My girlfriend had a health emergency and couldn’t board the flight. I asked for a refund, but you only offered half of the purchase price as a refund. Very disappointing.

Crew was great. But my flight was late arriving and as a result, I missed my connecting flight to Richmond. I had to catch a later flight. On a positive note, the attendants at the counter were extremely helpful in booking my later flight. They book my on the next flight to Richmond.

We flew first class - the screens are outdated and very small. Even on highest brightness level is was hard to recognize anything. Food was on average, nothing special. Champagne served was the same other airlines serving in Business Class.

Flight was great only departure was delayed to saome ground crew issues

Everything was perfect. That is the most beautiful flight over thenDolomites.

Food was great but they didn't clear my meal tray for 3 hours. You'd think they could check though the cabin now and then.

Overall excellent service and Frankfurt Airport was very efficient and clean

Everything went really well. Snacks could be better and there was no tea/coffee service after dinner. Crew was helpful and friendly.

Delayed over 2 hours. Bring your own snacks or prepare to pay. No entertainment and no plug plugs for charging.

The flight was delayed and I was stressing the whole time about whether I would make my next flight.
