Colombia has resumed international commercial flights on September 19, 2020 with restrictions.
From December 22, 2020, Colombia has suspended all direct flights to and from the UK.
Travelers must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued within 96 hours prior to departure. However, airlines may allow the boarding of travelers who do not have this test, provided they state under oath that they were unable to take a test or obtain the result within the required timeframe. In these cases, the Colombian government may require testing and/or isolation upon arrival in Colombia
Travelers must fill out the Check-Mig form and must comply with follow-up health checks via CoronAPP mobile app.
Travelers who have arrived directly or indirectly from the UK from December 13 will be contacted and required to self-isolate for 14 days. Travelers arriving in Colombia from other destinations, and whose journey has started in the UK, will be required to self-isolate for 14 days on arrival.

When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. Cons: "But then they deboarded the plane and everything went south fast. They didn't tell us what was happening or where to go or what to do. Instead we were directed to different service centers. We were told conflicting things. Sometimes they told us to exit the airport through passport control, but without any information on what to do next. They reopened the terminal but then redirected us to a service center. That center was overloaded and we ended up waiting in line for service/information for the entire day. Once I was near the service center they dissipated the line. They told us there was another service center in a different part of the airport and that this one we have waited for was closing. We went there and it was also closed instead they had beds without blankets or pillows limit the halls. Alia we were in line for hours before they offered any water or food. Food was really late. Information was the problem here. We were not told what we should do except to check with the service center. Eventually a few of us tried to get through passport control and check the service center out front. This worked much better. I was able to get a hotel and a standby ticket. That flight went much better but getting that far was a mess."

We were at the mercy of the crappy movies American Airlines chose for us. Most flights these days have individual entertainment and at a minimum room for luggage. The plane was old, dirty and not up to date. Never flying American again. Extremely disappointed with the service on the flight, as well. A little more than halfway through the flight, the woman in the row next to me began reading the airline magazine. Her window shade was up and the sunlight caused a horrible glare on the magazine pages that beamed like a laser over everyone near by. My friend seated next to me and I both have extreme sensitivity to light that causes migraines. I asked the woman to close her shade which at first she did about an inch or two. This didn't do anything to help the glare so I asked again and she refused to do anything more. I explained it was giving us migraines and she didn't seem to care. I asked the flight attendant to help navigate the situation, which was just as useless. She said she could ask but not force her to close her window shade. While I understand that AA can't control that some people can be selfish, I find it incredibly hard to believe that the crew can't intervene when a passengers actions are making other people physically ill. Our only other option was to be relegated to the last row, next to the crews stinking pile of garbage that had been accumulating for the first five hours of the trip. Almost every crew member we interacted with was completely apathetic to the situation. We spent the rest of flight nauseous and with splitting headaches. But I sure hope my row mate and fellow human being in 32A enjoyed the article about the dinosaur flea market in Bolivia This entire situation could have been mediated by the flight attendants who chose to disengage. Furthermore, when we were deceding to land, overhead bins were still open, and people were starting to stand up to gather their belongings in the overhead bins. Again, the apathetic flight attendants were no where to be found. Overall, disappointing experience. Glad to never have to fly them again."

Also, we should be offered at least a complimentary snack of pretzels/peanuts. Lastly, the carry-on luggage "sizer" at the counter is way too small. My carry-on that I take with me all of the time didn't fit. But when I was able to take it on without using the sizer, it fit just fine."

My adventure included: 2 cancelled flights, one drastically oversold flight, being given a hotel room without a working toilet, hours spent waiting at the airport for information from gate agents who never showed up, and being curtly told that, as a passenger who didn't arrive on a connecting flight, on my second night I would not be given a hotel room, but instead a mat to sleep on in the airport. Cons: "Got to the airport in plenty of time to check in only to be told there was no seat for me because the flight was overbooked. The ground crew in Bermuda were not very professional. The agent couldn't explain what was happening and said I had to wait for the supervisor to explain. The supervisor was rude and pretty much ignored my daughter and me and then finally called our names to be checked in. Still no apology or explanation. I got the feeling I was a bother to them. That was pretty much the icing on the cake! On our way to Bermuda they asked if we would check our carry on bags as the flight was full. We obliged and did not get ours bags for two days after we arrived in Bermuda. Still no explanation nor apology. No one we talked to could even tell us where our bags were. It was a very disappointing experience for my family. I really expected much better customer service from Air Canada"

Cons: "if i knew the name of the man i talked to at checkin i would make a complaint specifically about him. i lost my passport a few days before coming home and went to the united states consulate where they told me to bring a printed copy of my passport and the united states boarding patrol would let me back into the united states. the man at the checkin didn't want to let me through to even speak to the united states border patrol and told me the consulate was wrong. i almost missed my flight because of his stubborn arrogance. once past him i was able to explain what happened and show what identification I had and everyone was very nice to me."
Cons: "Spending 90 minutes going through security and immigration is horrendous. I never experience this when travelling with WestJet. Considering I have not traveled with Air Canada for some time I will not be booking with them again in the near future."

Cons: "-They wanted to check my bag at the gate, so I let them, and they lost it, for two and a half days, all the while being rather smug to me about it, saying things like "what do you want me to do about it." -On a 6 hour international flight starting at 9:45AM and landing at 6PM they did not offer us even a pretzel or peanut. This flight definitely spans lunch hours, but they insist you pay for even the smallest snack. -Customer service has been repeatedly short with me (I have had other incidents with lost luggage). They act like whatever happened could not have been avoided, and that you should know your place as a traveller. The idea of the customer being right is totally lost on them. CONCLUSION: they simply don't care. This airline was a monopoly for years, and it shows in their daily operations. They are ineffective, and entitled, and I will go far out of my way not to deal with them again."

Cons: "I was sent to Frankfurt because Air Canada messed up my flight. When I got to Frankfurt, they had booked me on a lufthansa flight. When I got to the gate to get a boarding pass, the person told me that Air Canada had not paid them for the flight and unless they were able to contact them before boarding the plane, I would not be able to get in. They were able to do so right before boarding. The plane from Frankfurt was over one hour late. I was supposed to arrive in Lyon at 10:35am and got there at 7:30pm. Throughout all this ordeal, Air Canada staff members were mostly unhelpful and often rude."

Cons: "Flight was two hours delayed. Plane downgraded. Seat reassigned without notice. But worst was the gate agent who took my carry on because the bins were "absolutely 100% full." When I got on there were at least 8 spots for bags right around my seat. Some customers after me still had their bags. And I had to wait an extra 30 minutes at the baggage claim waiting. When I asked the lead flight attendant to get the name of the gate agent before we left she said she would do her best but then forgot. She also tried to defend the gate agent by explaining the flight was full and why I should have been glad they took my bag."

Pros: "was forced to spend the night in Toronto because Air Canada didn't seem to know that there would be a huge crowd at the airport that evening. I was told as I exited my flight that I would not make the connecting flight and I had to spend the night in Toronto. I will never fly Air Canada again"

Cons: "A 19-seat plane is one thing. This flight lets off in open runway, a very, very, very long way from the terminal. Open stairway into plane. No place for carry-on. Unless you are extremely hearty, I'd look for another way to Toronto. Not looking forward to return trip. Expensive 1-hr flight. Wish I had known."
