Cons: "Since it was a flight from Seoul, Korea to Seattle; it would've been nicer if all the movies had Korean subtitles-- my 4-yo boy who only speaks Korean, couldn't make it through more than 15 mins of a movie because he couldn't understand (of course, some of that is due to age & short attention-span). But he kept saying, "I hate English" in Korean while trying to pick a movie. Also, I'm 6'2"; so while it was nice having the whole row for my kids to lay down in-- I was cramped and uncomfortable the whole flight, even moreso with Delta's seats being closer together than on other international carriers I've flown."

The lady at the counter asked me what time my flight was and I said 6:20 and right off the bat she was extremely rude and said that I missed the flight. I panicked internally and asked her how that was possible?! She said the cutoff was at 5:45am and I missed it. I asked if there were other flights available today or tomorrow and she said there was nothing she could do and that I had to call the booking company to see if they could book me. I wanted to cry because my friend had just dropped me off and I called to see if she was close enough to turn back. Luckily she hadn’t left yet. I called the booking company and they were able to book me a trip for the following day but they charged me an additional $100. I wish they had disclosed that we need to be there 45 minutes to an hour early otherwise you miss your flight. And it’s ridiculous that I had to pay an extra $100... financially it was stressful due to the covid 19 situation. I was extremely disappointed in how the lady at the check in counter at American Airlines treated me. She www extremely rude and I have never been spoken to in a way that made me feel attacked."

I had to pay for my own taxi to a different hotel that luckily took my voucher for the other hotel. after all this mess I only got 2 hours sleep. The 7am flight waited for its connecting flights. This delay cost me a third of my trip and money on my first night at my hotel."

During the 1 hour call, I was initially told I could get to Orlando late, then after multipal waits, I was told nothing was available until the next day late. I tried to cancel the flight and get my money back because it was a long weekend trip. Frontier has you fill out a request and will not give a decision for 7 days. Terrible service."

Cons: "Charged for every thing seats, luggage, . Took over an hour for luggage. They waited for the next Frontier flight about half an hour then brought lugage from both flights at the same time. Not enough to get me back to Frontier!"
Cons: "I was told 25 for luggage then 30 got to airport they said 40$ that I didn't pre check which I did, and they said no cash only credit so it cost me another 5 for credit card. I'm very upset over this"
Pros: "I'd never flown frontier until this flight. I was very satisfied, with the exception being the lack of entertainment. I scored low because there wasn't any. That doesn't mean I was unhappy, as it was a three hour flight, and I'm perfectly capable of being screen free for a few hours. There was ample leg room, and the flight attendant staff was not only friendly, but funny and individual. One was even cracking jokes, which I loved. It keeps the stress of traveling off my mind. Additionally, the flight was fairly smooth, free of turbulence, and early arriving. I'll be flying frontier again for sure."

Even though I declined. Always had a smile. However I think while getting off the plane they could have been a little more greatful or thankful. It was really no big deal. But she seemed a little nerved. Maybe she had a moment. We all do. Overall great flight."

Cons: "I am 6 foot 8 inches tall. I was really disappointed to find out that I had to pay another $50 per person each way to sit in the larger seats. This raised the cost of the flights from $200-$400 For my wife and I to sit together. That was not an optional expense because the seats are so small that my legs were too long and it was not simply uncomfortable. I did not fit in the way of legroom. There should have been some information explaining this while I was booking the flights"

Cons: "I've used Frontier twice. Once for Thanksgiving week and once for Christmas week. Both times I had to wait 40-45 minutes to get my bag. The first time, the belt stopped working after already sitting and waiting 20 minutes for the the luggage to come to baggage claim. So myself and a large number of people had to wait an extra 20 minutes before someone decided to switch the our bags to a different belt. The second time there was no malfunction. Literally the entire plane and myself, who checked a bag, waited a total of 45 minutes before the first luggage appeared. Because I'm a considerate person, I prefer that my ride doesn't get a ticket or their vehicle towed for waiting outside for an extra 20-30 minutes or they waste their gas by circling around the airport until I finally say, "I have my bag." Mind you, this only seems to happen when I'm arriving to Orlando. I probably will be avoiding Frontier Airlines when picking my next flight."

Pros: "The cost, the ease of booking, everyone was extremely nice. The 'Pilot' or who ever keeps us updated on flying & weather conditions had a great sense of humor and kept us entertained. The plane was clean & looked brand new. It was cheaper and easier to check a bag than mess with a carry on, if you set it up when you purchase your tickets. I had purchased a soda before boarding but the gave me a glass of ice at no charge (some places charge for the cup). No extra cost for seating unless you want a specific seat. We definitely plan on flying more & recommending it to family & friends. Plus it's cheaper than driving"

That was seriously lame. Also, no Wi-Fi, in this day, you've got to have Wi-Fi, drop the carry-on charge and I'm sure folks will gladly pay for internet on the plane."
