Our gate agent told us she had corrected a earlier problem (created when Delta changed our flight 2 different times within the month before our flight) and really created a mess with our seats on board, luckily one of the flight attendants was walking by when the gate agent told me and my daughter that she had moved us to the same row... Since, she has then given away our original seats... SMH..."

Cons: "My first flight (leaving very early in the morning from Burlington VT was delayed several hours because a ground crew member forgot to put the heater on the plane the night before. Because of this delay I missed my connection and instead of arriving in San Fran at 10am, I arrived at 6pm and missed the whole first day of my trip and was exhausted cause I got up at 3am to get to the airport to a frozen plane that was not ready to fly for a few hours during which I could’ve stayed in bed."

Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

On my flight to Europe on the 13th with your airline our section of the plane did not have working monitors so it was like watching paint dry for 11 hours. So boring!"

Cons: "We booked Austrian Airlines to Kosice for 6 to play a concert for 3,000 on Thursday night. 4 of our group arrived from ZRH; 2 from LHR. LHR-VIE was late; we ran and arrived in time catch VIE-KSC before it left, but Austrian Air would not allow us to board, despite that the other part of our travel party was already on the plane and alerted both gate staff and on-board staff we were coming and wee had to play a show that night with Arch Enemy. We had to wait 10 hours in VIE & given €12 for food. AA cited "rotational issues". Shockingly, Austrian Air delayed the 2nd flight by another hour "to wait for someone". We had to cancel the show. Really angry"

I had 'only' an hour to make the connection, and yet all, that is all, formalities took no more than 10 minutes. I had plenty of time to spare. Waiting area at the gate had plenty of seating and the staff was professional and courteous. We had to gate check bags as the plane was a regional turboprop, but everything went very smoothly."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Cons: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."

Cons: "Inexplicably, our preassigned seats were changed at checkin and we were put in bulkhead. This particular Boeing aircraft is pretty poorly designed. Especially the bulkhead in premium economy."

Cons: "the connection flights was the worse! The gate was changed in Amsterdam 3 times! From D82 to C6 and then to C11. The distance between B82 and C was 20-30 minutes walk. No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Pros: "Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight."

Cons: "KLM had bumped us to a later flight for no reason and again we had to call with a long wait to get our original connection restored, However, we did not get boarding passes during checking in Europe and thus had to go outside security in Detroit to the main check-in gate and wait 30 minutes to get the error resolved. Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Pros: "Everything was good. The crew was very friendly and attentive. The plane was comfortable, with great entertainment on the personal screens. The food was delicious. Flight was on time and actually arrived early, but then we had to wait for a gate (not the airline's fault)."

Pros: "Short layover connecting from US flight and luggage transferred ok to destination. Food option not great but at least they didn't charge for it unlike some other airlines. No entertainment but to be expected on such a short flight."

Cons: "Boarding was odd. Go to airport early and counters were not open, did on line check in so was able to avoid the self check in at airport. Also self check in luggage seems confusing with no ground crew to help. It didn't affect me but lots of confused passenger."

Cons: "Taking off late caused me stress because I had transferring flight within less than two hours in transit originally. So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And an other thing that I disliked was that I was allowed to have only one baggage which was very unusual for international flight between two countenances. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."

Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

Because we did not notice this until we got to our apartment we found that it is not possible to make acclaim, rather you just have to make a general complaint with a response according to SAS likely in 3 weeks. This process took over an hour of my time. The three tel numbers given to report damage are in Scandinavia and not much use when travelling within the UK."

My daughter never got her final meal and the flight attendant was rude when I asked her about it and never returned w food. Never fly SAS"

Cons: "No entertainment. They didn't notify us that there was no wifi until 5 minutes before we boarded. Being older than the electronic age, I did not have movies or games on my phone. Had we had earlier notice, I would have had time to hit the book store. Since the flight was delayed an hour, they had plenty of time to notify us earlier than just before boarding. An 8.5 hour flight without entertainment made the experience unpleasant."

Cons: "No entertainment or any special difference between business and coach except you get a meal. Seats are the same as economy and the bathrooms are shared. Why bother paying extra?"

Pros: "Quick, painless boarding process with friendly cabin staff and above average food. Flight was delayed about 15 minutes by a maintenance paperwork (according to the announcement) issue. Not fully booked, so very relaxing atmosphere onboard."

Cons: "SAS does not even offer wine with the meal, you have to pay for it. Additionally they have the strange policy that they give drinks at frost, that is ALL drinks, including the meal drinks, and then comes the meal about half an hour later. The do not offer ANY drinks with the meal."

Cons: "You expect me to vacation time trying to contact you about the items missing from my suitcase. I have read where I have seven days to report this. This happened on June 20 almost a month ago I am at home trying to straighten out this I had yet to even speak to anyone about The luggage items missing. Why would I miss out on my vacation trying to write you???"

Cons: "The inability to easily view and choose a special meal is a recurrent issue with SAS - even when contacting the airline directly to rectify this issue, the ball was dropped on the return flight, and the crew scrambled to find a replacement meal. On-line boarding continues to be an issue for Green Card holders returning to the US - why not explain that one cannot pre-print boarding passes and instead must go to boarding pass issues-line as soon as one enters the airport."

Automatic recheck of bags didn't work. Everything took longer than expected and nobody was interested in helping solve the problem."

Pros: "Lucky is the passenger to get onboard a new SAS plane! Cleanliness aside. The built in phone chargers to the tele is genius. Nice to land fully charged!"
Cons: "I didn't like that they interrupted programming to announce they were walking on board shopping through the cabins. They did this twice! Really unnecessary!"
