Flight to SFO landed 7 min late. Wouldn’t let us on connecting flight to MRY. We were put on a land shuttle to MRY and now I’m car sick. Horrible day!

The United flight had a great entertainment package (movies, tv shows, etc). The flight attendant who sat in front of us was awesome,and fun to talk to. She gave us some great tips about things to do while in Athens. The food was good (for airline food).

The flight from Newark to Athens was interesting. The flight changed gates at the last minute. The plane was towed to the new gate, then we found out that it was going to be delayed an additional hour due to required maintenance checks. Actually, I don't mind the additional maintenance checks, I want to arrive alive! We arrived in Athens 90 minutes after our expected time. We got seats in the exit row, however, we couldn't really enjoy the extra legroom for 2 reasons: 1) The exit hatch was right in front of my girlfriend who was sitting near the window. She couldn't extend her feet without kicking the door (I big no-no at 35,000 feet). 2) Our row was right in front of the bathrooms, so I had constant traffic bumping me in left shoulder and lines of people literally standing in front of me for the majority of the flight while waiting for their turn to use the bathroom. They are stepping on my feet constantly or passing gas in my face (I wish I was kidding).

Stewardesses were very nice and pleasant. We left timely and arrived on time.

My seat got randomly assigned and I was put on the back row window seat with no window. I wish I could have selected my seat from a list of free spots (w/o extra charge). I don’t like that you are charged for everything: seat change, water, and any snack. I would expect at least water as passengers get dehydrated from flying. Seats are uncomfortable, not much space from seat in front, and there is no recline. Feels crammed. Lacks hospitality majorly as I am charged for every little thing. I hope they don’t start charging for oxygen intake. I was not informed of entertainment options, but I’m sure they were not inexpensive. I will not be flying with Spirit Airlines again. There are other airline options that are less expensive (after you add all the additional fees up) and much more comfortable and hospitable.

My mother (elderly) and I flew to Cancun from 2 different cities. My flight was delayed and it took 45 minutes to go through custom. They saw my mother waiting at the carousel (our meeting spot) next to my checked bag (she recognized my luaggage). They actually ask her what they can do to help and have someone waiting for me at the custom. I was very surprised when they told me "you mother is waiting for you, please follow me". Very pleased with their services.

Sun Country's customer service was amazing. Our flight to Mexico everything went well and we were treated well. Our flight home from Mexico we had to change. My wife became extremely ill and under the direction and OK to fly home from Doctor Gonzalez It was in my wife's best interest to leave Mexico early. On phone your Reservations person was wonderful and helpful in giving us our best options. We followed her directions and when we got to airport the gate agents and , a personal wheel chair person, were amazing . Our wheel chair person for flight 572 - 2/26/2016 was your best advocate of what your customer services is. She knew every phase of the operation of your Airlines. she represented your Airline very well. She loves her job and does her job superior to others. In Mexico they made the process of flying home easy for us. We were so afraid that my wife would not be able to go through the process but they treated her so gently and lovingly and made sure we got home stress free. They treated both of us like they knew what we had been going through and knew just what to so to make us feel special and at peace. I must say your Mexico agents are well trained and professional. They made sure that we were well taken care of as well as the other passengers. We were at the Airport early and I had a chance to view how others were treat, wondering if it was just us that they made feel special, It was not just us they made everyone feel special. I just can not thank your Mexico team on the morning of 19 February 2016 enough. We are truly truly grateful. When we arrived at our home in USA a wheel chair again was waiting for us at the aircraft door to take us through customs and to a cab. Again our wheel chair person again was amazing in making sure my wife would be OK through the customs process. THANK YOU SUN COUNTRY WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE. I have a walker and it was stowed with the strollers. Was available soon after I arrived. Flight left on time and arrived early. Price was great, even with a few add ons.

WIsh they had pillows. I need lower back support and had to use my son's sweatshirt. I will know next time.

The seats and space are horrible, it is almost impossible to stay seated during the duration of the flight because the seats are so uncomfortable and if you are taller like I am you will have no leg room and no support past your shoulders

This flight was canceled at the last minute and all passengers were told they needed to find another flight because the airline didn’t have any to rebook them on. Passengers had to pay out of pocket for new flights. Frontier said they would reimburse but I haven’t seen anything yet.

It got me from point a to point b. That was the only positive thing about this flight.

Unidentified delays had me sitting in the airport for hours, seats were overwhelmingly uncomfortable, no in flight entertainment, the cabin crew kept the galley lights on so it was impossible to sleep on a late night trip, nickel and dimed over everything from a carry on bag to choosing my seat, no complimentary drinks or snacks, took forever to receive my checked bag

The flight arrives safely into Denver

We had to take a bus to the plane. The buses the shuttled us on, they packed tight and without apology. We then sat in our seats for over an hour on the tarmac without explanation or apologies or any courtesy shown at all to the woman who dared to get up to use the lavatory and was scorned by the crew. When we got to our destination. The crew did not even apologize for the hour delay in landing or even mention it.

One flight attendant in particular. Wish I knew her name to commend her. Also, had a bassinet for my grandson!! Frequent beverages offered, especially water. Allowed to move seats once in the air!! Able to help my daughter with her baby. Chicken dish was actually really good.

No movie screens at all!? Odd; especially for an International flight. Check bathroom paper supplies more frequently. Ran out of paper towels two bathrooms. No fault of yours, but the Venice airport was a nightmare. I am use to airports in the US and was shocked how long the line was to get through to our gate. We couldn’t even find the end because it wrapped around like an “S”. Surprised we had to print our boarding pass (but was never asked for it); couldn’t do a mobile boarding pass.

Ease of boarding and good communication from pilot

Flight attendant was gruff when communicating. She seemed angry when providing information. It was a short flight, so not a lot was offered, which was totally fine. However, when she walked down the isle with water, she appeared to be looking at the ceiling and didn’t stop to check if many people wanted water, including me.

Seat was not comfortable, I am 5'1" and the head rest was too high, fortunately I had my own foam neck support. Bathrooms could use more cleaning during flight as one was grossly covered with urine right after turbulence was experienced. One crew member appeared to be having a bad day and seemed unhappy to be at work and was impatient with all.

Customer service when my flight was delayed twice and then cancelled.

I hated that there were sudden updates of delays just moments before we were supposed to board, then delayed for a day, then cancelled. I was fortunate to be re-routed to San Francisco (I am on the way) now, through United airlines. All in all, it was a stressful inconvenience.

AA screwed up reservations by rescheduling flights by 3 hours earlier (done not once but two times) causing 6 hour layover. This plus an additional 2:38 delay on next flight made the journey horrible. Will never book an AA/BA flight again for intrnational travel.

I got more room than most, sitting in the front row.

Skipped for drink service. My eyes were closed, I wasn't sleeping, but by the time I was aware of the steward, he was gone down the aisle and serving the people behind me. Also, even though I am disabled, the steward did not help me to put my bag up in the overhead compartment, even though he insisted, the very moment I sat down that my bag needed to be placed up top. No visible plugs for headsets, or USB to charge phones. This plane looks older than I am and I'm 47 years old!

Easy boarding and finding seat; good food and liked that wine was available, good movies to choose from

Seat was not comfortable, I am 5'1" and the head rest was too high, fortunately I had my own foam neck support. Bathrooms could use more cleaning during flight as one was grossly covered with urine right after turbulence was experienced. One crew member appeared to be having a bad day and seemed unhappy to be at work and was impatient with all.

- Gate attendants made clear announcements - Gate screen was kept updated - Boarding was by zones instead of a free-for-all like my last Spirit flight

- The backs of the seats should be harder because every time the person behind me rustled through their seat pocket, it felt like I was being kneed in the back. - After we landed in Chicago, we just sat for 20 minutes before continuing on to the gate, and pilots did not make any useful announcements about this.

The seats and space are horrible, it is almost impossible to stay seated during the duration of the flight because the seats are so uncomfortable and if you are taller like I am you will have no leg room and no support past your shoulders

It got me from point a to point b. That was the only positive thing about this flight.

Unidentified delays had me sitting in the airport for hours, seats were overwhelmingly uncomfortable, no in flight entertainment, the cabin crew kept the galley lights on so it was impossible to sleep on a late night trip, nickel and dimed over everything from a carry on bag to choosing my seat, no complimentary drinks or snacks, took forever to receive my checked bag

It got us to London. My bags were quickly available.

The seats were SO. UNCOMFORTABLE. I didn't sleep at all and have a headache because of them. Absolutely atrocious. The food was meh. One of the flight attendants was so rude I dreaded every time she headed over. I'll be flying with Delta in the future.

Lounge

Delayed flight which kept pushing back for more then 5 hours. Got booked on the next flight got middle seat. Flight attendant was rude and short with people. Not very personable. Plane was so hot everyone was sweating.

The United flight had a great entertainment package (movies, tv shows, etc). The flight attendant who sat in front of us was awesome,and fun to talk to. She gave us some great tips about things to do while in Athens. The food was good (for airline food).

The flight from Newark to Athens was interesting. The flight changed gates at the last minute. The plane was towed to the new gate, then we found out that it was going to be delayed an additional hour due to required maintenance checks. Actually, I don't mind the additional maintenance checks, I want to arrive alive! We arrived in Athens 90 minutes after our expected time. We got seats in the exit row, however, we couldn't really enjoy the extra legroom for 2 reasons: 1) The exit hatch was right in front of my girlfriend who was sitting near the window. She couldn't extend her feet without kicking the door (I big no-no at 35,000 feet). 2) Our row was right in front of the bathrooms, so I had constant traffic bumping me in left shoulder and lines of people literally standing in front of me for the majority of the flight while waiting for their turn to use the bathroom. They are stepping on my feet constantly or passing gas in my face (I wish I was kidding).

Sun Country's customer service was amazing. Our flight to Mexico everything went well and we were treated well. Our flight home from Mexico we had to change. My wife became extremely ill and under the direction and OK to fly home from Doctor Gonzalez It was in my wife's best interest to leave Mexico early. On phone your Reservations person was wonderful and helpful in giving us our best options. We followed her directions and when we got to airport the gate agents and , a personal wheel chair person, were amazing . Our wheel chair person for flight 572 - 2/26/2016 was your best advocate of what your customer services is. She knew every phase of the operation of your Airlines. she represented your Airline very well. She loves her job and does her job superior to others. In Mexico they made the process of flying home easy for us. We were so afraid that my wife would not be able to go through the process but they treated her so gently and lovingly and made sure we got home stress free. They treated both of us like they knew what we had been going through and knew just what to so to make us feel special and at peace. I must say your Mexico agents are well trained and professional. They made sure that we were well taken care of as well as the other passengers. We were at the Airport early and I had a chance to view how others were treat, wondering if it was just us that they made feel special, It was not just us they made everyone feel special. I just can not thank your Mexico team on the morning of 19 February 2016 enough. We are truly truly grateful. When we arrived at our home in USA a wheel chair again was waiting for us at the aircraft door to take us through customs and to a cab. Again our wheel chair person again was amazing in making sure my wife would be OK through the customs process. THANK YOU SUN COUNTRY WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE. WE ARE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL. John

Flight attendants were terrible. Poor drink service and never picked up trash until end of flight. Just plain rude. They charge for luggage on international flights.

We requested bulk head seats as my husband just had knee surgery. They said they were all taken. Well the young men sitting in these seats did not seem to have any problems getting up and down and getting around before the flight and certainly did not after.
