Pros: The crew was very attentive. The food, excellent for coach class; we even had a welcome cocktail. We even managed to take off early.

Cons: When you travel in the coach class, you know you won't get a much comfort but the seat was acceptable and I had more legroom than expected.

Pros: There was nothing wrong - though I’m not a fan of this new entertainment system where you have to bring your own device - but it wasn’t above and beyond enough to say excellent.

Cons: Honestly this wasn’t the airline’s fault but I had the WoRST couple beside me arguing the entire time which dampened it. But airline-wise, thenonky thig inreally didn’t like was the new entertainment system where you have to have your own device.

Pros: Well I arrived at the gate 8 minutes before departure due to a late flight from San Antonio. And no one was there. I watched the plane leave 5 minutes late. The gate attendants were super rude and lazy when they came back up the ramp. I think the walk really took it out of them. There were 10 people who had run from delayed flights just standing there thinking wtf.

Cons: AA in Phoenix is always a nightmare. They seem to hire lazy people with no idea of customer service

Cons: There was a dog on the 10 hour flight, I thought United Airlines had an 8 hour limit. The dog barked throughout the flight, so obviously it was a pet not a service animal. UA needs to enforce its own policy.

Pros: Crew was nice, polite, and fairly accommodating. Would prefer to be given the full can of soda, instead of a glass which is 1/2 can and need to ask for more. Xtra leg room seat was ok.

Cons: Boarding wasn't great. Long lines. Deask lady gave my extra leg room seat, that I had bought and paid for, away to another person which made my boarding pass invalid. Made my boarding longer. Then no overhead space avail when I did get on and I was in bulkhead seat. I got my seat back.. But it was annoying, unnecessary, and uncalled for. And the woman who did it did not apologize.

Cons: The plane experienced a mechanical issue forcing us to return to the gate after waiting for an hour. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and focused on moving us along (Cheryl) rather than resolving our need to reach our destinations.it wasn’t until we found one extremely patient and persistent employee (LaShondra-?) who booked us through NYC rather than Atlanta so we reached Rochester on the same day. So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?

Pros: The flight attendants were nice enough and the snacks/beverages were average/as expected.

Cons: This flight was delayed for more than 2.5 hours and the communication was poor. The gate agents weren’t helpful. The airport didn’t have enough outlets. Or chairs. My flight out to this location was also delayed by over three hours. At least they tried to make us feel better by telling us what was going on. The staff at the airport were rude and unhelpful and United airlines is unreliable.

You can no longer change your seat selection 24 hrs before you're flight without a fee. There was also no entertainment coming from Winnipeg even though there was entertainment going to Winnipeg.

Pros: Boarded on time in challenging weather in Chicago. Got to Orlando on a day we could well have had problems getting a plane with the weather.

Cons: I wish that the Seattle Tacoma Airport has an Admiral's Club Lounge. Actually, I might as well fess up... I wish that EVERY airport had an Admiral's Club Lounge. I also wish it would be possible to "gift" miles to family members. I would love to have my son and daughter-in-law take advantage of my miles to go on a honeymoon.

Pros: The crew was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were in business class and appreciated the use of the Clubroom Lounge at Gatwick airport, (although none of the ground people told us about it, we happened to ask on our own.)

Cons: We were seated near the back of the airplane. The heater came on midway of the flight, by the time we landed, it was difficult to breathe because it was so hot. The flight attendant all relocated from the back of aircraft to the front aircraft where it was cooler, I assume. I was worried for my son.
