Further they were tellin me I couldn't get in my flight and have my luggage go later, but I understand because of security reasons. Finally it was 10 min til my flight left, I asked how about if I walk my bags through security check point; have TSA examine them and then they get placed in the plane like oversized carry ons normally do? Ding I struck a light bulb and they said yea why not. After a few phone calls later I was walking with my bags through TSA. It took me to think this up for Delta. A minute too late was the original response from the first agent. 1 minute! Not 10 not 5 she said the computer just got locked out. I was going to miss my flight for 1 min time restraint. The first agent didn't care and just blew me away. Thankfully the next agent tried. I had to throw away all my toiletries because TSA wouldn't let them through."

She is an old woman who gets lost and I had to order assistance for her, in Washington DC they opened her bags after that they lost the bags, she had medication on them and it was a nightmare to get them back. Im really upset and I don’t think That I’m going to book with this aero line again."

Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Will spend a little extra money and fly on other airlines......very poor, disorganized, and horrendous flight experience. Buyer beware."
Pros: "Flight was on time, crew professional, food and drinks good and kept coming. I learnt Dutch on the in-flight entertainment system. I was in a good mood talking to another passenger about his new luggage system. This mood was kept and not taken away on the flight."

Pros: "I've flown SAS a few times and have always been favorably impressed with the service. On this flight we booked the "bare bones" fare and paid extra for checked bags and extra-legroom seats. The overall cost was still better than most other airlines."

Will not fly SAS again until that policy has changed."
Cons: "We were in 40G and H, bulkhead seats. I have never had such a hot plane (and I am a world traveler). We were both very warm (felt like 85 degrees- warm enough to not be comfortable). I was told by the flight attendant that people in back of plane were freezing. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was ok, but not ‘I wish I could have seconds” good. I lowered the rating because they never gave us more than the one bottle of water that was on our seats when we arrived. That may have been ok for the people in the cold part of the plane but not for us in the sweating part. Luckily we had brought a big bottle of water."

Then when she came out, she started interrogating me forcefully, about why I got United involved with my check in for my first leg of the trip, because I am causing her to have all this extra work and etc. How dare she!!! First of all. I didn't want to involve United, the service counter at SAS was closed the entire time, and the flight on my first leg was operated by United, so i had no choice but to go to United. In fact I should be the one asking why I had to involve United in the first place. Where was SAS when I needed their help and guidance???? Why was their counter closed the entire time??? Such a poorly organized airline, I'll be wary to fly with SAS again."

Cons: "Food taste is terrible. They did accommodate us in getting vegetarian diet. However, online means to do this was impossible. Choices were not provided when we tried to do seat selection. In fact the web site gave wrong information that there are no meals offered even for the selection of the transatlantic flights. Toll free number calls were put on hold over an hour without success. Eventually chat worked. In the flight segment within Europe they do not even offer water for free. Charging 3 Euros for a small can of water/soda is a rip off."
