Pros: Kinda confusing the train finding the gates

Pros: They looked for 18 people to get off the plane because of weight restrictions and the process was very disorganized
Cons: Organization

Pros: 2 and 2 seats, all occupied, no distancing.
Cons: Better seating, boarding from the tail to decrease contact

Pros: Fast transportation and great seat
Cons: The air hostess were rude.

Pros: The leg room was really great!
Cons: Difficult finding room in over head bin for carry on bags.

Pros: Smooth ride, great crew, free flight entertainment with screen built into each seat.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Why did aa.com make a connection with alaska airlines? I had to LEAVE the airport to switch termknals, go through security again, then my luggage never made it to the next flight.

Pros: The crew was great. I showed up to early and they were able to adjust my flight so I wasn’t sitting at the airport all day. Best service.

Cons: More room is what everyone wants. It’s unrealistic though. First class was pretty comfortable.

Pros: Short flight. Great helpers with my mom!

Pros: Like the multiple USB charging outlets and the mobile device holder on the backrest

Pros: Yes! The crew was amazing! The seat was perfect!
Cons: It was very cold on the plane.

Pros: The crew was exceptional. The seats are very uncomfortable. It feels like you are being packed in a sardine can.
Cons: The airlines need to take into consideration, the Price that passengers pay for an airline ticket, only to be restricted in those uncomfortable positions on the average of 2 to 3 hours.

Pros: Crew was very nice and professional.
Cons: Plane was very hot and cramped.

Pros: The boarding process was not complicated and my moved along in an orderly fashion.
Cons: Make the seats more comfortable! Especially on long fights where the risk of blood clots are higher.

Cons: Check in at Heathrow was a pain. One agent asking questions about where people work and who there manager was. The other not. Having to tag baggage yourself is frustrating, especially when nobody is around to ask questions and ensure it’s done right.

Pros: Flights were on schedule and my daughter got to her final destination early!
Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: Military boards with first class.
Cons: It was very warm on plane. Sat on tarmac for 30 min with no explanation. Flight attendant said she didn’t have any head phones but the. I saw another one with head phones later in the flight.

Cons: My transfer was supposed to be from JFK, but when I arrived a staff told me to take a taxi and go to LaGardia airport. Nobody apologized neither explained why I had to go there. Instead from leaving New York at 5.25 pm the flight was delayed to 8.30 pm. Horrible flight with angry employees

Cons: Small, cramped seating

Cons: I missed both meals because I was asleep. I usually get woken up by the flight staff, but this time I just missed them. The first time, I woke up on my own to see everyone finishing their food, so I asked for a meal and I got one; the second time, I woke up to see the trash being collected, but never got a chance to ask for my meal because no member of the flight staff passed me again. I landed in LA at midnight and was starving.

Pros: Nothing!!!
Cons: The seat in front of me reclined so far that the guy in that seat had his head less than a foot from my face and my knees were being smashed by his seat. Very painful.

Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Well I missed my cousin wedding because of the delay in NY, Chicago and AZ how is that even possible American Airline

Pros: Very little
Cons: Gotta fly from HOU to DFW to get anywhere ... Delays, running from gate to gate .. meanwhile AA staff and gate agents are always scowling and never helpful. In general, flying is expensive and sucks.

Cons: 7.5 hr flight from Lisbon to Philadelphia on a dingy old plane that looks like it hasn’t been retrofitted in close to 20 years, with no charging ports for electronics, which seems insane in this day and age, especially for such long flights. Had no in-seat entertainment systems either, and only offered news and sports on the American wi-fi service — not their usual lineup of movies and TV.

Pros: Just about everything was wonderful. Flight crew was great, infotainment centers are always a plus, and the seats are better than I remember (don’t get excited, slightly).
Cons: This was considered an international flight, as we discovered when we were directed to the international terminal. It was also a 6 hour flight so... where was the food?! We could pay upwards of $10 for 3-4 options, none of which were 100% kid friendly. What’s up with that?

Pros: Crew was great, and flight was relatively on time.
Cons: Itinerary I received was for British Airways, with whom I have always had excellent experiences. However, I discovered at check-in I would actually be traveling on American Airlines with a different flight no. I had already provided my BA flight numbers to family. No explanation was give to me prior to flight that this would be the case. Food was terrible- even for Coach class - I don't always expect a gourmet meal, but BA was consistently good in the past, so I had positive expectations. My personal entertainment system did not work properly so I could not use it.

Pros: Relatively quick embarkation process despite having to walk outside. Got us safely to destination.
Cons: Those old turbo props suck big time. Not only everything looks dated but the engine drone and especially the vibration are unbearable. I have flown turbo-prop in Europe and they didn’t seem so noisy and transmitting so much vibration.

Pros: pleasant crew
Cons: CRJ900 is a small plane. no WiFi

Cons: The fact that my original seats were not given. The other issue was that Alaska wasn’t my airline but American was. They didn’t even tell me until I got to the gate, moved over to another and then got transferred over to my gate.

Cons: Not enough food to feed all passengers and the service was very slow.

Pros: Flying beats driving
Cons: no entertainment or food.

Pros: Left on time
Cons: Some glitch said the flight was delayed, when it wasn't. Good thing I checked with the Check In Counter.

Pros: Flight only half full. Had both seats near window so could almost lay down to sleep. Crew was very helpful.

Pros: On time arrival

Cons: We waited for 3 hours inside the plane on taxi then had to get off for an hour because of traffic delays.

Cons: An extremely rude woman told me there was no space to place my bag in the overhead compartment and forced me to step aside and check my backpack. I didn't have a purse or any other item, just a backpack. I told them I had medication and they told me to just put it in my pockets. So I stashed my medicine in my pockets and had no room for my personal items or valuables. I had a hiking backpack with a water bottle in the side, and since they forced me to check the bag, my water bottle flew out of the pocket while it was being loaded onto the plane. Fortunately they at least tracked me down and brought my stainless steel water bottle to my seat. However, it wouldn't fit in the pocket in front of me and I had no other bag to store it in so I had to hold it and a few other belongings in my lap for the entire flight. I also had some other fragile items in my backpack that may or may not be okay. Also, when I boarded the plane, there was still space...there was no need to be so rude and force me to check a bag being used not only as my suitcase but as my purse as well. I'm so displeased with American, their staff, and their overall disorganization. How ridiculous.

Pros: Once again, another good and on time flight with American. I was once again surprised.
Cons: Landing was ROUGH

Pros: Liked that one of the flights ha a usb connection to charge my phone
Cons: It was slightly more cramped in the seating and it was very warm for the duration of the flight

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I know there is little to be done about who you get seated next to. I also know you do your best with full flights. However I was seated next to a frightening woman who touched me and laid on my the whole flight. No matter what I did, she moved closer to touch me and did not give me personal space for the entire flight. Since it was a full flight I couldn't ask to be moved.

Pros: Great entertainment my second leg with personal TVs and great selection of movies and games. Also got great exit row seating for no additional price!

Pros: Flight attendants made sure my family and I were comfortable
Cons: Small leg room space

Pros: Crew was attentive but not overly friendly. Never saw any of them with a smile. Maybe a long day for them..
Cons: Flight was delayed 30 minutes. Gate crew never announced business class boarding. As a result getting to the gate was a madhouse because all passangers jammed the boarding area. The food was not very good at all. Chicken was very dry. Earphones did not work So we could not enjoy the movie. Same problem on the way down. The seats on the 737 are anything but comfortable. Clearly more roomy in business class but not able to relax.

Cons: Baggage claim in PHL really needs an overhaul.... i travel regularly and have waited over 30-40min for my bag the last 3 flights (nov thru march)...

Cons: The wifi entertainment stopped working for me half way through the flight

Cons: Boarding started almost an hour late but the status never went to delayed (they just said it was on time but kept pushing the boarding time back). Arrived in CLT with only 20 min before the next flight departure.

Cons: On a 5.5 hour flight, a snack would have been nice. Crew needs to be friendlier like in the old days.

Cons: Flight cancelled to begin the trip. They did however help us get a flight on Alaska to get us to los cobos

Pros: The crew was nice and everything went well when I was on the plane.
Cons: I booked this as Finnair flight. Finnair is in terminal 5 (international) at ORD. There was nobody at the desk... I was getting nervous. I had to look at my Kayak app for info about my flight ... It was operated by American Airlines out of Terminal 3. I barely made my flight. You should be more explicit on the front end so these mess ups don't happen.
