The flight was very late! Flight attendants were not pleasant (very unusual for SW). It was much too cold on the flight. In order to get the flight home from Oakland, we had to take a flight that required us to travel to San Diego and then to Phoenix. While we landed at Terminal 1, gate 11, in order to get to terminal 1, gate 5, we had to leave the secured area and go through TSA security again. This meant dumping the coffee that I paid a lot of money for and hadn't finished not to mention how inconvenient this simply is.

Delayed for five hours with no explaination from the crew or customer service. Did receive a reimbursement for 100$ thank you.

When you’re able to put down the armrests, there’s a comfortable space for myself. When I can’t use the armrest it’s a weird world with a stranger for a couple of hours

On time departure; early arrival! Cannot hear/understand announcements very well. Crew was efficient, but not particularly friendly.

Planes are delayed all the time for various things and the fact that Southwest didn’t hold the last plane of evening for a flight scheduled to get in only 15 mins after it’s scheduled departure time is ridiculous and offensive. It’s the last flight of the day and unless Southwest will put up or guarantee hotel rooms for passengers they should absolutely have a hold policy for final flights of the day.

Pros: "Okay. So just to give you context. Our flight from SNA Orange County was delayed by almost three and a half hours. We were scheduled to reach Denver at 2 but we ended up reaching at 4:19 pm Our flight from Denver was scheduled to leave at 4:20 pm. We needed up missing our connecting flight. They announced that they were holding the flight just in time for us to make it on board our connecting flight. But when we reached the boarding gate the flight had already left. We had to stay overnight at Denver and only had a return ticket on the same flight the next day (i.e at 4:30 pm the next day). My wife and I are not upset about the delay. I wish the staff could have clearly communicated to us if the flight had already left and not just falsely say they were holding the connecting flight. On top of that I wish they could have given priority for people with connecting flights on the flight from SNA to DEN to first leave the flight. They just made an announcement and didn’t do anything about trying to let the passengers with the connecting flights out first. We lost a good 5-7 minutes just waiting for everyone up front to deboard the flight."

There were MULTIPLE sick people on board the flight and I had two seats but the second person didn’t show. When boarding, someone was in my seat so I moved a row back (no biggie)- but his friend was disgustingly sick (which made sense why he moved to my seat instead of sitting next to him.) I decided to move to the row on the immediate other side away from his germs and the attendant was being a little funny about me moving seats saying on her chart no one was supposed to be there- which caused a Karen attendant to come over and make an even bigger deal- asking me where I’m supposed to be sitting. There were at least 8 open seats in the back and being I paid for TWO- I can move close to the seat I originally paid for being there was a detrimentally SICK gentleman in front of me coughing and sneezing and sniffling. So I had to wear 3 masks and I put my blanket over my head. Very comfortable compared to a moved seat.

Those regional jets are just cramped. Not much you can do.

Issues with luggage, gate agents and flight. Delta has really gone down hill. But the flight agents int he sky were kind and professional. Also enjoyed the entertainment--but shouldn't be charged for headphones.

Passengers behaved and wore masks. Pilot communicative. Flight crew nice.

I was informed from Tripit that the flight was delayed, not by Delta. Reservation personnel took logical course of action to find new flight for connection that we could make because of delayed initial flight. I would recommend that they first see if there is an earlier initial flight that the customer could make, then look at finding later connecting flights. We found out about delay 8 hours prior, so we had plenty of time to get to the airport earlier. Total delay required me to take additional day off of work."

Cons: "The boarding process is very confusing. There are so many different boarding priorities and programs, it is difficult to know where you are in the boarding process. Even if you have a ticket labeled as Group 1, you may still be one of the last boarded because of all the different programs that have priority over you. Would be better to limit the advance boarding to people who need extra help and a single program. This leads to the question, why are there so many different programs? Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."

Forget about overhead space left over, we had to gate check carry on. Seats were very uncomfortable, no room under the seat because of a big metal box for power outlets. No leg room, sat shoulders and thighs touching with neighbors. No meal service, just drinks and pretzels, luckily we picked up something to go changing planes in Dallas. Never again!"

It was the worst flight ever. I don't even know where to begin. My mom was supposed to fly around 6:30pm and a bird happened to get inside the engine. They kept rescheduling the flight all the way until 12am and no one knew what was happening. My mom had to get a hotel to stay tge night. The next day they rescheduled her flight for 11am and the same thing happened. They had no food until 1:30pm and finally left around 2:45pm. This was insane.

I like the fact y’all get me to my destination on time.

If allegiant is going to charge so much for carry on, they need to find a way so front passengers are not squeezed out like this."

I should have gone to Charlotte, parked at my friend's house and paid AA the same rate for a nicer seat and cabin leg room. a la carte pricing ran my bill up even with NO checked luggage. Asheville doesn't have a shuttle service for the long-term parking."

We had landed and were just sitting and waiting on a gate to open. My fellow travler happened to be on her period n was told No she could not use the bathroom. After the 3rd time of her being sent back I got up with her and a tampon in hand n told the staff they had no choice she was using that bathroom. Of course they had to phone the captain and ask for permission which he ok it, but seriously , what are we supposed to do just sit in our blood. That was not cool."

He claimed he had to charge us to do this. We have never been charged before. We fly Allegiant often. The on-board flight crew were so not friendly at all. Typically Allegiant flight attendants aren't as happy as Southwest but they're at least cordial. This crew we're just unhappy, snippy, a little unprofessional (saying huh or what instead of excuse me. Pointing people to things instead of getting it for them or walking them to it) and at one point one stewardess was just rude to a passenger."

Cons: "Flight UA 6270 was initially delayed due to incoming plane delayed for weather. After boarding 2 planes at IAD, we were told after 5 + hrs that the flight to JAX was cancelled. UA Customer Service Agent was slow and not well trained. Other passengers were easily and promptly placed on other flights (UA & other airlines)...we were told that the next available UA flight from IAD to JAX was more than 24 hrs wait. Eventually placed on a UA Flt to CLT at 11 PM. Upon arrival in CLT, we asked the gate Agent for assistance on a Voucher because we had to stay overnight in CLT...we were told that the IAD Agent did not designate us as eligible for a voucher and yet, people next to us flying coach were given a voucher. The Gentleman Agent at our arrival gate was trying to help us but his Madam Supervisor was arrogant and unwilling to help. In an exasperated tone, I asked both individuals if flying First Class would help us get a voucher and her arrogant answer was "do you want me to call the police?" Obviously we left for our Marriott Hotel which was a wonderful customer service experience. Plus our UA Flt from IAD to CLT placed us in Coach (is a refund coming???) We paid for 1st Class for our 12/22 flight and our 12/26 flight. After 3 hrs in a Marriott in CLT we took an AA Flt from CLT to JAX. Also, the UA communication on the status of our baggage was unclear and misleading. Plan to fly American or Delta for future travel."
