The crew were friendly and helpful. I got a cold cup of coffee when it should have been hot, and they corrected it immediately."

I paid $11 for a tiny sandwich (it fit in the palm of my already small hands). I will definitely get good at the airport next time. It may be just as expensive, but at least it will be filling."

I was told a confirmation of a new flight was going to be email once the request from the support had been approved (the email confirmation was never received). I was also instructed multiple times to not show at the airport unless I had receive the confirmation. I was up most of the night waiting for this confirmation that never came!! I received an email this morning letting me know the fight from ALT to Mexico had been delay!! When I opened it to view the itinerary it showed she had been booked for the am fight at 6:30 am! after spending another hour and 35 minutes on the phone your support team could not find a fight until Dec.21!! Not to mention the accepted they had problems with their email system and phones, but asked why didn't I called,mmm I was on the phone for the 3rd time!!!! I am very, very disappointed!! Not a discount was offer or a fight the next day even when I was checking an flights were available!!! Here is the other part,,Rosa came all the way from Mexico to care for her ill sister for the last 2 1/2 months, all she asked was to be able to be back home for the holidays!! Your team insisted on scheduling a flight for next week or a full refund!! This was not a money matter!! It's about getting some one home for the Holidays who has helped a ill person during the most vulnerable time in her life!!"

Cons: "I drove 5 hours to get to the airport and unfortunately ended up delayed because of traffic and slow shuttles from parking. I arrived 1 hour before the flight, but security was so slow I didn't get to the gat until 10 minutes before arrival. There were no gate agents present and despite banging on the gateway door and other Delta agents at the adjacent gate, no one helped me. I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER."

Cons: "I arrived at the airport and had already checked in and had m boarding passes. For some reason they could not find me when I went to check my bag. After 30 minutes they saw that my seat assignment had been changed and that is why my boarding passes that I had printed at home did not match what their computer showed. I booked this reservation in May and had a seat chosen fairly toward the front. I am 73 years old and the closer to the front I can be helps. When I finally got on the plane to my surprise my seat was the very last seat on the plane across from the restroom. People continued to leave the door open after using the restroom so had to get up and continue to close the door or look at the restroom the whole flight. There was never any explanation as to why they did this. As a result, being lst off the plane, I almost missed my connection as I had to go two terminals over for my connection. At my age I cannot run so I arrived as the last people were getting on the plane. I will never fly American Airlines again."

They made us pay $50 to check-in luggage, but then didn't bother to put the bags on our flight. They also tried to charge us twice for the privilege of checking bags. They had no flights that would get us home on the same day, then claimed that since 12 hours had elapsed, we had to repay to check bags. During the flight, they had non stop commercials for their credit card. Ugh"

Cons: "The third party agent, webjet.com, was horrible. American airlines contacted them several times about canceling the ABQ-ORD flight and they never responded. WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."

On the way back, we sat in the plane for over half an hour with no explanation. We then had to de-plane due to engine issues. The attendants at the counter were not that efficient with rescheduling itineraries, as they were often taking breaks, engaging in chit-chat with other workers, and answering personal phone calls during the process. On the connecting flight back, the ground crew "was not ready" for the plane and advised us to "hang out". This made for very little time in finding my connecting flight home (especially because the assigned gate was not even listed in the airport terminal). Not overly dramatic. Just a lot of small things that culminated in a very frustrating travel day. I will likely be avoiding American Airlines in the future."

We could not purchase seats on the Lufthansa flights and could not even check in; therefore we ended up with seats that were not comfortable for us. Lufthansa messed up on our meals despite it being 'confirmed' (we checked with the service desk in Frankfurt). The in flight movies were ok; the touch screens are not sensitive enough and take lots of processing time."

But what I did not like is that my electronic boarding pass I was using on my phone had become expired for some reason, saying my flight had already left the gate as SOON as I landed in DC, but the flight listings said my flight was on time. I then had to visit a customer service desk for them to check what was going on, to check my flight and print me my boarding pass, but they said "I need to hurry"... I JUST LANDED! I then had to hastily make my way to the other side of the terminal just to make the flight that I should have had just over an hour layover for. Was not happy!"

All United execs want to do is screw the passengers at every turn, while flying cramped old aircraft, while they OVERPAY THEMSELVES MILLIONS while giving passengers The Bird!"

Today’s experience was not a whole lot different. First leg of the trip was behind schedule, second was delayed at the terminal for the “cleaning” of the aircraft. I will walk to my destination before ever flying with frontier again."

Cons: "The inability of someone to take responsibility of the mistakes made by DIA and Frontier airlines. I will be bringing this to the attention of Corporate regarding this incident, and if need be I will be contacting the media"

Pros: "The agent was very helpful with my rescheduling. I am hoping my flight two days from now will go well."
Cons: "There was a six hour delay without any likelihood of a departure. Frontier I was told had problems acquiring a crew."

Pros: "Nothing. Would rather take a bus or pay the $ to fly a normal airline."
Cons: "The service is trashy. Frontier customer service hung up on me when I called to complain about rude service. The cheap price is a scam if you have anything more than a personal bag. Absolutely terrible airline. Will not ever fly again."

Cons: "There was a child that kicked the back of my seat the entire time. The parent did nothings so I couldnt sleep. It was even noticeable on how hard the kicks were but no action to correct the child’s behavior. This was the worst flight ever because I felt my comfort was not a priority"

Cons: "When they have published on their website that a personal item sized 14 x 18 x 8 inches and fits under the seat in front of you flies free don’t believe them. I measured my bag and the dimensions published on their website were the EXACT measurements of my bag with all wheels and handles included they still charged me $45 to carry on the plane. The bag even fit into the luggage measuring thing they had at the gate. The only thing sticking out of it were my wheels by 1/2 of an inch. When I measured at home they were even within the measurements posted on their website so I think the luggage measuring tool they use was off. Even it it weren’t, this is a completely discretionary issue that is COMPLETELY up to the agent you deal with. I am an elite traveler with many different travel brands and I’ve had a bag weigh 53 pounds and the agent has let it slide and I’ve had others that were very “by the book” which is fine. A policy is a policy and I respect that completely but this was downright wrong because I know without a doubt that my measurements were correct and even the weight of less than 35 pounds was correct. They also didn’t let me see if it would fit underneath the seat in front of me before charging me. Had they offered that and then if it didn’t made me pay I would have been ok with that but none of this was allowed. My suggestion is not to get caught in their dirt cheap airfare because they will find a way to screw you in the end. They lost a customer for life over $45 dollars. I went all the way to customer service management over the phone and all they did was credit me $15 for the issue which wasn’t fair in my opinion because of all the hoops I had to jump through to get that done was exhausting. Think before you click “BOOK NOW”! The airline overall was less than mediocre as well. Definitely nothing worth flying again even if I hadn’t had the issue I had. I’d pay more for more next time."

Cons: "We made it safely to our destination, but the Memphis airport TSA performed like the lower level bugs they are. The flight was overcrowded. Took an hour and a half to get our luggage."

Cons: "My connecting flight was delayed 3 hours. Flight attendants were rude. They had nothing on the carts because they forgot to stash them. They charge for a anything other than water. Seats don't recline."

Cons: "I had the very first flight in the morning and when I woke up and checked the time for the flight, it had already been delayed 2 hours. They said I would not make my connection but couldn't work to get me on any other flight that day with another airline. The best they could do was a full refund or a flight the next day (this happened to everyone on our flight). I opted for the full refund ($246) since I needed to be at my destination that day. However, that didn't help much since I bought the ticket months in advance to save money, and subsequently had to buy a ticket with another airline ($700). This was the first and last time I will choose to fly with frontier."

Cons: "The flight in general was not bad - was able to have a much needed snooze. But we were grounded for close to an hour before arriving at the gate. The flight attendants were nowhere to be found (they stayed out of sight in their seats.) The Captain did announce the reason for the delay (repair work being done to the plane in the gate we were assigned) as well as the anticipated amount of time it would take. Flight attendants on OTHER AIRLINES have a much better attitude and engage with the passengers when this type of thing happens. When I had dinner in an airport restaurant and mentioned the situation (with the airline remaining anonymous), the waiter immediately knew which airline I was talking about and said they are known for providing lousy customer service."

The cabin airflow was not running while we were sitting waiting on a gate all that time. I was gasping for air by that point. Then we were asked to remain seated while those missing connections could de-plane. I understand and empathize but I was desperate to get off that plane -'it was stifling! No food or even a glass of tap water unless you wanted to whip out your credit card. Lots of hidden fees, not really that cheap after you pay for a seat assignment, a carry on bag, a checked bag.... Boarding was chaos, they did not adhere to the zones in the Memphis boarding. No food, no entertainment - nothing to rank there."
