It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
The flights were on time; all went as expected which is a big positive! No delays! There was no food or drink service in any legs, which I understand due to the short flight time.
The Delta assistsed services were awesome for my aunt. So very helpful.
Probably not the fault of Delta but there was delay after delay after delay and I ended up getting home 4 hours later then I should have at 1:30 in the morning

Very late arrival at PWM. Late jet getting to ATL. Equipment problem with aircraft - could not get enough water onto plane., Another delay getting FAA approval for flight with bottled H2O. Not the crew’s problem.
A little bumpy ride . No food was being provided due the the turbulence. That was ok it was a short flight to my standards.
Pretty standard flight. Delta has a good selection of movies.
The flight was so late that I had to change connecting flights, turning a five-hour trip into a fourteen-hour nightmare.
Despite being delayed, we would still give a high score for this flight experience. For the first time in quite some time we had excellent customer service throughout our entire round trip. The flight attendants were the most polite we have experienced in our last ten flights at least (non of which were Delta and include business class). The food offered was a better selection than most—we just didn’t have any of it. Overall, almost as good as flying used to be. Thank you to Delta.
I enjoyed it, again I believe air Canada has better seating options and better drink options
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

The flight was delayed by two de-icings. The seatbelt did not work correctly. It did not stay tight.
The seats on the aircraft are like sitting in a rock. During the boarding process they recognize Active Duty Military, why don’t they recognize Retired Military. I’ve always preferred Delta, this flight confirmed why I still prefer Delta.
It was literally one of the worst travel experiences ever. My flight got delayed by over an hour and there was no communication of this from the gate staff. I realized it by checking the screen periodically. Once on board the flight attendants continued to serve alcohol to a man who was clearly already drunk and that was making a bunch of commotion. Never again will I fly United!
At least the delays were short. Business class, even in the new planes is very crowded now with crappy tray tables

Flight cancelled due to fog. No other flights available for 36 hours. Directed by United to book passage on another carrier, and submit receipts for reimbursement. Did that. United now states they will not reimburse. Currently out 2 grand.
I have executive platinum status with American Airlines. It seems impossible to be upgraded anymore and I’m never offered a cheese plate or thanked for my loyalty.
The flight could have actually taken place. Canceled flight and no option to rebook that day.
Crew was helpful and cheerful especially when they had no refreshments to work with. The plane was never serviced and had nothing but limited water and coffee onboard. For the price point, a concern of services.
I bought wifi and most of the flight could not even use it my apps would just spin. I couldn't even listen to music. super frustrating.
Seating was horrible. Small seats. Access to flight information and extras very iser unfriendly. Kept losing internet after paying for it. Staff in madison was as unprofessional and unhelpful.
There were several different delays but we ended up being delayed a total of 40 mins or so. It was annoying we had a gate change which made it take longer to leave DFW, and we had to check our carry on. Ugh
The counter/baggage counter was busy and so many people missed flights. We got stuck sitting on the plane over 2 hours at the gate while they were doing an inspection is wrong. Many of us missed our connecting flights because of it.
Our flight was changed from Madison to DC to Madison to Charlotte.
We were told we had no flights before our flight was continually delayed then cancelled.
Boarding was relatively fast and easy and the crew was attentive throughout.
Lufthansa was great. Crew on board excellent. Frankfort passport control horrible it took about two hours to get through. After waiting in line for hours there was a discussion with the passenger in front of me that was taking forever. The couple behind me had a connecting flight to Turkey in 30 minutes and asked border control officer of her situation and the control officer told the couple in a nasty tone if you don’t like it you can go to another line which would have surely made her miss the flight. Border patrol officers were not helpful. Finally made it through I had to exit and reentry for security check for my connecting flight which Lufthansa changed gates and I had to run to get to A60. Which it seemed 2 kilometers to get to but I made it. If i fid not have 2.5 hrs layover i would have missed my connecting flight to Milan. Not sure if I will fly through Frankfort in the future.
TV wasn’t working, flight attendants never came when turning on the light, luggage was delayed and when delivered it was broken. No suitcase for the rest of our 2 week trip with no response when claimed filed
Lost our luggage, now two days and four $30 each taxi trips to airport and long lines in taxi queue because Lufthansa didn’t get it right, by not recognizing new delays between flights caused byEU new lengthy crossing requirements for non EU travelers, so luggage lost because traditionally methodical and orderly Germans not paying attention.
When our flight was canceled and rebooked, my husband's meal request was not transfered. As a result, there was nothing he could eat for dinner and breakfast on the new flight, save a side salad and roll.

At the boarding gate in Dallas, I was required to check my carry-on luggage due to limited cabin space. Despite my attempts to explain that I was traveling internationally and would not have access to the bag during transit, my concerns were not considered. I also informed the staff that I did not have a padlock to secure the luggage, but this was disregarded. Consequently, I had to hastily transfer essential items from my carry-on into my handbag. Unfortunately, the onboard experience on the Chicago to Brussels flight further reinforced my dissatisfaction. The cabin crew appeared disengaged, indifferent, and lacking in attentiveness, resulting in a service experience that fell well below my expectations.

It is ridiculous that Lufthansa weighs your carry-on bags. It's also ridiculous how strict they are about the 50 pound rule when you're flying overseas for nearly 3 weeks. The reality is, that if you book a business or first class ticket you get a $70 luggage allowance. It's bullshit that it's not about safety. It's not about regulation. It's about money. And that pisses me off. Furthermore, under price, which I assume was the travel consolidator for my ticket sold me some bullshit ticket that did not include to check luggage. What a bunch of nonsense. That's a scam. There shouldn't even be a ticket offered to Europe without checked luggage. I don't know how most people are, but now I'm gonna be very skeptical about using KAYAK again and flying Lufthansa. I think maybe it's best I just booked with the airline directly.
The tv and remote didn’t work. The plug to charge our phone didn’t work.

Waited until boarding started before saying there was no overhead luggage space on the plane.
Late lights, lost baggage and cramped seats. Did not feel that lost baggage was a priority. Communication was slow and often unclear.
Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.
My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.
Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.

OK. Needed more information on baggage details with different airlines and airport baggage pickup Also, it appeared they offered free WiFi on their info publications but none did.
