Cons: "I wouldn't know how our flight to Sioux Falls was. Delta left without us, after they made us late. We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

I am VERY grateful to them and American Airlines policies which empower its employees to assist its customers."

I felt like I couldn’t use rest my shoulder, since he was using the armrest. i know this is a calculated decision made by very high ups, but the seats just need more comfort. I was even in an exit row, which has more legroom in comparison, but the actual seat was almost painful."

There should never be an airplane that doesn't have personal entertainment on board for an 11+ hour flight. The main cabin had two monitors up front on each side and one in the middle section. We paid for "premium" seats, no charging options. The overhead storage could barely hold the smallest of carry-on luggage. The food was mediocre at best. We were pretty close to the front but every time the beverage cart made it to us the wine was already empty from the previous passengers. Overall pretty miserable flight"

When boarding, one pass failed scan. They immediately printed another without comment. While in line to board my friend noticed they changed her seat from 4D to 36F. We returned to complain. They said that seat or middle seat in row 29is only choice. I said we paid for upgrade. They said to ask for a refund at LAX when landing at midnight. Asked passenger in 4D when he got his seat assignment - SAME DAY as flight, paid nothing for upgrade. I signed up for frequent flier program two weeks ago. Will be cancelling when card is received."

Cons: "You have to pay to choose your seat, to have more than one carry on bag (literally of any size!!), and for any food. Nothing is complimentary. The seats don't lean back at all. No headrest adjustment for any sort of comfort. The seats are hard. We had a 30 min. Delay for some reason we were not made aware of and no apology was made. No Tv's or even a pocket in the seat-back in front of you. Basically if you can fly anything else other than this airline you are probably better off. Delta is basically the exact opposite of this airline and even American does way more. If I can help it I will never use this airline again."

Therefore, I had to spend the entirety of my redeye flights crammed next to someone while I was looking at an almost empty economy plus section. Also, we boarded earlier than expected but we spend an extra hour on the flight waiting to take off. I would not have minded boarding early if we had taken off early, but we took off an hour later."

I have never experienced such poor scheduling from an airline or as many delays or cancelled flights in just a few day period."

JUST for someone to open the door to permit us to deplane. One of my fellow passengers quipped: "Are they going to make us pay to get off the plane?" Funny, sarcastic, but a sentiment many of your passengers shared. We finally exited the plane, and I waited on my bags--the ones I'd spent $75 to check. There was no information. No announcement. No update. The supervisor truly didn't even know what was going on. An HOUR AND A HALF later, the supervisor said, "I think your bags are still on the plane. We're short staffed, so another supervisor and I will go help unload them" Seriously? At what point did unloading bags become optional? We finally got our bags, and I'm the one who finally told the supervisor that bags from Kansas City were beginning to arrive. She announced it to the rest of the grumpy crowd. It was much worse with the cranky kids waiting on their strollers and carseats. I fly this route often. I arrived home AFTER I usually do on the much later Southwest and United flights. My fiance and I are traveling back and forth DEN-MCI/MCI-Denver often. We no longer even look at Frontier as an option when booking our tickets"

Just as I'm about to close my eyes, your stewardess gets on the PA and starts hawking Frontier credit cards for 20 minutes. If that wasnt bad enough, she had the audacity to shove an application in my face and remind me 'its the best credit card in the industry!' The credit card pitch and "buy 3 get 1 free' happy hour offers made the flight feel more like a sad Panama City spring break than a return flight after a long business trip. Alas! We landed at ORD 'on-time' which is always good for Frontier's stats. Unfortunately, we sat on the tarmac for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to man the sky bridge. Oh, and it was a nice touch deplaning in the international terminal returning from a Kansas City flight. Long story short, Frontier is now in the same category for me as Spirit Airlines. You fooled me once, but you wont fool me again. I'm just glad it was a one-way ticket. PS: when did airlines start soliciting tips for the flight crew? In all my years of traveling, I have never seen that before. Embarrassing."

Apparently, the cost for checked and carry-on luggage varies from flight to flight, since what we were charged, $30 per bag checked and $40 per bag carry-on, differs from costs I see in other reviews. Additionally, we were not advised at any time prior to the flight that everything, including water, had to be paid for and only by credit or debit card. The seats were extremely small and there was no leg room whatsoever. If the flight had been much longer, we would have been in quite a bit of pain because we both suffer from a significant amount of arthritis. Cause this is a horrible way to treat passengers flying on your Airline."
