"As always, Delta never fails to deliver! Let’s keep climbing!"

"The entertainment unit not work. It kept freezing up, the map kept moving around to other parts of the globe, so,e functions didn't operate at all. Finally less than halfway through the flight the unit froze up all together and was completely unusable. Also, the seat wasn't able to recline as the button on the seat was completely missing!"

"The flight was on time. Delta was very communicative as far as checking in, luggage, boarding ect. I was traveling with an infant, it would’ve been nice if they helped us out with an aisle seat."

Cons: "The last travelers in boarding line (including myself) had to check their carry on luggage because “there was no more room in the overhead compartments”. However, while I was walking to my seat, I saw ample storage space as well as suitcases that were laying horizontally or flat and could easily have been adjusted to create even more space. Given that most people pack their most valuable items in their carry on bags (as well as anything fragile), I was a bit uneasy checking mine. The associate who helped check my bag on the tarmac was kind. I was grateful that my luggage had a hard shell case."

In all my years using this app this was the biggest disappointment ever!!!!"

Cons: "I booked with KLM (sky team) two separate return bookings on via SKY TEAM JFK > heathrow (delta) Heathrow > Amsterdam (klm) On the return leg, I couldn’t check my bag all the way through to JFK even though I stayed on SKY TEAM carriers. That should be possible, otherwise the value of staying in SKY TEAM isn’t as valuable to me."

Cons: "- Paid EXTRA for an emergency exit row and it felt like I was sitting on a hard wooden box the entire flight. - Food was awful/barely edible. - Plane was old, dingy and dirty. Window shade was broken."

Cons: "I disliked the fact that their weren’t any charging station, I wasn’t able to to charge my telephone device previously but I thought I would be okay sonce air crafts that I have boarded have out lets to charge devices, was an inconviencesince I wasn’t anle to contact family. Also there was complementary movies to watch but there werent any head phones that were given, united aire lines provided us with head phones for entertainment."

Cons: "The seats are packed so tight there's almost no leg room - actually there is no leg room when the person in front of me reclined their seat. Since we were advised to get there 3 hours in advance only to wait two and a half hours in what is quite possibly the most uncomfortable waiting room anywhere this just makes the cramped plane even more frustrating."

Cons: "I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

Pros: "Mebbe UA learned its lesson after being skewed for a couple of customer horror stories. My domestic flight from MCO to ORD was entirely pleasant. The plane left on time & arrived on time. I noticed quite a few airport employees at O’Hare had a chip on their shoulders, as if they hated their job but needed it to live. There’s better jobs out there if you don’t like dealing w the public."

Cons: "When we made reservations in February we opted for economy plus seating 8C and 8D on an Airbus A320. In June we received notice of a schedule and equipment change to a Boeing 737-300. I was not told or given the option to change seat assignments, and we were assigned middle and window seats 28E and 28F, which were torture, so narrow and almost no legroom. Why weren't we automatically assigned economy plus seats? Adding insult to injury I had to apply for a refund for the seat upgrade, which again should have been automatic. Seeing as how the return flight was code-shared with AirCanada, United did not give us the option to upgrade seating, so I was forced to call United, waited almost 40 minutes so that they could give me the AirCanada booking reference number which then enabled me to upgrade seats via AirCanada's website. Lucky thing too because there weren't many economy plus seats left. I consider myself to be a savvy traveler, but there were too many unknowns and hoops to jump through in order to get proper seating. Plus the extra fees for premier access and baggage are exorbitant. Finally, I bought an egg white flatbread snack which was awful. I don't see how United gets away with this treatment, it certainly doesn't make for an enjoyable experience when vacationing. In fact we are seriously considering not taking any more vacations requiring flying. We're happy that airlines are profitable, but not at the expense of comfort or navigating options that require very sophisticated knowledge."

We only learned of this when we weee rising to OHare and asked a United Airlines pilot about it. He directed us to the right place. In London our itinerary indicated a flight on Lufthansa, but it was United and a different flight number, too. This is confusing and the practice needs to change!"

Cons: "Still don't get the online seating. Got good seats without selecting in advance even though they overly encourage you to pay for a premium seat or indicate the only seats remaining are the worst possible on the plane. Really don't like this internal policy."

Cons: "Bland food, with no beef option in Business. And what happened to the ice cream sundaes? They've been thrown over for salted caramel gelato. Not nearly as good. The old three-class 767s are TERRIBLE for comfort in Business Class."

Cons: "I missed my original connecting flight in EWR because there was no gate available when we landed. After waiting several minutes, we taxiied to a different gate. I called customer service to let them know we were on the ground waiting for a gate assignment. Despite this, the flight boarded and left with several people missing the connection even though that flight pushed back later than its original time and departed almost an hour late. The plane was sitting there with the door closed. After that, I was put on the next available flight which was already delayed more than 2 hours. That delay extended even longer and was eventually cancelled due to weather. United CS reps were not willing to address passenger concerns. They closed the CS area in some portions of the airport forcing everyone to a very limited number of reps. I ended up having to rent a car and spending the first 5 hours of my birthday driving home. I should have been able to make my connecting flight and would have avoided the entire mess. Instead, I am out of my ticket price plus the additional cost of renting a car since my changed flight was cancelled due to weather not the gate assignment changes that originally caused me to miss the connection. What should have been a brief 4-5 hour trip ended up being almost a 20 hour day....United absolutely SUCKS!"

Cons: "there was absolutely no notfication that we were flying with ANA! I understand the flight was booked with united and you guys are part of the star partnership thing or whatever but it made finding out where to check in very stressful and time consuming! Stop overbooking your flights!"

Pros: "Put the luggage on the wrong flight. We ended up waiting at the airport at our final destination for four hours (1:30am) while our bags arrived on a different flight. VERY frustrating."

Pros: "Boarding was organized. When we wanted to check in our cabin baggage afraid that the overhead bins may be full by the time we board, we were properly guided that there is ample space, so there was no need to check them in. This saved us waiting time at LAX."

Cons: "We waited on the tarmac by the gate for nearly 45 minutes. Finally some sort of maintenance clearance was approved and we were able to push off from the gate. In the last 6 months that I have traveled via United, this has happened every single flight. Some flights have been so delayed that they have given me a partial refund; but many flights, like this one, are delayed long enough to be disruptive but not long enough for them to issue customer care rebates. In an ideal world (i.e. a world that is not possible every single time), things would go smoothly and no delays happen at all - but waiting inside the plane at the gate for 45 minutes is not great either. I'd like a partial credit towards a future flight; I travel with United frequently but if this waiting-on-the-plane-while-still-at-the-gate problem persists, I'll change to another airline."

Cons: "It was an older plane and was not as comfortable. I found the staff on my side especially to be unprofessional and curt in their responses. One lady was chewing gum the second half of the trip. I also found their drink cart was not stocked properly and they would have to ask across the isle during all three drink services as opposed to prepping their cart."
