Very good experience. All of the details made this experience very positive.

Business class was roomy and comfortable however, the entertainment screen was very dark and hard to see.

Our seat numbers took a long time to be given to us. We were not seated together and I was put in the middle seat with both people on either side of me taking too much space!

Expect Business Class seating to be 2 passengers per 3 coach seats, with center blocked. This is typical for flights within Europe on most airlines. Service was excellent!

Flight was 1.5 hours late to depart so changed flights to Swiss Air.

The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.

Very small and uncomfortable seats, Hard to hear entertainment system sound. Horrible food. Staff doesn't care much about the passengers. 2nd time they didn't give me my vegetarian meal. They asked me regular food with meat. The airline and staff was from United airlines.
