Cons: "Qatar airways should allocate separate seating for families. The crowd was generally composed of labour from Qatar and other middle eastern countries making the flight an unpleasant experience. It felt like going to a factory shift at 4 in the morning."

Pros: "The service on Qatar airways was excellent as always. The seats were comfortable and the flight attendants provided a 5 star service throughout the flight."
Cons: "The playlist for the movies was old and needs to be cycled more often to allow the passenger greater selection. There were an adequate selection of tv shows however these were limit d to only a few titles."

Pros: "Boarding was quick and I liked that they didn’t make many announcements which can often keep passengers awake when they’re trying to sleep. Lights were kept off for the duration of the 14 hour flight which was good."
Cons: "I felt that the service was slow and the food was poor. Water was not offered during the flight as is the norm with other airlines. Toilets should be cleaned more regularly. Advertising at the beginning of the inflight entertainment became very repetitive when watching short tv shows."

Pros: "They printed all 3 of my boarding passes for my connecting flights when I first checked in, made me worry about less"

Cons: "The food is much tastier in business class. Used to be better in economy, but that has changed."

Pros: "I liked the organized boarding prosecution, everyone was seated by the boarding zone so there were no mess and no fight over who gets to go first in the plane. the food was good too, again vegetarian options and very good quality. I"

Pros: "The food was very good, I liked vegetarian options and my stomach doesn't hurt after the plane food as usual. I like the bathrooms clean and nice smelling soap. The crew was very attentive and eager to please their guest but consistent and insisting on the safety rules (belts buckled up and seats in upright position)"
Cons: "There wasn't many good options for entertainment. Only a couple new movies although I liked the TED talks. Also I liked the plane but I wish there were some foot steps and more comfortable head support on the seats. I didn't like also strange option for Golden members in economy seats to be able to "order" food before regular people. There were only 3 options and everyone had the same choice. So basically all that crew does is just asking which course gold members want an hour before serving. It seemed silly with no actual benefit."

Cons: "On O-Hare Airport, Qatar Air Line's staff is very rod, I never recommend to anyone. Now if anyone ask from me then i refuse to buy Qatar Aiway ticket then they buy Emirate or other air line tickets"

They refused to give my friend and I the 2 seats I had iriginally paid for and booked so we were stuck in the very last row of the entire plane with no reclining seats and terrible service for over 13 hours . Completely awful and really disappointing"

Pros: "Business class is top notch in Qatar airways. From the moment you get in the Business Cabin, you start feeling the great service onboard. The crew is great, the seats are very comfortable, and the food is very tasty along with the wine pairing. Overall, the experience was well worth it!"

Cons: "No food selection, USB ports didn't work, passenger who didn't want to sit in her assigned center seat created a fuss and I ended up voluntarily moving to another seat. Center seats are really tight, elbows are in the way of all passengers and if you are average height you have to turn your legs at angle to sit which infringes on other passengers' spaces. very uncomfortable. Aisle next to me is so small."
