Pros: "It was a really good flight. They lowered the lights. The plane had these neat blinds for the windows that were shading the glass than an actual device so you could obtain the perfect level of light."
Cons: "Only thing that would be better was a bit more leg room. My knee was hurt the day before on a hike and it kept bumping into the seat ahead of me. I'm only 5' 4" so I can't imagine how someone tall would feel."

Cons: "2 hour delay. Missed the connection in Vancouver in which crew could not be found and were not helpful. Ended up using another airline's counter for help to catch another flight out. Luggage was left in Vancouver. Eva Airline helped with luggage location and shipping to final destination."

Cons: "As we have learned, airlines, like banks, have figured out how to make more money (even though fuel prices have dropped) fees, fees and more fees and less, less, less services... o food, have to buy and they run out fast... The flight attendants are not as friendly (also depends on the individual) in general..."

Cons: "One flight attendant was rather unpleasant. When she asked my husband what he wanted to drink he asked "Can I have coffee?" Her repsonse was a firm "No.' Confused, he repeated the question and she again responded with "no." I had to ask her, "Are you not serving hot drinks on this flight?" I'm always shocked by this kind of behavior in some flight attendants. Why didn't she just say, "I'm sorry. We aren't serving hot drinks now"?"

Cons: "Air temp was hot. Food came with tons of plastic wrapping."

Cons: "- Overhead storage was occupied by someone else sitting in a seat rows away so I had to store my carry on under the seat in front of me reducing my leg room even more than the cramped seat."

Cons: "the place was huge and because everyone carries on it took a VERY long time for people to board and figure out where to put their things, many people couldn't find space for their carry-on luggage."

Cons: "We were delayed taking off. We boarded on time but then had to sit and wait in the plane for almost an hour before taking off. We had a connecting flight in Toronto and thankfully made it but some people missed their flights."

Cons: "Problems with entertainment system sound seem to be a recurring problem aboard aircrafts - the jacks seem to be in bad shape in most, whether for the provided eraphones or those brought on board."

Cons: "There was a thunderstorm & a wreck that morning, so even though we planned to arrive 90 minutes before boarding we ended up not making it until avout 62 minutes before flight time. They only had one gate agent and she stepped away before we could check in. Assuming she'd be right back, we waited for her instead of checking in by terminal. By the time she returned it was too late to check in and they wouldn't let us board. Air Canada didn't have another flight until the next day, so we had to spend $5000 to re-book our flight on a different airline."

Pros: "As usual the crew aboard the plane was fantastic. I enjoy the flight from Calgary to Toronto. The planes have the onboard entertainment systems with newer movies for free. Free wifi should be a thing."

Cons: "Cancelled flight and didn't even tell me a reason. They couldn't even make reservation for hotel. Hotel sent me back to airport because i didn't have voucher which AIr Canada guys said they can't make one? Everything didn't make sense. And they told me not to come again. They took like... whole day to book another flight. And i had hard time understanding what they were saying."

Pros: "Plane seats were comfortable with decent headrests and reclining. First class looked roomy, but I was in economy."
Cons: "There was water/condensation dripping from the roof onto my lap while I was sleeping, and I woke up with my entire thigh drenched. I was able to move to an open seat, but the "gentleman" (coughjerkcough) next to me obviously wasn't happy about the encroachment, so he coped by elbowing me in the side throughout the entire 5-hour flight. Every movement of his was an opportunity to punch me in the arm or shoulder, and I don't even take up that much space, so he was literally reaching over into my seat to do this. And, this portion of the plane was in a cold zone. I and the other passengers were cold (I heard others complAining about it too)."

Cons: "Served dinner too late. Only one beverage offer on a 6 hour flight. My companions luggage was lost and it took CA more than 48 hours to deliver. Won't be seeking travel on AC anytime soon."
