In Minneapolis stop at terminal 1 if you want to go to lounge and then go to terminal 2. In LAX, don’t take the late flights!

Minneapolis is just a great airport. Signs to the rental area were a little unclear but that was not a huge deal as the tram only goes to one stop so you can’t get too misplaced.

Even with tight (< 1 hour) connection in Montreal, there was ample time to get through customs and to the next gate. Very smooth.

MSP is an excellent airport. If possible, obtain some type of precheck clearance for initial airport screening.

If you’re coming from an international destination to MSP airport, choose a layover that allows at least 90 minutes. You deplane, then you go through immigration first. After that, you pick up your bags from the carousel, then you stand in a long line to go through customs. After customs, you have to drop off your bags, then stand in line to go through security. All this before you see the terminal and gates to connecting flights. Many travelers missed their connecting flights because several flights from International destinations arrived at the same time at MSP airport, and there was only one line from the baggage pickup carousel area through security. Give yourself plenty of time; a layover with less than 60 minutes is risky.

We need more maps or layouts of the airport available and what's available when flying to the next airport or where terminals are located to maximize time when there are layovers.

Get to airport early, as they only have two entrances into terminal!! Waiting line long. After checked by TSA, they were very slow moving people along though scanner. I hate going to MSP. It use to be a good airport, but sucks now!!

It was not clear to me that my Air Canada flight would be handled by United, so I had some uncertainty about check-in. A United employee helped me check in eventually. Check for code-sharing partners.

Denver air is great flight times and connections a little rough

Communication with delays. Failed to make a connection I ng flight in Chicago.

Excellent, from check Iin to arrival. I was apprehensive about flying a small plane between Ironwood and Chicago, but the flight and service was great. I noticed, after boarding , that my cell phone had little battery left. The flight attendant kindly lent me a charging device to keep me connected with my contact in Chicago upon landing. I will always remember that kindness.

Great snacks and friendly people for check in at Pierre SD!

The connecting flight came in 45 min late but everything else was great

Absolutely easy travels and no cost cutting by the airline.

Their snacks and hospitality was amazing. They offered full sized snacks. Im talking full sized water bottles, full sized snickers bars, gold fish, full sized canned sodas, what ever you wanted they took care of it for FREE. The crew was really nice and hospitable. I was honestly shocked

Great. I had to modify a flight. That was easy and free. Thank You

I noticed that the planes seem to be outdated. There was no entertainment per se. Also, the waiting area did not have any working electrical outlets

None of the airplane features were available during the flight.

Original flight was cancelled and when i was rebooked by the airline, they couldn't seat me in the same type of seat as I had originally booked (went from window/aisle to middle/middle and one was a bulkhead seat, and other wasn't in the same class)

Lady Pilot was perfect in every way wheels up to wheels down communication, professionalism, excellent on time departure and on time arrival, excellent communication! Fantastic job with Superb attitude!!

The food is terrible. The staff is wonderful. Comfort is good.

Left on time, a bit delayed due to headwinds most of the trip.

I fly Delta all the time, have Platinum Medallion status. But this route seems to have major problems with delays and seems to never leave on time! Have only taken it twice in the last two weeks, and each time it had delays of more than 1 hour... very disappointed!!!!

Getting to the flight was arduous and lengthy. The flight itself was good but the food option wasn’t a good selection. I need to do a Kosher option on my return. Flight crew were nice

Good seats in Main cabin, excellent service and excellent landing
