Boarding was not orderly, stupid system of delayed displaying of gate assignment
Service was excellent. Boarding fast and efficient, but would be better if the grouped.
I am only 6 ft but knees hit the seat in front. Tray table hits my stomach even without the recline on front seat. Woman across aisle from me couldn't get out of her seat when the person in front reclined. This should just be illegal, period! Food was not very good. Entertainment options was limited.
Missed flight due to customs they gave vouture then took it back because i booked threw kayak it made it more difficult to change i even obtaijned insurance
between lunch and supper snack one isle had only one water serving and my isle had none. So for 6 hours we had no water serving. This is why I gave crew rating OK only. Also the supper pizza snack was horrible. By comparison, United gives full drink cans so they last longer. I suggest Lufthansa also should serve full drink cans in long flights.
Had a very comfortable journey. Nice and friendly crew. Amenities at Frankfurt were excellent.
We had the best flight attendant ever! Her name was Sharon on Eandeavor / Delta Cnx, and she made the experience the best flight I've experienced. Thanks Sharon for being awesome!
window seat in back didn't have window
Flight was on time. Boarded quickly with no fuss.
On two of the legs of the trip they notice I was a tall person with long legs and upgraded me to seats with more leg room!! I didn't even ask. Thank you.
On the way back there were open seats with extra leg room and I asked the gate attendant if it was possible to switch my seat to one with more room and they said they only could if I paid extra.
Boarding was not smooth. They got me and my son mixed up as we have same name.
The boarding was very organised and the crew very friendly. The snacks that they offer is great too
There was a change in our flight. According to Delta you didn't confirm every leg of our flight and the plane was over booked.
Some of the flight attendants were rude and not very welcoming at all.
The wifi wasn't strong enough to download the app to watch movies on the plane.
