Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights"

Cons: "The boarding was not organized. I was in Group C. We were chained behind a rope. Boarding started and when the agent nearest to us didn't get a passenger quickly he started to take Group D! I did not appreciate that. This continued throughout boarding. Also, as to be expected!, as newer people joined the the lines they went to the line moving - not their Group line. So we stood behind the rope on C while everyone else was boarding. I finally jumped to the moving line. I was tired of waiting. The kosher meals were warm, but not hot. There is no reason for this. I have been flying International for over 20 years and I know what is possible. The seats - for a 10 hour flight - were uncomfortable. Either I need more padding on my rear end or you need better seats."

Cons: "Missed Flight: The flight from Istanbul to Athens was posted as delayed. We were a party of eight and arrived for boarding very close to deadline (minus posted delays) At the boarding gate we were met by six other passengers. The gate was vacant and closed. The real problem happened at the Turkish Airlines desk where we were treated with arrogance, disdain and absolutely no compassion. AS a matter of fact some of the Turkish Airlines staff smiled as they imposed an outrageous fine to purchase tickets to the next flight and continuation of our previous booking. We intend to protest the charges and contact thru many forms of media inform as many fellow travellers of the incident and subsequent treatment by Turkish Airlines. Social media is a powerful tool and although the cards were held in their favor the night of 9-21-17 our protest will not end here. We are fourteen wounded travellers that have agreed to use as many forms of social media as possible to get our message out."

Pros: "Great food and service. Turkish Airlines has always had a good reputation as we flew with them for years and that hasn't changed. My only one peeve was that I was asked by the flight to sit next to an unaccompanied minor in case of energency. Being a mother. I thought, no problem. The child then became my responsibility on a ten hour flight. Boundaries were crossed when it graduated from assistance to responsibility byt little one could do mid air."

Pros: "The service I received on Turkish Airlines was excellent. I live in rural Rwanda and it was really nice to actually sit back, relax, and not worry about getting to where I was going. The staff was courteous and friendly and even let me keep my can of tomato juice. These may seem like small things to you but it made me feel at home for the first time in over a year and I want you guys to know I truly appreciated it. In addition to that, the flight was actually affordable and I was able to make it to New York to surprise my mom for her 60th birthday. Job well done! Thanks again and best of luck! I saw flight attendants kicking, punching, and body slamming carts and other items to get them to fit in their racks in the kitchen areas, I hate to think what that means for safety of critical items. Pros: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."

The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

They’re getting paid hourly whether flights are on time or not. It’s the passengers who have a right to be anxious."

My boys won't forget their flight to Houston because of the cool female and male pilots they met while traveling. Thank you!"

Pros: "The flight was not fully booked so there were plenty of empty seats for everyone on to spread out."
Cons: "The flight was minorly delayed for de-iceing, but not more than maybe 30 mins or so. Not even worth saying what I didn't like about the flight when its necessary!"

Pros: "Everything went smooth and on time."
Cons: "Plane was small and the space felt a little tight but was not too bad."

Pros: "Seating was comfortable."
Cons: "The plane departure wa two hours late leaving causing missed connections. There were two United employees at the counter and one left. They were to help us change connections so te line was long and VERY slow. Half of us didn't get the connections changed. We de larded in Houston with connections that were unreasonable. United employees rude and not helpful. I had to fly to San Francisco then to Ontario making a long terrible day."

Pros: "Everything was perfect, from the boarding process to the seats, things went well."
Cons: "Nothing."

Cons: "The customer service was horrible and I was stranded for two additional days."

Pros: "Not a damn thing."
Cons: "My flight was held back 2 hours because "a flight attendant called off". So I missed my connecting flight "I touched down as the connecting flight was supposed to take off". I was put on a standby list for a flight leaving later that night and I didn't get it. I was told I had to wait until 7am the next morning to get on a flight. After asking, I was given a hotel, cab, and 2 food vouchers. The taxi took me to the hotel united chose. I got there and there were no vacancies. I had to pay for my own taxi to a different hotel that luckily took my voucher for the other hotel. after all this mess I only got 2 hours sleep. The 7am flight waited for its connecting flights. This delay cost me a third of my trip and money on my first night at my hotel."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Flight was 20 min late, and then on top of that an hour delay happened. The courtesy drink I had, which was coffee, was bad. The WiFi I had in my seat wasn't working, and the crew seemed more somber than cheery. I did not at all enjoy my flight. Also, becuase the flight was that late, my ride couldn't pick me up so I had to fork out 50$ for cab fare."

Pros: "We finally arrived, thankful. But upset. The flight was good after we got going.."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled and i missed my meeting on Dec.10, 2015.. We were suppose to go Washington to Portland, Maine.instead we went to New Newark..At lenght wait... And after all that waiting we are offered a drink of soda or juice. What gives? Nothing else?"

Pros: "Excellent experience sleek look and roomy"
