Pros: Everything was great. Seats, service, flight, crew.
Cons: N/A

Pros: Everything was on time and ran smoothly. The seats seem to have more room than most airlines. They were generous with drinks and snacks

Pros: Crew did the best they could keeping us aware of the extensive delays flying in to LaGuardia. The captain made himself available to answer questions from passengers at the gate early on and I thought that was a great gesture.
Cons: Nothing could have been better. Any issues with the flight were delays beyond the crew's control.

Pros: The gate agents and flight crew were very accommodating.
Cons: I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport.

Cons: Service and crew at JFK was horrible! Worst I have ever been around. Staff could not have cared any less

Cons: Just hate the super smaller seats and the reduced spaces everywhere

Pros: I wanted to fly to Minneapolis. After the rain, water dripped from the ceiling.
Cons: Pilot and flight attendants should better inform us. They should speak into the microphone more slowly and more comprehensibly so that foreigners can understand them.

Pros: The crew was okay. Could be better
Cons: Variety of snacks and drinks

Pros: The crew
Cons: One free beer

Pros: Was ultimately seated in Comfort+ even though I had an Economy ticket.
Cons: Seat assignment with Economy ticket. More than willing to be asked to move for family seating, etc. Just feels nicer knowing you have an actual seat.

Cons: Wider seats, more leg room

Pros: Nothings
Cons: Everything

Cons: We paid for comfort plus but the seats were no different than main cabin. Comfort plus experience on other legs was much better.

Pros: The plane was not full, so the stewardess put my wife and I by the exit seats. I am a tall guy and really appreciated it!
Cons: Both connecting flights were very tight time wise, and the gates were at opposite ends of the terminal. Couldn’t delta flights be closer together?

Cons: the flight was delayed and so I missed my train home

Pros: The crew was spectacular. My son and daughter-in-law (married the day before) were are the flight as well, and the flight crew went out of their way to welcome them.

Cons: Overall: pretty good.

Pros: We had exit row seat, most uncomfortable ever, video devices both broken. Will never sit in exit row again would have been better off in basic economy
Cons: Fix broken seats and tv screens

Pros: Good food, entertainment and Delta Comfort section worth the extra cost.
Cons: Boarding at JFK a nightmare.

Pros: Entertainment options were very good
Cons: Plane was too warm,

Pros: The crew on the airplane was great. We had 2.5 hours turbulences but the crew started to give out drinks as soon they got the ok from the pilot
Cons: We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate.

Pros: Seats more comfortable, plan wasn’t too full
Cons: No charging port for cellphone.

Cons: We barely made it through a storm. Super scary. Even the pilot said we "barely made it" over the speaker. I would rather be hours late getting home than feel like my life was possibly gambled with. I have my pilot's license so I am not unfamiliar with having to create an alternate flight plan when inclimate weather strikes. However, this was scary. My boyfriend quietly had a panic attack while we were on board. Would not fly Delta again because of this experience.

Pros: On time.

Cons: Small airplane, noissy

Pros: Friendliness of attendants. Quality of snacks.
Cons: Hip room. Leg room.

Pros: Flight was fine. No real complaints other than a talkative neighbor when I wanted to sleep.
Cons: Talkative neighbor when I wanted to sleep. Very narrow and cramped cabin.

Pros: Flight attendants were wonderful, seats were super comfortable
Cons: Lateeeeeeee so so so so lateeeee

Pros: The on time departure. The air hostesses were very attentive. Fast baggage arrival

Pros: Staff were friendly and boarding was and getting off was easy because flight was super empty. Timeliness was appreciated too.
Cons: Seats don't recline far enough.

Pros: Very grateful they moved me to an earlier flight when mine was delayed due to weather. Impressed with entertainment options.

Pros: Not applicable
Cons: The flight was delayed twelve hours and was not given any compensation even though i had to stay the night at the airport with no blanket or pillow and no freebies of any sort. The gates kept changing. I got up to move to the correct gate at least four times during the night. The next mornings flight was behind schedule as well. I want compensation for my poor delta experience.

Cons: Seats diddn't recline - often ignored by flight crew.

Pros: Leo was friendly and helpful, a wonderful presence on the flight.

Pros: I loved the way that the flight attendants were able to sit my boyfriend and I together on our flights even though our seats weren't planned to be near each other. The available entertainment games, movies and tv shows were awesome to have!
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Delayed

Pros: the service in general very nice

Pros: The trip was short.
Cons: I didn't care for my engine only window view. Nor did i like that the crew barely served refreshments (other airlines have zero issues with this on a DTW-MDW or ORD with a larger plane and equal amount of flight stewards). The route was also akin to being on a rough patch of sea for an hour.

Pros: Crew
Cons: No entertainment

Pros: The staff and crew were great help all along the route and the planes were well kept and clean.
Cons: One of the legs did not have the free wifi available, but they mentioned that before takeoff and were very apologetic that it had not been added to that plane yet.

Pros: Short flight with great views
Cons: I was not asked to check my bag, but there was no space for it so I had to take it back off after everyone boarded. No drink or food. Ground crew forgot to get bags at end of fliggt for those of us who checked at the gate. Had to wait quite a while.

Cons: There was a loud ringing sound at boarding & it continued through the flight. Very annoying. Hurtful to my ears.

Pros: The flight crew were really nice and I was really comfortable in the Comfort+ section of the plane. It's a nice upgrade for Delta and hope the other airlines follow suit. Granted I had a very active infant, I didn't have any problems.

Cons: cramped in economy class

Pros: The plane was large enough to be comfortable and to moderate the effects of turbulence more than the smaller plane I was on to NYC. The flight attendant was very warm, fun and personable. I enjoyed being able to watch a movie on my phone through the go go app. It was a late flight so I appreciated the lights being turned off.
Cons: I wasn't happy with the seat selection being made for me at the gate--I was in the loudest part of the plane in the rear. I wish there had been a better selection of snacks, my flight into NYC had many more options.

Cons: See above description

Cons: Flight cancelled at 8:30 p.m. the night before when we were going to bed at the airport. Ability to get rebooked a nightmare.

Pros: I had a great pilot on this flight. He always told us what was happening, why we had a wait on the tarmac in LGA, why he anticipated it might be a choppy flight, how to access in flight entertainment so we could be distracted. Gave us some trivia questions. Joked about Pokemon go, walked along the aisle talking to us. He was awesome!
Cons: Seats were uncomfortable. But what else is new?

Cons: On landing it felt like we crashed into the runway. I think it would have been helpful to have the pilot tell us what happened.
