We showed up at 4:00 am for our (new) 6:00 am flight expect that delta hadn’t alerted the Tuxtla Gutiérrez airport of the change so we had to go back to our original itinerary of flying out at 9:30 am. We were NOT happy to have gotten up at 3:00 in the morning with the kids to end up having to sit an extra 3 hours (5 hours total) in a tiny airport to fly out at the original time I had chosen."

Cons: "My credit card was cloned (that happened soon after I book my ticket with you) and used in the Middle East. Lots of money were taken, I had to cancel my credit card, I had to go the police, etc, etc I regret to use your services"

Cons: "The information in the web site it's confusing. I check in online, and still had to wait 30 minutes to check in my baggage. The seat I was assigned, it's the worst seat I ever had. It doesn't make sense to check in 3 hours early and get 30C in an airplane with 30 been the highest number. In top of it, your staff receving the baggage needs better training and more help. They get overworked and discharge their frustration with the customers."

Pros: "The cabin crew to and from Mexico City were superb. They were very attentive and still served me food even when I was asleep. Most airlines just skip people who are not responding, but AeroMexico was kind enough to not leave me out. That little act of kindness went a long way. I will definitely fly AeroMexico again!"

Baggage was slow staff in airport were aware of us trying to connect. They radiod that we were on our way to gate yet still closed gate doors before we arrived at the gate"

Pros: "The flight was good. It crashed zero times. I was pleased not to check my carry-on bags. The in-flight meal and movie selection were both really great."
Cons: "The servers were a bit rude--they spilled juice on me--but, to be fair, I was failing to speak spanish, which is also very rude. The only tough thing about this flight was that we changed gates about 4 times, then got switched to a very distant gate at the ass-end of the terminal (literally, the lights were flickering. It was eerie.) THEN we had to take a bus out onto the tarmack to get onto the plane. But that's a small inconvenience considering we travelled from Mexico City to JFK in like 5 hours."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 10 hours, we finally boarded as I was going to put my luggage on he over bin a passenger tells me I couldn’t use the space because she was saving it for her sisters who were not on the plane yet the flight attendant was next to me and allowed this to happen. There were also some very obnoxious passengers and again the flight attendant did nothing to control the situation. By far worst flight and service!"

Cons: "The Customer Service agents at ORD are pretty bad, not knowledgeable and quick to pass on the buck. I was not allowed to bring on an extra package I had with me (pre paid) and was asked to take the package to TSA for approval. TSA approved it but the ticket agent still did not allow me to take it on, now I'm out $45. Also they made me check my carry on because it was slightly larger than the recommended size, even though it fits in their recommend size criteria."
