The flight was cancelled. I asked Kayak for a refund by email. No answer.

The last time I flew to Italy it was on Delta. They were wonderful. Food was good and abundant, and the staff was friendly. The passengers were also friendly. Lufthansa was just the opposite. I won't be flying with that airline again. Sorry.

NEVER book through Kayak. First they booked us on a flight that didn’t exist and after they fixed the problem, we had to leave a day later then expected. Then because we were booked under SAS, but outsourced to a United flight for our first connection (because SAS doesn’t fly to Cincinnati), we were told our bag couldn’t be routed to our final destination so when we arrived in Newark, we’d have to get our bag from baggage claim, re-check it, and get our new tickets for the rest of our flight. Of course this caused us to miss the connecting flight to Copenhagen, and once rebooked, we lost another 2 days of our trip and added an additional country/ stop to the journey. And finally on our flight from Belgium to Venice, my baggage was lost, causing us to cancel the remaining few days of our trip (we were supposed to be hiking and all of our gear was lost in that bag). Since we booked under Kayak, we were punted around from Kayak to SAS to United customer service reps, everyone passing the blame off on the next company. Kayak claims no responsibility and the airlines refer you back to Kayak. Probably would have had as much satisfaction by setting a pile of $5,000 on fire. What a honeymoon.

Canceled flight. After two other airlines and loosing my luggage for almost two weeks, I arrived home 11 hours late.

Complete ineptitude of staff dealing with overhead luggage resulted in an HOUR delay!!!

From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one."

Crew were really excellent , flight was on time and comfortable.

Despite hours of attempts unable to do on-line booking, waited over 3 hours at Munich airport to get boarding pass, staff had to manually create the passenger list which took FOREVER. Plane left 2 hours late no accommodations, refreshments or assistance offered to the passengers in Munich. Arrived at the airport more than 3 hours in advance as advised. Instead of having a leisurely wait at the gate had to rush to make the flight. Unsure if I would make my connecting flight and no one had any information. Never again.

From using an app that denied my negative covid test THREE times because they misread it and tried to mislead me about it ("Maybe the date isn't specified?" when it very much was and I'd drawn attention to its correct location); to the fact that my connecting flight wasn't even available in this app was supposed to determined whether I could fly to my final destination; ti the fact that a supposedly vital piece of documentation wasn't even mentioned in that app; to the unnecessary delaying of a connecting flight by several hours that was suddenly on time again upon landing minutes only late, which somehow required all passengers with ANY connecting flight to run to their gate regardless of destination; to the fact that the boarding passes didn't include my initial return flight and only the connecting, which was cause to be denied entry to the airport, to the apparenly unknown and much disputed location of the check-in where I would have to report to get said boarding pass; to the ONE HOUR WAIT behind maybe 20 people total in spite of having no bags to check because again, I had no boarding pass; to the app incorrectly stating that no additional covid test was needed only to find out after having been at the airport THREE HOURS; to the fact that my itinerary"couldn't" be changed because it was "in flight" while the "fare difference" I would be charged went up $100 every hour I was forced to wait because there were magically no notes regardingmy flight every time I called back as directed; this was a miserable experience all around. Never recommending aer lingus to anyone ever and certainly won't fly it again. Guess I won't ever find my long lost relatives...

I was given specific timeframes to call the Shannon Airport Aer Lingus luggage desk, which I followed. Had to leave a message every time, and not once was it returned. The only communication I did get was calling the Shannon Airport directly and working with their employees. I could tell they were frustrated with me, which is completely understandable, because they weren't the appropriate people to communicate with. I was just very disappointed in the customer service."

None of the 5 phone reps or onsight staff were able to help and were nasty into the bargain. One of them lied to me about the seat position on the phone. The staff made no attempt to keep things quiet on the flight and in fact made most of the noise themselves. The armrests can't be folded up because they crammed too many seats across. And the bathrooms right on either end of our row wafted noxious odors over us every time they were opened. This resulted in losing two days of my expensive vacation trying to recover from lack of sleep. This is in return for giving Aer Lingus the use of $4200 for 8 months. I would never use this airline again."

People were starving when breakfast was served. The thermostat fluctuated from horribly hot to freeing - for 14 hrs. The crew slammed things down on table trays, grumped, were giving harsh orders to patrons rather than gently directing them. These ladies do not enjoy their job. I am done with Delta. We were also an hour late taking off due to a door on a cargo hold not closing. I was embarrassed that our Aussie friends experienced this as their first American flight."

Cons: "I nearly missed my flight because I did not have a seat for a flight that I bought a ticket for at full price. Which, would lead one to believe that I would have a seat on said flight. However, coming to the gate an hour before boarding the personnel working gate the said he was having computer difficulties and could not get me a seat and it would be 10 min. I continued to return till boarding to find out I had no seat and I was on standby. Upon going to customer service they replied the airline oversold tickets and every airline does this as if to make this practice ok. Well being in sales myself and if I were to sell x amount of product to one customer ( or several) I better make sure I have it all there to deliver. People rely on you schedule wise. It nearly shot a meeting I had to make in the foot. Very disappointed with the airline and the way things were handled."

I waited at the baggage carousel 15 minutes for my bag after over an hour delay due to switching aircrafts. With a flight arriving this late in the evening with the low volume of bags checked (due to checked luggage charges), this should not be the case. Five minutes to gulp down ginger ale."

Cons: "With checking my luggage my bag fee was waived a total of seven times this trip because I'm a military wife to see my husband overseas who is serving a year in Saudi Arabi except this past time on October 2nd at DCA airport. Spoke with the Supervisor Ralph who stated it was against policy. How stringent is this policy if it was waived seven times previously? Policy needs to be reviewed with entire staff. I will no longer use American Airlines because their military convenience and policies no longer seem to favor the military. My husband also after speaking with him will also no longer use your airline including all his members he overseas when they return after their year tour."

On time, nice crew. BA food sucks. Layout of business class seats, totally uncomfortable & Badly designed

Boarding was chaotic but it was mainly due to the airport logistics, snacks on the plane can possibly improve for the short flights

BA is getting worse and worse, and this is a shame. They moved the London-Sao Paulo flight from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3, which is much worse in all respects (lounges, shops, infra, etc.). Ground crew was terrible at check-in (without limitation, we found out at check-in that my wife was downgraded from business club to premium executive (overbooking) and then after much complaints she was moved back into club business). During the flight, I found out that my seat on club business was broken and it had to be manually operated. The flight crew was very unhelpful and wanted to move me to premium economy [during the flight] as a solution to my broken seat [in club business] so that they didn't have to manually operate my seat - which I of course didn't accept. On the bright side, our checked-in baggage arrived unharmed in Sao Paulo - which was not the case on my last flight with BA in February/2022 [and it is amazing that I was happy and relieved that they actually complied with at least one of their duties !].

Not being delayed to arrive, and delayed for departure, and delayed to deplane.

I thoroughly enjoyed the service and attention from the crew from my flight with British Airways. Will try to book with them anytime I can.

Fully booked so the BA policy of 2 pieces of carry on falls down....

The airport takes over and you're stuck in the middle of a crowded 10.5 hour flight all because you weren't able to select your seat ahead of time. Just another money grab from a tanking airline."

One of the flight attendants dropped an empty soda can on the floor which was dropped on my toes (I had taken my shoes off) and picked it up with no acknowledgement or apology, even after I screamed out of pain. I was speechless that I didn't even object. In another incident, when asked for food option, I chose chicken vs pasta. When opened my hot plate after 2-3 minutes, I found out I had tofu in front of me. I called the flight attendant and they came over, acknowledged I had the wrong food just to inform me they were out of chicken at that point. If you make a mistake, please offer something in return to make the experience somewhat better."

Either they don't understand the language or the procedures. There should be people walking around to answer questions on boarding procedures or better announcements in several languages. the Asians were extremely confused as were the Germans we encountered. They never announced for people with disabilities to get ahead of others. It was a big "casino" as the Italians say when everyone charges the boarding area. People could be put in groups according to where their seating is, making it easier for all."

I'm a senior citizen trying to stretch funds to travel -- paying extra for an early seat assignment is not in my budget. Logging in 24 hours ahead to get a seat was incredibly inconvenient--I happened to be in a museum and without WiFi. (It could have been in the middle of the night or on a connecting plane.) I then had trouble entering all the required data and was finally told I had to wait 24 hours to try again-- that made no sense because I had to be on my flight 24 hours later. As a senior citizen who struggles with using the internet, it is particularly difficult. PLEASE let people choose a seat when making a reservation WITHOUT charging extra. 3. I was shocked that I couldn't get a glass of water without paying for it!!!!"
