The Phildalphia to Allentown portion was a BUS, not a plane. All was as expected.
Very crowded flight but what can you expect these days?? Crew was accommodating.
Small outdated plane from Philly to Des Moines with very uncomfortable seats. The plane was old, so we had mechanical issues that delayed us for 3 hours with very little communication. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will try to never fly AA again.
The seats in economy were appeared to be quite thin and lack sufficient cushioning to be comfortable. Perhaps it was my seating position but the plane seemed notably load.
Internet was a bit expensive and did not work ask that week otherwise a good flight
They don't make it easy or promote their food options. Dirty plane. Delayed.
International baggage recheck process in Philadelphia was a disaster. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive our bags. Waited 15 minutes to recheck bags, flight notification boards were blank so we asked an AA representative for our connecting gate and we were directed to the wrong terminal and gate. Our connection window was over 3 hours and we made our flight by 5 minutes. We pulled away from the gate and sat on the runway for 1 1/2 hours. 1 of our 4 bags didn’t make it to Phoenix. The mobile app for lost baggage didn’t work, the AA rep had to manually fix.
I miss my flight and they could not rebook me that day because the other flight was full, and for the next day I had to pay a whole new fee again which I think is unprofessional
The flight had a delay that made me being in a real rush to take the second flight. The delay was almost for 2 hours. They moved us from gate to gate in 4 times. Once I arrived to Philadelphia, I got to run thorough all the airport, as the train was already closed by that time. So I got sick with asthma for all the running I had to do. And I was the last one to board, when it was almost closed. So irresponsable with the people
Absolutely horrible. Usually pay $40-$50 to check luggage in. I tried to check my suitcase in and the price is raised to $70. That's ridiculously greedy c'mon. I had to leave my suitcase with all my clothes and hygiene products and repurchase once i landed in Atlanta. You guys make it really stressful to travel. Don't even want to travel anymore.
They cancelled the flight 3 hours prior departure. Had to spend $400 for a ne way flight with Delta Airlines! Spirit Airlines are not serios!
Over SOLD flight. It does not matter that you were able to check in 24 Hours before and confirm your flight. At the airport, the company SPIRIT rep wanted to remove people who pay for lower fares.
Everything was on time and the crew was very helpful. Would definitely use again
Offer snacks for free. You are charging for the flight for the carry on for the seat and for a snack??? Lord
We paid for upgrade seats (3A & 3B) the seats on front and the seats behind us got complimentary water & soda, but we got charged, had to pay for everything. Does not make any sense ?
Spirit charges you to breathe in their presence. They have you pick and buy your seat in advance and then I got bumped from the seat I paid for because THEY overbooked the flight by a dozen people. they do not provide any entertainment, they do not provide even a small cup of water - you have to pay for everything. I will never fly Spirit again.
why's KAYAK involved? why'd Spirit charge me $19.72 on Apr 28 and $4.49 on May 1 ? And ironically my credit card had to be cancelled after trip due to a bogus charge, wonder if using it on the plane enabled a scammer to get it.
For a round trip ticket costing US$460 extra, I did not get priority boarding, hence people took my overhead luggage space, the steward almost threatened me when I told him to remove the suitcase that was there. Airport staff in USA and Colombia, are NOT flexible or helpful when you pay extra, and look away or walk away when you want a correction. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: Ads say "wine and dine" when you pay extra, NOT AT ALL!!! you get ONE alcoholic drink, ONE soda, and as much popcorn and/or nuts as dinner on a long trip. MORE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: out of 4 legs on my trip ONLY TWO had WiFi, and there is NO movies nor magazines on board, so why do you ask about entertainment? ... If it was not for the fact that you are the only choice for trips to many destinations from Newark Airport, I would never fly with you! ... How about a refund for the extra money paid to make my trip bearable, was, in some ways worse than if I had just flew coach! ... YOU ARE BANKRUPT, DO BETTER, EARN RESPECT AND TRUST
Absolutely Terrible. It was delay after delay after delay. I should have been arriving in Philadelphia at 12:05am from Fort Lauderdale instead I didn’t depart from Fort Lauderdale until 12:33am with no rhyme or reason as to why the flight was delayed. The only compensation we received were 12 dollar meal vouchers which by that time we were already boarding the plane and most of the place in the airport were closed so none of the vouchers got used because we were told that we could not use them on the plane .
