Pros: The crew was good. The plane was clean. The snacks provided were good.
Cons: The flight was delayed so that could improve. There were no entertainment options. It was a short flight but at least they should have a audio channel or something.

Pros: The price for Businesses Class was very affordable, wine & food was good, also received a charmingly designed toiletries kit to top it off. Crew all helpful.
Cons: We were delayed and sat on runway for 45mins, they did however turn on the entertainment screens and announcement was made to inform us about it.
Cons: Passenger was refused at check in because, according to the counter clerk, the ticket was not purchased in the country of residency but online in US. As a result, i lost the money, the passenger did not fly, and no refund was issued. this is the first time i ever heard of such BS. Not happy.

Cons: Some of the worst customer service, seats that do not recline at all, minimum leg room, and worst of all a 2 hour delay that made me miss my connecting flight for which they took NO responsibility stating that they can have delays for up to 3 hours without having to compensate anyone.
Cons: The flight was cancelled few hours before departure. I called the customer service and they a flight to Tel Aviv a day after with 3 stops. It was imposible to accept, so I've cancelled and bouhgt another ticket from other airline and ask for refund. Three months later I still waiting for the money. Not recommend at all TAP.
Cons: They had us inside the airplane for 1.5 hours. We understand there was a bad weather but we could get on board when they are ready to depart. It is not nice to be 1.5 hours plus 8 hours traveling

Cons: TAP a total disappointment. The biggest surprise of which you guys at Kayak are somewhat responsible is the ridiculous fees of $90 dollar per bag checked in. Obviously the face value of the ticket is cheaper but in practice I had to pay 360 dollars to check in my bags going and coming.

Pros: Very easy to check in, flight was reasonably priced, and all was very good. My television didn't work, and my friend next to me, couldn't get hers to work. 3 different flight personnel tried to fix, reboot, and to no avail.
Cons: My flight to Miami was delayed due to weather. I missed my connection to LHR, therefore missed my TAP flight to Portugal. I called TAP (before the flight) and they would not change the flight because I went through a travel site. My $240 ticket was lost, and I had to pay over $900 for a new one. I doubt I will use an internet site again because I will unlikely get a refund and it was impossible to change the ticket. Feel awful!

Cons: The attendant who checked me in at the Porto airport was very rude and sarcastic. At the gate they said the flight would be delayed half an hour, however they just called us to start boarding a half an hour after the flight was expected to leave. At that time the passengers of the previous flight were just starting to leave the plane so everyone that was about to board then had to stand in the freezing cold tunnel way with all of our bags for another 20 minutes while the previous passengers got off. There was no food or any beverage other than water offered on the flight.

Pros: Center aisle seat was comfortable and pnethy of room for my carryon overhead and underseat.
Cons: I would like to see all TAP planes come with a standard entertainment option on the headrest in front of you with the advanced menu option of movies, games, radio, etc. and ensure all headphone jacks are operational. (Thisnflight the screen was messed up...not something you want to look at for 8 hours. ) I couldn't eat half the food because the salad wasn't anything but cabbage and a tomato and the corn and meat dish was cold and weird. I don't know what the dessert was but I got it down. I think the sandwich I got before landing was pesto and mayonnaise but I'm not sure. I didn't get much of it down before gagging. I wish when booking a flight you were given the menu or you could choose early in the flight and then be served. I bet it would cut down on wasted food and money.
Cons: They gave my 70-year old mother only a few hours notice that they were changing her one-stop four-hour 6AM flight into an 8AM multi stop 14-hour marathon. In fact, she was already asleep when they changed her flight, so she was already at the airport when she found out about the change. To do this to a 70-year old woman is reprehensible. Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER.
Cons: The sizing device is much smaller than it needs to be for carry on roller bags. My bag was forced to be checked by the ground crew on this Tap flight. My bag is a normal sized carry on bag that has always fit on all flights. There was plenty of space on the aircraft for it. The ground crew also let others on with larger bags so they dont even apply their policy in a consistent manner. I will do my best to avoid TAP from now on.

Cons: They seem super unorganized. You wait on a line to check-in, then another one to board and then another one to actually sit down. I've enevet been on an airline that has such long waits.

Pros: Once we were boarded, everything went fairly smoothly. The cabin staff are not rude, however they are just there to serve food and drinks, and are totally uninvolved and unwilling to enforce any rules.
Cons: TAP is notorious for delaying departures, and both times I have flown with them, the flights have been delayed at least an hour. Their boarding procedure is also unorganized and often frustrating. The food is terrible. Don't eat the beef stew with Madeira sauce. It's like dog food.
