Cons: "Not enough security staff at Istanbuñ and no one from the airline to assist. The queues were too long at security so I had to run to make my flight. Lots of other people had the same trouble and I believe my cousin missed her connection."

Cons: "The seats are too small to recline for someone who is about 185cm tall. I was not able to sleep, in spite of the late hour of the flight. Had a one hour layover in Istanbul, and the gates were at opposite sides of the crowded airport, which made the connection difficult."

They boarding was incredibly disorganized and very late departure because of how bad it was.
Food was good. Plane was new as well. I think I can not complain any thing.
Everything was great I have no issues they are wonderful , so helpful especially with my spical need son . Love the courtesy of the staff. But the food and entertainment need some improv.
Pros: "It was fairly comfortable & the staff was pleasant. The initial leg from BCN to Frankfurt went very smoothly."
Cons: "The flight 2nd flight from Frankfurt to Boston was significantly delayed for a variety of issues, and ( though not really within Lufthansa’s control) the security at Frankfurt was easily the most disorganized & poorly run situation I’ve ever encountered. There was almost constant interruption for announcements at the outset, with information that wasn’t necessary & actually made waiting for an extra hr + more frustrating. I give the crew/staff credit for doing their jobs well enough that it still managed to be a decent flight in the end."
Pros: "A340-600 is a wonderful plane, but economy is too cramped. The stewards do their job of feeding the "cattle", which lacks any personal service."

Cons: "The economy seats on the Lufthansa A350 were extremely uncomfortable and seemed excessively narrow as well has having cramped legroom. I could not get comfortable let alone sleep, and my backside felt like I had been sitting on a park bench rather than a long haul coach airline seat. I will avoid this aircraft if possible in the future."

Pros: "When we were unable to travel due to Corona Virus restrictions, Ethiopian gave us a full refund even though we had a non-refundable ticket, and they were lovely about it when they did it. A+, hope I'll get a chance to actually fly with them soon."

I rarely hit it, did this time for an arrivals card, the guy beside me messed his up and used mine while I was sleeping. No problem, until I hit the button. I thought the amount that I had paid to KAYAK was final? I will NEVER dare use such a travel agent engine again in future!"

Pros: "They wheelchaired my companion to the airport after delayed medical examination to make the flight."
Cons: "Kenya changed my flight to two hours later 18 hours before I was to leave. Making me have a 10 minute connection. Then after an hour in a airline office they promised to hold my connection. When my flight landed on time, they did not hold my connection. So they changed my flight and didn’t follow through on the fix. We would now miss wedding activities and business meetings. Then my partner got sick and they refused to taxi us to hotel for the night but take a bus that leaves every three hours. Her sickness got worse and there was a Kenyan airlines doctor who evaluated her at the airport after waiting 40 minutes laying at check in with her crying due to pain. We had a medical release from the doctor saying she needed extra space to lay down but the check in manager refused to make room for her saying the flight is full and she would not upgrade her to accommodate the medical release because we had an economy ticket. My partner looked so bad that the flight crew considered kicking us off but eventually made the space for her to lay down and were helpful on the flight. This is this disgraceful and the worst experience I’ve had with any company."
