The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days

I could clearly see the difference of Air France from Atlanta to Paris and then from Paris to Bengaluru. To Bangalore the WiFi was not free and even the flight seemed an old one, I am just curious why.

I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.

Had to cancel and rebook, KLM connection was cancelled prior to departure, ended up flying to Munich on non-Delta carrier.

The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!

Transfer at Amsterdam airport is very convenient and the airport is easy to navigate. Boarding was also quick and easy. Cabin crew were excellent and the meals were good, although lacking in options.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

Flights were on time, my connecting gate was VERY close to my arrival gate, everything went smooth and made for a delightful experience.

Surprisingly the coffee was pretty good and they had a gluten free bar handy!

Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.

The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.

I’m on this flight every other week. Same flight, same day of the week, same time of day… Multiple times there are issues getting flight plan registered and FAA approved r to take off. PAPERWORK This is exhausting and it sucks.

They announced a mechanical issue prior to boarding Said it was fixed, we boarded Waited Then learned it was not fixed Had to deplane and go to new gate Bought wifi on plane and it never worked

We were delayed so pilots can rest and had no WiFi the whole trip. First class seats are small compared to other planes

The ac must have died, it was way to hot on this flight. Boarding g was chaotic. The flight was delayed for boarding. Not a great experience.

I missed the flight because the Minneapolis flight was 49 minutes LATE, and the Boise flight LEFT 24 minutes EARLY!

The flight itself was ok but delayed take off meant that service was also delayed once in the air and it was a long time before the lights in the cabin were turned off. The food was pretty poor, which was disappointing for Virgin. Particularly breakfast which was a dry bagel with a pot of cream cheese. Economy sears were not comfortable despite us handing 3 seats between the two of us, I was unable to get comfortable and sleep. The entertainment was brilliant with a great selection and a very welcome addition was free high speed internet access for flying club members meaning I could stream video whilst in the air.

Food was okay. Seats were a bit cramped. In flight entertainment headphone socket didn't work on my seat. Wifi was great, so I was able to stream on my iPad

Selection of movies didn't include recent box office hits. Food was average not great. English sparkling wine is not drinkable. Otherwise, everything was great.

These are one of the older seat arrangements facing away from the windows! Not particularly convenient sets. No storage spaces. NO COAT HANGING HOOKS. Inconvenient business class seat compared to any other airlines of similar class. Staff are excellent! Extremely professional, friendly. Food is good too.

Everything about the flight was amazing from check in to boarding entertainment was okay food we didn’t try.

The Virgin Atlantic crew was very good. However, the equipment was OK, the seats were OK, but her bags did not arrive with me. Two bags showed up a day later and I’m still waiting for my third back.

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks

Collectively, that made this considerably more than another flight. The crew made the personal element truly exceptional. Cabin Supervisor Hershel and Cabin Crew Ali deserve particular recognition. Their hospitality went well beyond procedural service; they took the initiative to acknowledge my birthday and, using the resources available onboard, thoughtfully assembled a small presentation with KitKat chocolates and dessert to wish me. It was simple, spontaneous, genuine, and immensely memorable. For someone who spends a considerable part of life travelling, these are precisely the moments that transcend service delivery and become lasting memories. That is where Qatar continues to excel: exceptionally well trained, composed, aligned, and polished crew who can deliver consistency without appearing mechanical. The human warmth remains evident, and individual colleagues repeatedly find ways to distinguish themselves. One small opportunity would have made the occasion even more complete. As we were travelling from Doha to India on 15 August, still within Indian Independence Day, a subtle acknowledgement of India celebrating its 80th Independence Day, perhaps simply wishing the Indian guests onboard on this proud occasion, would have been a thoughtful and culturally resonant gesture. It certainly does not detract from an excellent journey, but would have added another meaningful dimension to an already memorable flight. The only substantive disappointment was that my checked luggage did not complete the journey with me from Seattle (SEA), via Doha (DOH), to Kolkata (CCU), having been delayed in Doha. A baggage exception report is already on file with the local airport team in Kolkata. Given the confidence Qatar Airways has earned from me over the years, I remain optimistic that they will once again live up to that standard, work their magic, and reunite me with my luggage within the next 24 hours. Overall, another exceptional experience and one I will genuinely cherish. Hershel and Ali, thank you for making my birthday in the skies so memorable. Way to go, Qatar Airways. Please continue investing in and developing your cabin professionals to this calibre. When service excellence is combined with authentic human connection, an ordinary journey becomes an experience a passenger remembers long after landing.

Looks like a local flight. Food was horrible. No entertainment system.

Economy travel is really hard with no room to move especially when the person sitting beside you is an XL or XXL size person who if moving could hit your face

I purchased Qatar airways after seeing ads about its service. To my surprise Qatar is marketing gimmick and horrible airlines which I don’t recommend to anyone Flight was dirty including flight from Miami to Doha And Doha airport restrooms are dirty On top of this they use this pathetic cheap indigo From Doha to Hyderabad which I will never fly Also they lost one of my baggage in Indigo and still waiting to receive it. I will never travel Qatar and will never recommend

Aircraft was spacious compared to American Airlines, food was great, entertainment was much better with a wide variety of options, and the crew was very polite.

The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. The staff onboard were notably engaged, responsive, and enthusiastic, providing a level of service that stood out, especially when compared to the less attentive crew on the earlier leg from Heathrow to Doha. Their eagerness to assist made the journey more pleasant. Additionally, the time spent at the Silver Lounge in Doha contributed positively to the experience. The lounge offered a comfortable and relaxing environment, with adequate amenities and attentive staff. Overall, both the flight and the lounge experience in Doha met expectations, making for a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.

Being a platinum member, no attention given. No towel or tissue provided.

Besides the flight cancellation, everything else was prefect. Kudos to Malaysian Airlines.

They made us deliberate waste time by holding our passports and boarding passes making us miss the flight

Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.

Fortunately the departure was delayed as I had a tight connection and the incoming flight was delayed. The departure delay helped me to make my connection. Thankfully, my luggage also could be transferred in the same time. The aircraft had to be changed and the power outlet in my seat didn’t work. Again luckily as the flight was not full, I could move to a different seat where the power outlet was working.

Boarding was by group and we had to take the bus. There were no elevators so had to walk down the stairs. It would help to have escalators or elevators. Note I had a special needs child and the gate crew was rushing us in. The bus was full but we were packed with no seats to sit.

The food from Delhi to Frankfurt went bad or something cause I got sick after I ate the meal and felt ill the rest of my travel back to NY

The entertainment is pretty boring. There are no new movies or TV shows from February. The food is just ok on the Atlanta to Frankfurt leg, but better on the Fra to Bengaluru leg.

Flight LH760 from Germany to New Delhi, the food was excellent, the crew was fantastic, the seats in economy are usually tight these days, so I can say that the seats were Ok, the entertainment was OK because for some reason the sound is not very clear, overall I enjoyed this flight, compared to the flight (UA 962) I took with united from San Francisco to Frankfurt in this trip, that flight was horrible. Thank you Lufthansa.

I am deeply disappointed with Lufthansa’s treatment of my elderly parents during their recent flight. They were supposed to receive assistance with wheelchair service, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arriving at the airport, my parents were left stranded and confused, with no staff available to guide them. Despite being promised help, they were ignored by the ground staff, who were not only indifferent but also incredibly rude. To make matters worse, some of the employees made racist comments, which is absolutely unacceptable especially for passengers with special needs. We will never fly Lufthansa again and urge others to reconsider if they need assistance. My parents were left to navigate a busy airport on their own, which is both dangerous and stressful for elderly passengers with limited mobility. This level of neglect is inexcusable, especially from an airline that claims to prioritize passenger safety and comfort.

Boarding was horrible. We were packed into a bus with few seats and made to stand for 10 to 15 minutes, then driven for 5 minutes on wild curves. Complementary food and drink was a tiny chocolate and a bottle of water. Seating was cramped. Aircraft had no video.
