Cons: "The guy puked halfway through the flt and not one single flt attendant came even though they were serving drinks repeatedly to the dr sitting in the row in front of me. Also the flt was delayed as we waited almost an hour for people trying to connect which made me more upset since I was rebooked on that later flt because although my previous flt was there half hour before departure, we didn't have a gate to use which caused me to be 15 mins late for my original flt. Did they wait for me?! NO! I was rebooked. It's unfair that they stole an hour of life from every other passenger to accommodate a few. Back to the guy who puked, an hour after that he started shaking and grabbing his head and asking me why am I hurting his heart. Then incoherent blathering and then his last episode 20 minutes before we land in which he started hitting himself in the head saying he would die right now for his wife and how he's made mistakes. It was three separate incidents from this one passenger and not one flt attendant noticed? Yeah it was bad piled on worse stacked on top of never United ever again."

Pros: "First id like to say i got a cheaper rate on Kayak then i did on United Airlines website savings over 100 dollars. Id also like to say thank you for hooking me up with economy plus seats that include outlets to charge your devices. A+ in my book i even got an exit rox on my way home all to myself! Definitely will be using Kayak in the future."
Cons: "The United Airlines staff inside O'Hare. All but one were very rude to me for no reason. Maybe thats just a Chicago thing to have an attitude with everyone but im pretty sure it was just these 2 individuals."
Pros: "I haven't flown United in quite some time and Im not sure why but I can tell you that this was by far the best airline service I have received in many years. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will fly United as often as possible going forward."

Cons: "Delayed 1hr45m from CUN to CHI 1hr was on the tarmac (really?). Had last seats that don't recline. On the way down we were first class and the processed chicken with rice was bad, also delayed an hour from ORD to MEX. TV did not work in economy, none in first. No power outlets in either flight. Maybe I'm done with united?"

Cons: "My flight was cancelled they never told me , and after I explained to them I bought this ticket two hours ago because my grandmother and uncle were dying and I needed to get there, they lied to me told me I would be on a different flight and still get there at the same time. Well my flight was not the same time it was three hours different and if I made it there like they promised the first time I would have been able to kiss my grandma one last time. She died a hour before I got there. And now I'm fighting with them for a refund."
Pros: "united customer service quickly booked new flight for second leg as I was not going to make it in time"
Cons: "I did not like waking up super early in the morning only to sit at airport for 3 hours because an escape hatch leaked and got the radios wet. only to have the nearest tech over an hour away. and for him to not be able to do anything but let it dry out. Then the flight attendants did not even do a beverage service."
