Cons: "The rows are so narrow between seats that your roll on suitcase will not fit. You have no elbow room in your seat. People who live in England are very rude and would not let those of us seated in front of them to deplane. Too bad there isn’t someway to make people wait their turn."

Cons: "I didn't make it to Siem Reap because the first leg of the trip from IAD to London was cancelled by Virgin Atlantic after it was fully boarded. The excuse was that a flight attendant had food poisoning and was unable to fly and so the entire flight was cancelled. The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable."

Entertainment systems had contrast issues and it seemed like a lot of people 8 - 10 had issues since they were using iPads instead of the built in monitors. A lot of wear showing on the entertainment systems remotes."

I enjoyed the flight and would like to fly Virgin Atlantic more. Finally, you are the 3rd best flight, I have ever take, and the 2nd best airline I've been on. Flew Business Class on Swiss Air once to Geneva (#1) and all the flights I have had with Porter Air are comparable to your airline, but the free cookies and beverages at Porter's terminal in Toronto wonderful."
Cons: "A couple things went wrong on this trip, my checked luggage got misplaced for a day, and a nice women in baggage claim told me what was happening and a nice man handled my claim and my bag has now been returned to me. The bigger thing is my flight bas delayed taking off by 3 hours. Let me start that I would rather have a part replaced on the runway then not, safety is paramount. The fact is my flight took off 3 hours late from London (VS11), and got to my destination (BOS) 2.5 hours late. Kudos to the flight crew for getting me to my destination faster by gaining a little time. Plus, since BOSTON was my final destination it was all fine this time. But if I had had to get home to the elder person I take care of or my teenager it would been a problem. Again, I'm annoyed, but I do understand the reasons and they are valid and preferred. I have heard that airlines to keep their flight rating high, wait for planes to leave the gate on time and then do repairs on the tarmac. If this is still a SOP for airlines you should change the way the statistics are collected and figure out a way of not perpetuating this type of disincentive. This is just hypothesis on my part, and my whole trip had little negatives."

In fact, they offer me to buy a brand new ticket at a new price!!!!!! The priceline number is not helping. I have trip insurance but no. nothing worked. I will never fly Virgin Atlantic again."

NOT kid friendly. overhead bins didn't fit the standard carry on correctly requiring everyone to place them sideways with wasted space and therefore not enough luggage room for everyone, crowding an already fully booked flight. Cons: "On this Delta flight operated by Virgin Atlantic one of us was unable to check in or change our seats. You think you are getting Delta but everything must be done through VA. VA bag weights are less than Delta and the seat was incredibly cramped. We both had to sit with our legs bowed to the side as the seat ahead was so close. For nine hours we were cramped and could not sleep due to only be able to squeeze into one position. To get into the seat I put on leg in and then sat on the armrest and then brought my other leg up and then lowered my but into the seat. I am not even 6 feet tall and had this issue. So due to the difficult online check-in and seat selection and to the cramped seats we will never fly Virgin Atlantic again."

Cons: "There was one female steward who made me take my carry on bag from the upper deck and store it below my seat so another lady's much, much larger bag would fit. Her bag was so large, I can't believe it met the standards. On the other hand, this procedure may be the way things work out,for the good of everyone, but it came as a surprise to me. To accomplish the task, she even asked another female to move her carry on from the rack above her to another several rows down. This lady's hair was too big for such a small plane. She talked way too fast in the first monologue. The plane seemed cheap and the sub airline had an air outlet that would not turn off and leaked with water mist. There was an air conditioner that also had a water vapor leak overhead, which my son said was a 'strip' which he could not control. We were seating in the back row. We noticed the plane was operated by Mesa airlines and the plane was assembled in Brazil, giving me a feeling of excessive cost cutting. Also, the pilot had an accent that sort of added to the 'Brazil' thing that he was not a native English speaker. However, he had a good landing at Atlanta near midnight. I did not feel I was on a real 'United' Airlines flight."

Cons: "I was careful to prepare my luggage so I only had a carry on. Unfortunately, the weight limit for carry on baggage is incredibly low, so I ended up having to check my bag anyway. I understand the process and why, so this is only a minor complaint. But I do wish the weight limit could be a bit higher."

Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

First, they said maintenance couldn't find a spare tire, and when they did rob a tire from another plane, they said the delay was due to FAA paperwork. These reasons, most likely true, suggest American Airlines (British Airways sub-contracted this flight to its partner, American Airlines) was not prepared to handle such an emergency."

Cons: "Unfortunately, the passenger beside me a young man was over served by the flight attendant and became extremely inebriated so that when I tried to ignore him and sleep, he kept touching me, rubbing my arm and leg. The crew were aware of what was happening and tried to reprimand him. It made my flight extremely difficult and it was all because the flight attendant served him doubles of whiskey (which the passenger was drinking neat) on six occasions, two bottles of red wine and that does not include the doubles the passenger procured for himself from other attendants. In all the behaviour of this passenger made my flight a complete nightmare and it was totally unnecessary for him to be served this much alcohol."

Pros: "The crew s oustanding. They were courteous, helpful, very professional and made the flying experience a pleasure for my family. With respect to the Miami ticket agents, there are 3 people I want to highlight for excellent service. Denise, who courteously accommodated our family and rescheduled our flight as needed, another young lady who checked us in. She was sensitive to our party of 5 and was extremely pleasant. The check in process was chaotic at best and she helped make it a pleasant experience. The person is Diane, the manager at the Miami airport. She helped bring order to a completely disorganized check in process and ended up personally escorting us through security toe sure that we made our flight on time. Diane is an excellent leader."
Cons: "The check in process was completely disorganized, due to a cancelled flight from Miami to Heathrow the night before. And there were 3 scheduled flights already that people were checking in for as well. There had to have been at least 600+ people in line to check in, plus those from the night before. The Miami airport doesn't have kiosks for passengers to easily check in and bag drop, which doesn't make sense in such a large and busy international airport. That would have made a huge difference in this case. Also, we paid for our seats to select them prior to 24 hours and we ended up not sitting together."

The other lady also came across rude to me when she said "You have to speak up becasue I cant hear you!"- sorry, English is not my first language but I think the polite way should have been "Sorry m'am I could not hear you, could you please spak up?" - entertainment needs better selection"
