They give you free United wifi that you can use if you have a device to watch movies/TV on, but they don't have any outlets to charge the device, so it's kind of pointless. You have to download their app before the flight starts. I was having issues with the app on the previous flight, so I tried to get help with it before we took off. Our flight attendant acknowledged she heard my question and then just walked off and didn't help me."

They said that since no one had entered the mechanical failure that made us stay in Sioux Falls (also not Uniteds fault) that they couldn't give us rooms at a hotel. What a crock. We ended up having to borrow money from my in laws to be able to afford a hotel room for 2 days."

Basically like borrowing your college roommates 20 year old Buick that he got for free from his grandma. Customer service from the flight attendant was on par with the plane quality. Was snapping at customers and annoyed that everyone didn't understand how he wanted to balance the load in the plane with moving people's seats around. I get why that is super important, but that doesn't mean you can be a jerk about it to *customers* who haven't experienced the pleasure of flying in a pinewood derby car in the sky before."

They re-booked my flight for the next morning so I missed my first evening of my trip. On the way home my flight was delayed 5 hours, turning my travel day into a 10 hour travel day... I will not be flying with united again."

The attendants said / not our problem. I called United's Customer Service number to discuss ways of mediating the delay that resulted in us missing the wedding venue and entire reason we booked the $1400 flight. I again got a "not my problem" response- no the flights can be modified, no we will not provide vouchers, no we really don't care that our poor quality and service cost you and your family tremendously in time, effort, and lost memories. I know we are at the mercy of airlines, but what a painful disappointment. My experience with Delta has been better and I suggest avoiding United Airlines if other flight options exist.... Even consider a very long drive over the use of the airline."

I am for some coffee she replied that they had that in first class but it was crazy cause I just looked thru the pamphlet and it said Now Serving Illy coffee which I love. Then I saw her give another passenger a cup of coffee she looked at me with an attitude like I just made that... Then she brought it. This was crazy because if she wasn't black I would have called her racist then again done black people are racist to they own..SMH"

I was told via text and found it nearly impossible to speak with a person during the whole thing without physically being at the airport. When I was the staff seemed dismissive of my time and concerns."
