Maybe because I finally got to New York many delays on the flight. Very disappointed that a survey wasn’t sent out on my my trip out to Milwaukee on August 5-6 debacle. Which flight stranded on tarmac 4 hours then couldn’t get a straight answer to book a flight to Milwaukee. Spent 4-5 hours trying to get flight to Milwaukee no sleep then to finally get a flight with only 2 hours of sleep . No answers why prey flight was canceled and no help at JFK GETTING LUGGAGE & REBOOKING FLIGHT. . This was just the tip of the fiasco!!!!!
I gate checked my carry on bag. Upon deboarding the luggage was on the top shelf of a cart since we didn't have a jet way. I asked the man standing by the cart if he could help me get it off. He told me that i could get it off myself. I'm 72 yrs old. A little help would of been appreciated.

Worse, we booked with kayak, but actually the delta/ Aeromexico flight was booked with vayama. When one flight changed departure time, we no longer had our great pre-selected seats & couldn’t check in online. We had to work it out with delta & then aero Mexico t. After 30 min on the phone we got the last 3 bavk row seats near the toilets & cackling, aging flight attendants. No reclining or real food made for a lousy 3 1/2 hr lunch flight. No apologies, smiles of sympathy. Just snacks tossed our way"

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Cons: "They boarded the plane, only to tell us they had to de-ice, which is understandable. However, after waiting 20 min for the de-icing that never came, they made us get back off the plane because of mechanical issues. The captain/pilot was rude to the woman working the desk over the radio, to the point where she had to leave the desk and go speak to him in person (she knew we could hear everything.) That conversation is also how the whole line of people was informed that then knew about this mechanical issue since the night before, and chose not to fix it before boarding all of us. After getting to Philadelphia later than expected, we were forced to pay for hotel food that was horrible and overpriced. Only to then have our plane be delayed AGAIN because of mechanical issues, again the pilot not giving much information to the attendant she was faced by a room of 40 angry people and had no answers. The departure time slowly crawled out longer, and the only reason I knew was because of having the American app. Information/communication on all ends was poor. I usually fly Allegiant, which is notoriously “cheap,” and I’ve never had an experience like this. Happy my boyfriend has flown with American before and knew to give us an extra day so we didn’t miss the wedding we paid $800 in airline tickets to attend. Just disappointed."

On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

We own a 2nd home in Maui and travel there twice per year. Looking at other options."

Frustrating and adds an element of concern when faced with delays when the weather is fine. The internet on the plane is also confusing to use...should be clearer. Mistakenly booked my flight before realizing the new carry on policy, so trying to pack everything into a tiny bag to meet requirements was frustrating... definitely don't think I will be booking United again."

Cons: "Delays (it is what it is) but people tell me they’re notorious for delays. Bartender at airport told me they’re shocked if no delays from them occur. Lol... refreshments are not complimentary but I expected that. Would I fly frontier again? I probably would. Great price, staff, and wasn’t bad spacing in the seats. If you’re a tall person, won’t be comfortable."
Cons: "Service was awful. Delayed for more than 8hrs without an explanation of what type of maintenance issues were happening. Never given a straight answer as to what was happening. Food vouchers were only offered after the airport restaurants had closed. Once the plane was finished the crew had timed out and we could not leave till the following afternoon. Ended up being put up in a hotel for the night and lost an entire day of our weekend get away. Poor contingency planning on frontiers part. There was no reason"

Cons: "The seats are hard as granite rocks, no leg room at all & they don't recline back at all, oh except if you want to pay for an emergency exit where you have to sign your life away to have a better seat. No complimentary beverages besides tap water. It's like we're doing your Airlines a favor by flying with you. I would never board an aircraft with the name Frontier on it again. Plus you charge a ridiculous rate for a checked bag. Never again & I bet you can guess what I will tell everyone I come across."
Cons: "Delayed 1 hr The tray top is so small and inconvenient that it is rendered useless"
Cons: "Arrived at the airport for a 5:45 AM flight and was told there was a four hour delay. Would have missed my connection in Denver to Seattle and instead of arriving in Seattle at 10 AM I would arrive there at 9 PM at night. I took a refund and went to Southwest where everyone was helpful and I was in Seattle by noon"
Pros: "Flight time was good flight crew were nice and helpful"
Cons: "Delays were kind of annoying and the denver gate change was totally unexpected being i had to go to the frontier counter to have the associate print my ticket for me and had gate 36 for departure and flight left out of gate 40 ."

Cons: "I'don't rate thus experience at a 5 for everythingCarry on fee that i wasn't expecting to pay so i had to leave my bag behind because I'm a college student without extra money to pay to pay that fee. I never imagined I'd be required to pay a fee for a bag so small. I've traveled on another airline at a similarly discounted rate where I wasn't charged at all."

Cons: "I did not like that I had to pay extra to select a seat, especially because the seat was not any more comfortable or spacious than the other seats on the plane. The staff rolled their eyes when customers requested service. I am never flying Frontier again."

Cons: "It took longer than usual to board and the staff kept going back and forth about going through the safety proceedures."
Cons: "As I was arriving to the terminal they were calling for the last boarding call, the terminal ended up being right around the corner. I got on the plane and looked at the time and it was 7:30 and the plane wasn't scheduled to leave until 7:45. I had to pay for my bag to be checked or else I would have had to pay for a carry on bag that doesn't go under the seat. To keep costs down I was ok and understanding until I got onto the plane and saw how cramped it was. The seats were so close together that we couldn't recline. I can deal with entertaining myself but requiring the people to be sitting straight up for the entire flight is not right. If it was a short flight then sitting up wouldn't be so bad, however it was close to four hours and those seats were very uncomfortable. The beep that usually comes on when the captain turns off the seat belt light kept going off. It would be understandable if an announcement was going to take place or the seat belt light changed. However it would go off and I would look and couldn't figure out a reason we were all of a sudden alerted, so it was very difficult to get any type of rest in the uncomfortable conditions. I left confused as to why I was required to spend money for a possible carry on that went above in the plane when I was so cramped."

Cons: "I still didn't receive a $100 voucher that was promise because of the 10 hour flight delay."
Cons: "Original fight was cancelled and rescheduled for 6 hours earlier. Unable to do 6am flight and only other option was fly to Dallas first then the Denver. Long flight no food or entertainment."
Pros: "We were greeted and told, "We can get you to SLC until tomorrow", but that quickly changed to, "we can potentially book you on another airline". Within 30 minutes we were booked on a Delta flight that got us to SLC through Denver 30 minutes earlier than planned. We enjoyed beverages and snacks on Delta that would not have been provided by Frontier. The clerk at the Frontier ticketing counter was most helpful. We were able to make it to SLC and a wonderful vacation with family. We also received a voucher for $200 each. We will try Frontier again."

Cons: "It's was over crowded. The staff was rude. Other passengers were disrespectful. The whole mood of broth flight was dreadful."

Cons: "A crew member left a flight bag on an empty seat next to me that they were always into and out of the entire flight. While not hugely disturbing, it seemed unprofessional. Does Frontier not provide a place for crew to stow their gear on flights?"

Cons: "Never even made the flight. It was delayed 2 hours which meant I missed the connection and there were no seats on any other flights to SNA so I had to rebook for the next day at noon. Missed my granddaughters birth due to all this and didn't even get compensation from the airline!"

Pros: "The crew was excellent. We had a medical emergency and the crew did an awesome job."
Cons: "The over 2 hour and 15 minute delay. Flight was originally scheduled to depart at 6:30 pm and we find' t get in the air until almost 9:00 pm. I find' t luggage until almost 1:00 am. Ugh"

Cons: "They wouldn't even provide a cup of ice water for waiting over 4 hours delay. Then another 45 minutes before pulling away from the gate."

Cons: "We had a 2 hour delay and then waited an hour before we could get off. Instead of arriving at 11:00 at night, we got there at 2 am and then rented a car and drove to our motel. It made for a long night/day"
Cons: "There was clearly an issue with the plane, and instead of being honest, we were continuously told it was paperwork and it'd only be "15 minutes." Plus, there wasn't even an effort to hold the plane from DEN to POR, although there were 8 of us needing that flight and we only missed it by a few minutes."
Cons: "I was scheduled for the Sunday night flight. I was at the airport earlier the the one and a half hour that they recommend. The flight attendant never announced boarding the plane. When other passengers saw it was almost time to board they got in a line, and she started the check in process... and never announced the flight. She also never made any attempt to call my name over the loud speaker. On Monday night after being rescheduled, my flight was 3 hours late on departing because Frontier did not schedule a crew to be there. We were not compensated in any way, we were scheduled to arrive in MKE at 4:05 am and did not actually get to MKE until 7:35 am"

Also we paid 80 dollars for carry on. its not always good to get a cheap deal i rather paid full price the way we Got treated"

Cons: "Packed in like sardines legs hitting te seat in front and your elbows jammed into the person next to you, seats do not recline at all , five inch wide by six inch long seat back trays. All this and no description of the conditions that could let you make and informed decision on weather you would ever buy a ticket on this airline again. The whole airline projects an atmosphere of complete indifference to how you think .. On and off the plane. No directions to bagge area in one of the most poorly designed airports in the US, no clear signage on how to get to the correct baggage area causing over 3/4 of the passengers to go to terminal 1 instead of 3."

Cons: "I felt screwed all the way around! You charge for everything and provide nothing! The flight attendants were old and worn out looking and acted like any request was just a strain! I'll never fly with you again and have warned my friends also."
Pros: "Absolutely no issue with the flight. The boarding went very smoothly and the flight itself was flawless,. We even landed 15 minutes earlier than projected. Staff on the plane were efficient and pleasant. Pretty standard flight attendants doing what they do."
Cons: "The seating is another matter. They have moved the seats closer together so there is zero leg room and very close to the person next to you. Luckily I was in an aisle seat with a small child next to me so I had elbow room. The trays are ridiculous! Roughly the size of an ipad. Can barely hold a glass and a soda can. Forget about putting your laptop on it. The flights are cheap - but that is because you pay extra for everything. They charge for bags whether you carry on or check them and it's double the price at the gate if you don't pay at booking, charge for choosing your seat at booking, charge for all refreshments and food on the flight - only thing complimentary is a glass of water."
