I somehow thought my food preferences was saved to my account— everything had dairy and couldn’t eat anything.
Breakfast before landing was a reheated breakfast “calzone” which was not good, at all. Otherwise, food was good. Crew not very attentive for taking trash from passengers being a little slow in eating.
Surprisingly the coffee was pretty good and they had a gluten free bar handy!
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
The staff and the boarding procedure were all amazing . The one flight was not equipped with WIFI which now adays seems odd. All in all the experience was good
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙
Smooth flight, easy boarding process. Made up time in the air with initial delay due to weather pass through
Flight was over two hours late, but they notified us early in the morning. They ended up changing planes the food on board that was extremely mediocre and we were in premier class.
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
I enjoyed it, again I believe air Canada has better seating options and better drink options
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.
Checking bag at terminal was horrible. No agents to check us in and only 1 kiosk working. Boarding went ok. Crew onboard was very scattered rained. Missed our row while serving and then didn’t see them hardly again.
A/C still wasn't working. Luckily it was only a 14 minute flight
