The agent at check in and at the gate were less than thrilled to be at work. I'm not a fan of Kayak's placement on the plane. I got put in the middle seat and none of my preferences were used.
Spanish speaker flight attendants were incredibly rude. A male flight attendant named Allen, grabbed my bag out of the overhead bin and moved it without my permission. When I asked what he was doing, he informed me that the overhead bins were public space? It would be easy to ignore this comment, as you don’t know the whole story, but the flight attendants were militant and rude. Delta, you can do better!
In ATL they have two sets of departure screens. Follow what is on your airline's departure board - the ATL Airport Authority departure board had completely incorrect details about the gate assignment for my flight, which would have made me miss boarding.
Flight was delayed it was hot while sitting on the plane, one engine was working on the plane until they had to do some jimmy rigging down the runway in order for the other engine to charge up. It was ridiculous

The only thing I would say is we tried to get on a standby earlier flight, but with our fair we couldn’t. That seems senseless to leave with open seats..

We liked the way we were treated by the sraff at lima airport counter and the the flight attendants. We did not like the fact that the kiosks at airport rebooted after we entered our information and then told us that there was an issueand we needed to go to the counter. Such a waste of time for a group of 6. Once we got our boarding passes there was no assigned gate so we did not know where to go.
Honestly first time flying with delta and it was pretty good. All the process very smooth and crew was always nice and attentive.
Nothing I like, I missed this connection b/c of an earlier flight delay. I had to stay one more night and I paid out my own pocket. LATAM failed to send me to a safe and decent hotel.
It was delayed for 2 hours. Then when we arrived they took us on a very uncomfortable bus and left us there. The bus driver wouldn't let us out because no one from Latam was there. Everything was disaster.
LATAM is a great airline who takes care of there guests. They consistently walk around and see if you need water in addition to taking care of all the passengers. The chicken in process is really easy and I’m always offered a chance for an upgrade which I appreciate.
Deleted flight made me loose my connection flight now stuck in Atlanta for a day

Comfort in exit seat was excellent. FLight crew and flight were excellent. However exit seat tray table was broken so could not use it. Entertainment monitor did not work at all despite attempts to reset it.
We traveled with two young children, and it was not possible for our family to be seated together. No one offered help or assistance to organize seating so we could sit with our kids. In the end, we managed to find two seats in Economy so I could at least sit with one of them, even though I had originally paid for Comfort+. In summary, I had to downgrade my seat just to be able to sit with one of my children, which was very disappointing
I booked a flight through Kayak to Brazil I have traveled to Brazil several times before Kayak Delta or LATAM never mentioned during the booking or in the pre flight process that the visa requirements to visit Brazil have changed earlier this year. I was unaware of this change and as such never got a visa and was unable to fly from JFK to Sao Paulo Add to this that Delta allowed me to fly from Boston to JFK which they should not have as I didn’t have a visa. It has been a terrible experience and a huge loss of money
Booked through Kayak Business, had a seat in middle and towards back due to booking rate, not comfortable.

Flight crew was super friendly and helpful. Food was frequent and honestly pretty good. Plenty of on-board entertainment. Economy seats are super cramped for such a long flight, but the crew allowed people to get up and stretch, and kids could wander with their parents, so we all made it work. Overall a very good experience.

Staff were not attentive, wifi did not work, cut my head in the bathroom due to the position of the soap on the sink, had blood running down my face, told staff, they had no expression no sympathy, didn't even say "sorry", they said "oh we will have a look at that" about 10 mins later the purser brought me a bandaid, still no sorry.... This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.
This was a hard flight. 3 delays out of OKC (1 on the Tarmac). Delay in Atlanta coming to Dallas. total travel time was the equivalent of driving from OKC to Atlanta.

The airplane was an old model, the overhead didn’t have enough room for people’s items and made boarding and boarding disappointing and stressful. Crew allowed passengers to bring more than the permitted baggage sizes.
Flying in the United States with the major airlines has become so underwhelming. A 2-3hr flight in most other parts of the world with the major carriers of the area comes with newer, CLEANER aircraft and significantly better in flight service in terms of both staff attitude and a actual meal service.
The flight was delayed for over an hour. No one at the gate said anything about the flight being delayed. I had to rely on my phone for updates. Absolutely no communication at the gate.
The AC broke and we were onboard for 2 hrs waiting for them to fix it. It was so hot and we could not get any water or anything to drink. They finally let us off the plane after the second attempt and we boarded a new plane. We didn't land till 12:15am!
The boarding process was simple but the seats were very uncomfortable. The staff lady was also very hard to understand when she spoke over the intercom about procedures and updates. Other staff members seemed like they were just tired and didnt want to be on the plane. Im used to happy attendants and being able to understand what is said over the speakers.
The seats on this aircraft were so uncomfortable it was like sitting on high school gym bleachers. I’m not sure we will fly spirit again. I also paid for the so called shortcut security and ended up being told to get in the regular security line, don’t waste your money.

I didnt have a flight. Kayak must be on drugs because I confirmed with spirit that I had no booked flight.
We were surprised to be charged $99 for a personal item. And of course everything offered on the flight was an additional charge. Other than that the pilot flew and landed the plane well and the attendants and fellow passengers were nice enough.
