Cons: "We arrived at the airport 5 minutes (NO more than that) after the one hour check in time to fly international going to Mexico. We were told we had to wait in line to speak with someone to print a boarding pass. There was an extremely long line with only two employees helping. We then asked if we could get our money back being that if someone has specially helped us with our case only being 5 minutes late to check in, but they declined. We had to book an entirely different flight and still have not gotten our money back. It was very stressful and unprofessional and had someone actually helped us, we would’ve arrived at our destination at the proper time we worked so hard for. I know my boyfriend and I weren’t the only people with his problem because two other families ran into the exact same avoidable problem. It felt very unprofessional. It ruined a familys vacation and caused the poor children to cry because of the lack of accommodation. We would love our money back but not sure you guys will even do so. Very disappointing."

Dorothy modeled the emergency info in such a graceful way... that you chose to pay attention because she made you feel secure. My colleagues and I have all agreed to fly Delta again ( specifically the Atlanta/ Milwaukee flight) Because of these courteous, caring, and professional people!"

Was very cold hit call light fir blanket. No response for 10 min so went to the bs k of plane where the crew was chatting & eating. When I asked about blanket, they didn’t look fir any & said they didn’t have any unopened. Upon leaving big plane, I saw a stack of about 5 packaged blankets in the front. Just rude & lazy older crew. Time for a different job fir them"

Pros: "Despite getting no updates, our flight itinerary was changed from a 3.30pm flight to a 9.20pm flight. Unfortunately this was after landing from Milan at 1.30 with two small children so we had already had a very long day. We absolutely never would have booked this flight itinerary had we known of the change."
Cons: "I am beyond stunned that our flight itinerary was changed from 3.30pm to 9.20pm with no notification. This is absolutely unreasonable and inexcusable made even worse that we had already had a very long journey from Milan to JFK with two small children. Evidently the issue was that we booked via a 3rd party off the kayak site and not directly with British airways. When American airways changed the flight from 3.30 to 3.25, the 3rd party company failed to file for our updated itinerary so British air/American air bumped us to the next flight at 9.20pm. We have long been loyal to kayak feeling it provides the best breadth of options and good pricing. Now we may use kayak to see all the options but I can’t booking directly with kayak anymore after this complete disaster. We ended up renting a car and driving from jfk to Boston, getting home 23 hours after our journey had started, stressed, beyond exhausted and now have to return the rental car. Thanks kayak."
Cons: "My flight got cancelled with zero notice and I almost ended up on a 18 hour layover which would have resulted me in missing work. The staff was very unsympathetic and not helpful. There were 10 people behind the counter and nobody could help us. They were all just spacing out. Ultimately, I was placed on the flight, but had to rush to every single one of my four connecting flights. I am a frequent traveler but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Avianca should be embarrassed to be associated with star alliances."

Cons: "The gate was changed 1hr prior to boarding despite the arriving plane having landed 3hrs prior. So with stroller and infant in toe, I had to run to change terminals/buildings. There was no assistance or prior warning regarding this from the check in staff and I made it all the way to the original terminal and gate before having to turn around. The desk staff at the gate was asked about early boarding for infants and said it would be okay but didn’t give clear instructions on boarding so I sat down and they began boarding each group 20 minutes later and did not give priority to mother’s with infants. The stroller which I brought to the gate was then tagged incorrectly with a white tag instead of a pink tag. I was later told by he crew that it meant it would go directly to baggage claim instead of being brought to the door. According to the crew, all staff know to tag with a pink tag. At every step there was blatant display of inconsideration that made an already difficulty journey, that much more challenging."

I got updated info more quickly from Kayak than from United, despite having signed up for email and text notifications and having the United app. Come on!! Eventually we were marched down to a narrow hallway, crowded with passengers from two other departing flights, held in formation by obviously harried gate agents and finally led outside to the ramp to board the plane. The worst boarding experience. Ever. Give me Southwest anytime."

Cons: "Staff should know which plane is which when directing passengers. Flight crew shouldn't be making jokes about people not on the plane, when THE AIRLINES delayed flight caused passengers to miss their connection. Every United flight seems to be delayed anymore."

Cons: "A 20 minute flight was delayed for 2.5 hrs. United did a terrible job with notifying passengers, just simply bumped out departure in 15 min increments. Original excuse was inbound delay, although plane was there for 6 hrs already. Passenger soiled himself in cabin and there was no ventilation."

Cons: "I had one small bag and just did the economy and was going to put it under the seat. The guy at the checkin did not allow my bag and made me check it EVEN THOUGH it fit in their mock tray. He said I squeezed the sides 1 inch and that it just need to go in the tray by gravity. That is complete BS. As long as it fits under the seat and I am not putting my feet in others space thats is all that matters. Check in people at least one guy in Denver needs to be retrained."

About 9 hours later with a new boarding pass, I went to the gate to board and was told once again that I was not on that flight even though I was holding a new boarding pass!! What is going on here!? How can this happen twice to the same person, let alone happen at all??!"

We were kindly and quickly rerouted from Milwaukee to Chicago and told to go to Milwaukee to pick up your luggage as soon as we arrive in Chicago. When we attempted to pick up our luggage there was no one from Frontier at the airport, no one. When I called Frontier they told me toy return the next day. We returned the next morning and again no one was there. After two hours of waiting airport operations had to open the door for me to get my luggage. At the very least, they could ask a neighboring airline permission to access Frontier's baggage storage."
