Very modern plane. Good seat spacing. Meals were good. Screens had tons of movies and worked
Maybe add a seat trade app for flyers that didn’t get seats together
The ANA crew and their members were all extremely nice and caring. Shout out to the crews for working on Christmas and New Years. Y'all the real MVP
Flight was delayed two hours. No snacks and no tv screens. My bag got stuck in Chicago

Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.
The care and attention for my flight was great. The seats were not as comfortable.
The flights were great. Although late departing Cancun, the staff at the airport did a great job in rebooking us on a later flight leaving Newark for Ottawa. With the delay, we would not have made our original flight. They also pulled our bags and retagged them. Wonderful job.
The ground crew in Houston were not friendly. The security staff were very rude and reflected an attitude of superiority with rude remarks.
Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!

One of the worst check in process at the DIA as well as the boarding counter Changed seat at the last minute and assigned middle seat while I paid for window seat. Requested many times but to no avail . horrible customer service and very poor process Requesting refund for seat that was changed last minute
The ac did not work and the plane was deployed for the AC BUT IT NEVER WORKED. I have high blood pressure and I was SWEATING AND NEARLY PASSED OUT. Do better.
Professional & courteous cabin crew. Food was very good even in economy class
7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you
Internet connection was very weak, did not connect at all. Seat comfort was poor, buttons didn't work properly. Overall not impressed in business class.
Everything needs improvement. Old plane, bad interior, business class seats don't function easily / properly, food is awful, chicken / fish were tough & hard, couldn't eat. Avoid Turkish Airlines.

The internet was not working during the 10 hour. This situation was known by the cabin crew before the flight. If so, information should be given to passangers. Some people should work during the flight.
