I brought this to the attention of Kayak/Aeromexico and the flight appeared to changed for our entire party of six. When we arrived to depart from Akron-Canton there were MAJOR issues with Delta acknowledging the change on their end. We waited at check-in for an hour and half before this was resolved. This also happened when we left Cancun and almost missed our flight. Our daughter also had to put on stand-by in Atlanta due to this fiasco. We spent another two hours working with Delta customer service trying to get her a seat on our flight back to Akron-Canton. Had we not been to Cancun airport extra early AND had our flight delayed in Atlanta we would have missed both flights. This was without a doubt the worse experience we have ever had!! It should have been caught and resolved before I ever had to get involved. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service offered for the tickets we purchased. This was extremely stressful for my wife and kids and tarnished our vacation. This was totally and completely avoidable!!! You can and should do better to service your customers!!"

This did not surprise me because last time I flew Air Berlin for an 8 day cycling & camping trip, I didn't see my bike for 5 days (you can imagine this sort of ruins the entire point of the trip). After reading a lot of complaints with Air Berlin and never hearing back from their customer service (ever) after numerous forms filled out, I knew checking our bags with Air Berlin from the start would mean we wouldn't see them in New York. I even said to the Air Berlin employee at check in that I refused to check my bag because of my past experience and he "assured" me my bag would be at JFK when I got there. Ha. It was nice to see the Lufthansa crew shocked at how poorly this trip home was working out for my husband and I."

I was not compensated for any of this. My return flight from Fargo to St. Louis was also Delayed. Both from Fargo and from Chicago. I have never experienced such poor scheduling from an airline or as many delays or cancelled flights in just a few day period."

We got though security ok and got into the line for Gate 12. It was more like a scrum tan a line. Nobod seemed to be doing anything when all at once we saw people boarding. We went to the gate but were told that our flight was boarding at Gate 10!!! WTF??? Gate 12 listed our flight number and Gate 10 listed another flight, but we did as were told and boarded via Gate 10. None of other passengers knew what the hell was going on but we all made it to Rome along with our baggage. We will NEVER fly Alitalia again."

Cons: "Alitalia made me pay 50 Euros for my bag although I am traveling on the same day with them internationally, in less than 3 hours. They said that because I had two separate tickets they couldn't waive the fee. they have just lost a customer."

Pros: "We arrived in Dusseldorf, there was a wheelchair waiting thanks to AirBerlin, and the rest of the trip was excellent."
Cons: "Check in was chaos. A different Alitalia flight had been cancelled so there were mobs at the check in at 4 a.m. waiting for the Alitalia personnel to appear--AirBerlin was open and staffed, but Alitalia was at least 1/2 hour late and all check in had to take place in person at the counter and no counter was specified for our flight. I had requested wheelchair assistance (I'm 80 years old with back problems), but there was none available."

Cons: "They changed my lay over from 1.5 hours to 5.5 hours. On the way over they changed flight 7 hours I wouldn't have gotten to my hotel until a day later. I had to rebook with another airline. Still not sure they will return fare. Used Webjet will never use again!!"

Cons: "The flight was operated by Alitalia, so my bad review is about it: 1- they made us pay 75 euro for 4 extra kg on the luggage; 2- once on board we had to wait 45 minutes before leaving the airport; 3- there was no entertainment on the plane which looked like a very old plane; 4- they served us a tasteless sandwich and muffin(MEA flight serves a full meal) 5- the choice of drinks was poor: water, Coca cola, tea or coffee, no juices or alcohol; 6- we asked for water 3 times and the flight attendant never came back; Being an expensive flight I was expecting something more than a low coast flight company. VERY DISAPPOINTED."

Pros: "Once arriving in Rome, the agents were very helpful in getting us a hotel for the night. However, at that point, it was very late and we had to wait for everyone else to be accommodated as well. It would have been a better process to have allowed passengers more information prior to arriving in Rome at 22:00"
Cons: "We missed our connecting flight to Palermo. For hours before, while we were stuck at Heathrow, we had little to no information as to what would happen once we landed in Rome. We were traveling with two small children and this was extremely frustrating and tiring."

Not the way I wanted to start my vacation. Instead of driving south now I'll be waiting at the airport all day On the flight the seat in front of me folded back all the way to my head! How does that happen?"

Cons: "We had booked a weekend getaway, first the returned flight was cancelled and changed for a later one that didn't work for us (we couldn't get to work on time), we managed to change that for another flight the day before, shortening our vacation, then, when we got to the airport, an hour before boarding, we find out there, without warning, that the outgoing flight had been cancelled! This time it wasn't automatically changed, and there was no warning, the only solution they were giving us was an afternoon flight the other day, shortening our weekend getaway even more. After half an hour of discussion, they found and earlier flight, with connection, double the time, but that would get us there at around 2pm, so still we were missing almost half a day, but that was the best they could do. The flight was OK, boarding was late, but hey, that seems to always be the experience with this type of flights. I would just say they are not very reliable, having both your outbound and inbound flights cancelled, seems to much, specially if you're just going for a short getaway, you may end up having a one-day getaway!"

The "E ticket" didnt have: Terminal Carrier i.e. Air Italia The flight numbers Any record or reference number the airline(s) could use. Could not purchase a bag and had to pay extra at the airport Whilst clearing security Air France pulled me out of line found me to be 1 killo over, and air Italia demanded another 75 euros. Not the first time this has happened. I pointed out numerous french people passing with very heavy bags and indeed helped several women lift 20+ kilo bags on the flight into the overhead bin on this flight and others. They all were french and never were they stopped with their heavy bags "Oh" the "security" guy said "I thought you were English!" "Not so" said this Irishman "And you are racist". To no avail and all part of Air france's business plan to charge the dreaded Estranger extra. Never again will I fly Air France. Id rather take a train, drive or even walk. Very bad experience start to finish and yes so very Air France; well Air Italia too.."
