served leaving the rest of the parched passengers unserved including myself and my companion. The flight attendants were good doing the best they could under the circumstances. As with the first leg of the flight, I couldn't figure out the entertainment system and couldn't download the entertainment app from the Apple app store (I couldn't get the store to open on the onboard wireless system to download the app)."
Pros: "The PRICES are Terrible It went from $81 dollars to $1397 dollars. There timing on changes there Prices are Bad. And I think there seats could be adjusted a little bit more because I have Neck Problems"
