Pros: The crew was good, the landing was fantastic, enjoyed the entertainment options.
Cons: The space of the seats are tough, we were cramped and in tight quarters.
Pros: Crew was very nice.
Cons: A choice between pretzels and other snacks.
Pros: The crew made the best out of it and thankfully it’s an extremely short flight.
Cons: A 20 minute flight was delayed for 2.5 hrs. United did a terrible job with notifying passengers, just simply bumped out departure in 15 min increments. Original excuse was inbound delay, although plane was there for 6 hrs already. Passenger soiled himself in cabin and there was no ventilation.
Pros: Everything was on time. I got an aisle seat and I didn't have to pay the ridiculous online fee. Crew were great. Lots of great movies to watch. Free beer and wine. Didn't lose my bag, made my connection which was tight. Very happy.
Cons: Moline to Chicago United Expree was a night mare.. Times changed, flights canceled, not able o make Chicago/Fargo connection. I wanted to help my daughter who was transferred to Fargo look for a house. Now she's on her own. I will never fly United Express again. Steve Lensch
Cons: Flightleft 2 hours late and then an extra hour waiting at the next gate.

Pros: I sat next to two of the flight attendants prior to our departure. When they got up to board, their negative comments about getting on the plane made me think Wow, why are you doing this job, if you don't really want to go. The two attendants at the check in, they need some training.

Cons: 5am flight was cancelled. rebooked for a 3:30 pm flight. that flight was delayed due to mechanical issues also, and then cancelled. Thank God for Delta! Rebooked on a delta flight at 5:30 and finally got out of moline!
Cons: The problem w this flight is that the plane departs from ORD. So even if the weather isn't a problem, if there's a problem w the plane they will fix it at ORD. Needless to say the propensity of that happening causes delays.
Pros: On time. No problems
Cons: Missed my connecting flight. Had to pay my suitcase extra (60 dollars).
