Cons: Great trip, thank you 😊

Pros: I liked that no one was sitting next to me at all in my row on either flight and that many rows were empty, that was a relief.

Pros: The crew was fabulous
Cons: Better mover options

Cons: Flight canceled to Seattle had to stay in hotel flight leaving 630 am to Lax with all day layover not getting to tampa until 1020 pm not offered any voucher for free flight for compensation I am very upset about the handling of this and plans ruined for medical procedure scheduled

Pros: Middle seas was open
Cons: More social distance during check in. Smoother landing

Pros: The crew was nice
Cons: There was no inflight internet

Cons: Ticketing was "supposed" to open 2 hours before the flight, but opened a half hour late. THEEEEEN the luggage was lost in Seattle for over an hour, sooooo THE FLIGHT was great. Getting TO the gate, & TEY7NG to get home WITH my luggage.......... NOT SO MUCH!

Cons: Had to pay 100 for overweight bag fee which is a lot. I knew it was large but I had to put all I. There as I had a serious should injury and could only manage a very small Carey in. I was only over by about 5lbs

Cons: You changed the times of my flights almost weekely. Not what I signed up for

Pros: Boarding went smoothly.
Cons: I had to clean (wipe down) the tray and seat surfaces myself. Surprised, esp. in 1st Class.

Pros: Quick trip. Easy boarding
Cons: Signs at GEG Airport could be better.

Cons: No food or alcohol served. Shame on you.

Pros: Really nice attendant in front of cabin.
Cons: The small planes don’t have good overhead compartments and i has fragile stuff in my bag I didn’t want to get harmed with other baggage. They found a place for my bag but it wasn’t what I had expected since I’ve flown with Alaska quite a bit and usually it’s not an issue. Hoping to get my premium seating refunded.

Cons: Alaska is great I love theM

Cons: There was no one at the front desks when we arrived for at least 30mins.

Pros: Very upbeat, efficient, and helpful crew
Cons: Maybe contract with a different food company...?

Pros: In flight crew was super great!
Cons: The comfort of those Horizon turbo prop planes leave EXTREME room for improvement. I normally won't even fly on them, they are loud, uncomfortable, reek of burnt fuel, etc. but Alaska was not offering JetBlue service for some unknown reason during my needed travel dates.

Pros: The flight delayed but the crew was really helping! Huge thank to the lady served in the economy class AS2239 on March 4th from Vancouver to Seattle. I was not able to catch the next flight without her helping.

Pros: The Crew was amazing & super friendly. They have a 20 minute bag guarantee so you get your checked luggage super fast.
Cons: On one my flights I had to sit in an isle seat & people kept bumping me while I was trying to sleep but that's really out of anybody's control so I can't fault the airline for it!

Pros: Its a short trip, no doing for food or entertainment
Cons: Its seems like the Alaska desk is far away/walking & the staff is fine its just that there always seem to be a sense of urgency - getting people through the lines. That is partly due though to employees be very thorough with each customer.

Pros: Friendly crew Hard cider Easy loading, organized Cart for carry on luggage
Cons: Small storage area on board at seat & for carry-ons Seats were crowded , small , close together Noisy sitting in row 4 or 5 near propellers/ engines

Pros: Fast boarding and flight. Food couldn’t really be rated as it was a couple cookies and a drink. Comfort was average for economy class seating. There was ample room to move your feet as long as there was room to stow your bags up top. On this flight there wasn’t much room. Too many people bring carry on baggage vice checking it in.
Cons: Not enough room to stow carry on baggage.

Pros: We left on-time, without delays.
Cons: There was a loud child behind me, but that has nothing to do with the airline, unless they enforced a silent cabin more.

Pros: Friendly staff nice clean airplane

Pros: Simple ways that make the atmosphere in the air a little more welcoming and friendlier.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: I was happy it was a nonstop flight on a somewhat new and very clean plane. Plenty of leg room, though the seat almost felt narrow and the person next to me was on me the entire trip. Seat comfort was good, I prefer firmer padding on a longer trip. Attendants were attentive and quick about helping passengers but felt like they didn’t want to be there. Boarding was also fast, though slightly confusing.
Cons: I didn’t like that after I booked my ticket Alaska moved the time to much earlier in the day and I had to take off work. There’s no built in screen; tablets are available to rent, but for the price tickets are I shouldn’t have to rent something or use up my battery. Plus having to either hold my phone/tablet the whole flight or use what little space I have on my tray to prop it up isn’t enjoyable. Also the snacks were lacking, one bag of cheese crackers was my only option for a flight over 5 hours.

Pros: One of my better experiences flying, ever

Pros: Great crew. Boarding was fast and efficient.

Pros: I always enjoy flying with Alaska. The crews are generally nice and the leather seats are comfortable, even in cattle class. I like that they often give out the Biscoff biscuits, yum. I had lots of room on several of my flights, on one of them I had an entire row to myself, which was awesome.
Cons: The fact that even on 5+ hour-long flights they still charge for the food is a little silly to me. But maybe that's how they all do these days. Still, it's unfortunate, or, it might have been nice to have more than one snack served up on such a long flight. The wifi is a little hard to maneuver, even with an instruction card. The Go-go inflight thing is cool, but they don't really advertise that you need to download the app while you're still on the ground...which they should advertise in their concourses or something.

Pros: Good plane on time
Cons: I’ve got the latest iPad and software but entertainment system could not connect Only snack food for sale on an evening flight

Pros: on time
Cons: I have never been on a flight where I was bumped in the leg or arm repeatedly. Passengers were constantly up and down the aisle along with the carts hawking their wares. I trussed myself up like a turkey with the seatbelt so I wasn't on the armrest so as not to get hit again. My grandson who is a lot smaller than I, tried to put his head down to sleep on the tray table. He looked so uncomfortable. I know the deal is butts in the seats, but even the seat bottom is horribly uncomfortable. These planes have become cattle buses. I put up with it because there is no choice and I can't afford first class.

Pros: The flight was on time-easy boarding and flight. Great service.

Pros: Missed my flight at it was rescheduled for $25 without asking a questions
Cons: nothing

Pros: trip overall very good
Cons: It didn't have on board wi-fi

Cons: I had booked my flight to take off at 2:30 PM, but when I checked into London Gatwick, my boarding pass given was 7:30 PM. Of course there's no Alaska desk so I couldn't ask anyone there. When I got to Vancouver, they said they weren't sure why I was bumped, but there were seats left on the plane. However, I had to go to the gate to change my flight because I had a checked bag. Got to the gate, and of course, it was sold out. And they told me they weren't sure if the 7:30 PM flight would be taking off. So I grabbed my bags, made my way via train/bus/hitchhiking across the American border where my dad picked me up. Never got a single reason why I was bumped in the first place.

Pros: Very good service
Cons: They sent one of two bags on an earlier flight than we were on and we thought they had got lost

Pros: Loved flight w tv and access to movies at your seat

Pros: The flight and crew were great. I loved the quick boarding.
Cons: However, the other passengers were not considering others. There were several different families that let their kids run and scream up the walkway. Some passengers did not use headphones and conflicted with all the other sounds and made hearing the annoucements very difficult.

Pros: I liked the crew on my flights.
Cons: My Connecting flight SEA to PDX. "CANCELLED!"

Pros: Larger seats than delta, that's for sure. I'll fly Alaska air again.
Cons: The agents weren't at the counter 2 hours before the flight in Bozeman. Had to wait for someone to show up to check my luggage.

Cons: seats were very tight

Pros: Nothing. I didn't take flight due to punishing re book procedure that Alaska employs to basically steal money from it's customers.
Cons: They weight the value of 1st leg much higher than the return AND they want to charge you $125 change fee. My grandma passed away and I needed to reschedule my itinerary. Alaska stuck to their policies (you know, those pages of microscopic text that is written by lawyers for sole reason of screwing the customer.) I just felt really abused; told them to keep the useless "credit". I booked with Delta. At what point does a company forget who they are supposed to be serving? Perhaps the people that are actually giving you money and keeping you in business?

Pros: We were on and off the plane quickly. Luggable arrived very promptly. Nice choice for beer and wine which is complimentary.
Cons: Very efficient and friendly.

Pros: GREAT job

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Had to spend the night in Bozeman because the pilot had too many hours so plane was late missed flight from Seattle to Walla Walla. Horizon terminal crew was clueless. Hope to never have to fly on Horizon if trying to get somewhere on time.

Pros: Friendly flight attendants
Cons: Turbulance Small seats

Cons: All legs of my trip from San Jose to Seattle to Philadelphia and back were all delayed; so much so that on the trip to Philadelphia, I had to be rebooked on Delta; and on the trip back to Seattle, I almost missed my flight due to a 50 minute delay on the runway waiting. I found out that "officially", the plane was "on time" because the plane closed the doors on time. Also, same thing from Seattle to San Jose, we were delayed 30 minutes due to a tire that needed replacement. Again, "officially" we were on time, because the doors had closed and we were just sitting inside the plane.

Pros: Timeliness, crew was friendly
Cons: Overhead bins just a little too small, waited a long time to board due to late crew, I believe. That is understandable, but would have appreciated a bit more communication at the gate

Pros: I've always liked Alaska, but they really blew this one!
Cons: Mechanical delay started as a "few minutes back to the gate", then 1 1/2 hrs sitting on plane at the gate without updates, then "get off the plane while we turn off the air", another 2 hrs without definitive info, then "we're bringing in another plan in a couple of hours", then after 5 hours of waiting, an announcement that flight is cancelled. Finally they announced a replacement flight setup for 8am, but at 4am, Alaska sent texts that the replacement flight was delayed till 1:30 pm. We finally left Palm Springs for Seattle at 2:40, 26 hours late. But the worst part of the experience was the terrible communication. A few e-mails or texts or PA announcements as the time passed would have saved about 90 passengers the frustration of waiting hours at the gate area and ticketing desk for info about options. Alaska should have been more respectful of its customers. Minimal effort was made to answer our questions.

Pros: Crew was amazing. Very attentive and welcoming.

Cons: No baggage space in overheads. Despite being in an early boarding group

Pros: We flew from Anchorage to Boston via Seattle. If there had not been a delay in Anchorage, the flight would have been excellent. However, there was a mechanical problem earlier in the day with a plane to Cincinnati. Our flight was scheduled to leave Anchorage at 4pm, but Delta decided to take our pane from us and use it as a substitute for the original but nonfunctional Cincinatti plane. A ridiculous decision. The Cincinnati people already had missed all their connections, but now all the Seattle people missed theirs as well. When we finally got to Seattle 3 hours late (just before midnight), the desk agent said that Delta had no hotel rooms for us and also no hotel vouchers. We thus had to find a room and pay for it on our own. The next day, we had been rescheduled to Detroit and then on another flight from there to Boston. The flight to Detroit arrived nearly 30 minutes late, and we just barely made our connection. Had we missed it, we would have had to spend that night in Detroit. Delta did its best to keep the two of us together. On the Seattle-Detroit flight we were on opposite sides of the aisle in the same row, but that was in a row right behind a bulkhead, making it easy for us to walk over to each other. On the Detroit-Boston flight we were next to each other. Both flights were completely full, so Delta must have made some effort to keep us together as well as possible.
Cons: Delta should not have made the dumb decision to take the Seattle-bound plane and use it as a substitute for the malfunctioning Cincinnati plane. Delta should have provided accommodations for the stranded travelers once they arrived in Seattle.

Cons: Had unknown jump grade to much better seats No explanation given Too bad it wasn’t on a 6 hour flight

Pros: The crew members were nice and didn't bother while sleep when giving out snacks & drinks (I've had this done to me before, annoying). Plane was comfortable because it wasn't packed, so was able to have a seat empty in-between me. The entertainment offered was really good, the connecting to the Go-inflight WiFi was a bit difficult, but no biggie.
Cons: THE DELTA TERMINAL AT HARTSFIELD AIRPORT, ATLANTA, IS DIS-ORGANIZED!!!! THERE WAS NO ONE GIVING PROPER INSTRUCTIONS FOR DROPPING BAGS OFF, PEOPLE WERE EVERYWHERE IN EVERY KIND OF MADE LINE!!! ALMOST 30 - 40 MINUTES OF WASTED TIME, THIS AND THE SLOWEST TSA PROCESS CAUSED MANY TO PROBABLY MISS THEIR FLIGHTS, INCLUDING ME (THANKFULLY MY FLIGHT WOUND UP BEING 3HS DELAYED - THAT'S NEXT). DELTA SHOULD INFORM TRAVELERS ABOUT TIMES WITH THEIR BAG DROP AND TSA!!! 3HRS TO GET A SMALL PART THAT ONLY TAKES 2 MINUTES TO FIX, I'M VERY GRATEFUL IT WAS FOUND WHILE ON THE GROUND, BUT AFTER 1 AND HALS HOURS COULDN'T WE HAVE JUST CHANGED PLANES!?!?! I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HOME AFTER 10A, WASN'T UNTIL ALMOST 2P..

Pros: everything was just as comforting as it was pre-pandemic

Pros: Being upgraded was a GREAT surprise !
Cons: Nothing

Cons: I waited for over 40 minutes for someone to answer my call button. And then they just turned it off without asking me or anyone in my row if we needed something.

Pros: Quick flight with basic service.

Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Pilots and crew were amazing
Cons: It was perfect

Pros: The crew was great and very friendly.

Pros: The little food packets were cool and convenient.

Pros: We've always enjoyed flying Delta and this trip had been just as nice as the previous ones we have taken through this airline.
Cons: Our stewardess/stewards seem to be incredibly cranky on this trip and very unapproachable. They must have been having an "off" day I guess.

Pros: Cleanliness. Safety. Friendly.

Pros: Crew was solid.
Cons: Don’t change my seat. Not on time. No food. Luggage with legally checked firearm sent to the wrong airport.

Pros: Pilots. Flight attendants. Space. Left and arrived on time.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of at the moment

Cons: The mask mandate needs to be voluntary ADA violation

Cons: It was actually quite good, Delta is by far the airline to use compared with the other airlines.

Pros: Crew was great, comfort+ definitely has more leg room.
Cons: Beer not guaranteed on flight for Delta comfort plus.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 3 hours because of storms in Atlanta earlier. This caused us to miss our connection to Fairbanks in Seattle, so we had to spend the night in Seattle at our own cost.

Cons: connecting flight left without 1/6th of its passengers. Stuck at airport now because of Deltas laziness

Pros: Crew is amazing and friendly

Cons: The cabin temperature was very hot

Cons: Flight into Seattle delayed, flight out of Seattle to Minneapolis delayed flights out of Minneapolis to Bismarck delayed. Ran from gate F to gate c24 arrived at 10:23 p.m. Slight to the park at 10:25 p.m. and they closed the door on me as I was running up there. Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?

Cons: Miniature candy bars are not sufficient for an hour and a half flight.

Cons: Food is always bad.

Pros: Good choice of movies but not all have subtitles, which comes in handy since phones are not really good. Food was great!
Cons: Seating pitch is just not acceptable for 10+ hrs long flight! I am tall (1.92 cm) but there are taller people than me and there is just no way they can sit in economy class seat! That is basically some kind of racism..

Cons: Ran 2 1/2 hours late, poor customer communication

Cons: It made no sense to board an hour and a half before takeoff.

Pros: Every one but the gate agent at Detroit going to Seattle at 7:40 loading time on 4-11-19. She was mean and curt and would not get my seat corrected I had to sprint for at least a mile to even make it. We landed the same time they were boarding
Cons: The attendants on the Detroit to Seattle flight suggested I go talk to the gate agent to get my seat corrected. They said the flight was not full. So I did. To be greeted again by the mean agent you told me to take my rear and get it on the plane that the attendants didn’t know anything

Pros: Boarded and left JFK on time and arrived 15 minutes early to Seattle. Love DELTA.

Pros: The nice staff and entertainment options.
Cons: I usually fly delta and have a great experience - unfortunately my flight from Detroit to Seattle was not. To start off, i was flying with two other people and we were not able to get seats together, and the whole seating process with delta is really difficult even when I had called weeks in advance to see if they could try and seat us together. I understand with main cabin tickets you can only choose your seat as you check in, but it would be nice to be able to request seating with a person/group you are flying with. I was placed in the very back row of a busy flight, and noticed that the horrible smell from the bathrooms which made it unpleasant. As said above, I normally have a pleasant experience.. but being a delta sky member I feel as though i do not really receive any differences as to a non-member. I hope this review helps for the next customers! Thank you.

Pros: I like Delta but this crew had such a shi**y attitude it was contagious. Yikes!
Cons: The gate staff and the flight staff. Rude

Pros: We boarded quickly, in zones. Staff were professional and courteous.
Cons: Perhaps more than just 2 episodes of some TV programs eg Goldrush. Also more current shows.

Pros: The snacks were decent on the flight. Everything else was a disappointment.
Cons: Unexpected delay for take off after being told the flight was going to be on time. They couldn’t give us a reason or an eta on take off while waiting at the gate which affected my ride situation once I landed in Seattle.

Pros: Delta has great seats, friendly employees and engaged managers and pilots. Even their customer service Center reaches out to help on suggestions. I am flying to Portland for School over 40 round trips and I am saving $4,000 vs Alaska Air. Plus I get miles and discounts with the Delta Amex Card. I am very pleased.
Cons: I don’t like harsh change in schedule fees but it forces me to plan. I wish the Seattle to Portland Eve flight landed in time to catch Portland Rail system at 11:50 PM

Pros: Tons of free entertainment on the screen in front of your seat! Movies, games, and details on your flight, all available on your touch screen. USB charging is also available.
Cons: No one told us they wanted everyone with a roller carry-on to.check their bags. An attendant told my sister that her bag needed to be checked. We did not receive this notification until we were at the gate, boarding.

Pros: I LOVED the 2 seater plane, so comfortable traveling with a companion and not having the third person.
Cons: Boarding. It seems that it would be smarter to board from the back forward. I didn't have any food so I rated that wrong. Maybe add an N/A to the survey.

Pros: The flight was quick and quiet with a kind crew and captain that had a great smile.
Cons: I didn't like the food.

Pros: Very on-time and fast, respectful crew.
Cons: The airplane was old and with no entertainment.

Pros: There were only two lines. The economy line took so long because there were many passengers checking in their fish catch boxes. So those of us with only one baggage were lumped with them. There was no option to tag your own bag if you alr day checked in, as it was the same checking and bag drop line.
Cons: If we were standing in line for a long time, I hope they can increase the number of counters. They can also dispense with the nonsense chitchat. It's not needed, just move it along. The roving staff should to remind those next in line to prepare their documents, it seems the lady at the counter had to ask for photo ID every time!

Pros: On time. Nice crew. Comfortable flight.
Cons: More entertainment variety.

Pros: Crew were fine- did what they had to do: distributed tiny bottle of water, picked up trash, were polite to passengers. Otherwise, no interaction.
Cons: Crowded airplane during a pandemic. Greed motivates Sun Country Airlines- overcrowding, seats are paid extra, baggage is extra including carryon. Flight arrived on time, but it took two (2) hours to get out of the airport, waiting for a gate and baggage. Landed at 10:10p- left airport with bag at 12:10a. Will try never t o fly with them again!

Pros: Boarding went smoothly. Crew was nice.
Cons: The airfi wifi was very intermittent. That should be addressed for international flights! Also, seat was supposed to have a usb cord and there wasn’t one. We would have picked a different airline for an international flight had we known that. Tray backs were dirty too.

Pros: Quick boarding. Inexpensive ticket. Direct flight.
Cons: Crew walked thru cabin at least 5 times collecting garbage, but could not hand out sealed snack or sealed water. People sat should-to-shoulder - No buffer space, but asked to leave the plane with 6 foot intervals???? This airline picks and chooses their Covid precautions. Quick and inexpensive flight, if you don’t mind the rest.

Cons: Sun country did absolutely nothing in regards to protecting their passengers from COVID. Delta was absolutely amazing and I was soo impressed with the extra measures they are taking, sun country should definitely take notes from Delta. As for sun county I will not be flying them again anytime soon, unless they are able to improve their policies on covid.

Pros: The entertainment was great surprise and the crew helpful in getting everyone connected.
Cons: Boarding! Other airlines are boarding from the back to the front. Absolutely no social distancing on this flight...by the time I was called to board, proceed to the back of the plane the others in my row had to get up & move so I could get to my window seat. In a world of technology, boarding can be done more efficiently.

Pros: Boarding from back to front. Kind staff.
Cons: Social distancing enforced, especially when off boarding.

Pros: Don’t really interact with the crew much as people remain to themselves with Covid. But have always found the crew friendly in past flights
Cons: When plane is partly empty due to Covid why do they seat non family members next to each other when they could be placed in a row alone

Cons: I loved it great crew great pilot great seats! The only I missed was having screens on the back of my seats. Thankfully the inflight WiFi was working fantastic which definitely was a plus! I am looking forward to my next flight in sun country!

Pros: I made it safely to my destination.
Cons: Accommodation for my flight being over two hours late.

Cons: Be on time next time

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Protecting passengers over profits for a heartless PE firm for start. You don’t even make an attempt to use CDC guidelines.

Pros: At the wrong gate for a while they saint change it on the monitors I was on the other end I keep hearing my location on the intercom, but the monitor stated I was at the correct gate.
Cons: Change the gates

Cons: Well, you could have felt that when there is an unprecedented pandemic illness and federal guidance against travel that you don't doubly penalize customers who (1) cannot travel due to the extraordinary public health crisis of COVID 19 and, (2) are devastated that he cannot celebrate his best friend's 40th birthday despite being the thing he looked forward to for months and would love to use a travel voucher in the future when this whole thing eventually blows over. Imagine what your company could gain by being good.

Pros: Well we made it to our destination and it was on time.
Cons: There was no kiosk, no one working until 6:30 pm, the employees were rude, tossed our bags carelessly, condescending, nonexistent email communication when trying to precheck and make sure we were set up, the girl making announcements kept messing up and getting mad at herself and stopping her announcement so it was hard to keep track of who was boarding. The seats were incredibly tight - OH and it was ridiculous that after purchasing tickets they then hit you with additional fees - like you have to PAY to pick a seat?! And then if you want to bring a carry on it costs the same as a checked bag?! Nickle and diming at its finest. All of the passengers we talked to from our flight all said the same thing. We will never fly Sun Country again.

Pros: I’m not sure what I missed when I booked our tickets a couple months ago, we never got email or text reminder for check in. I thought they may just not have online check in option for certain routes. Then we found out people from same flight did get reminder. My husband and I both have globe entry. They did it right when we flew out. On the way back, there was no TSA sign on my boarding pass, so I was redirected to regular line. The plane wasn’t full on the returned flight, yet they assigned seats indifferent rows and way back of plane. I notice there were some empty seats in the front and middle of plane, they packed a lot of people in the back and separated people who traveled together but not paid and selected seats. Is it policy of Sun Country airline? Last time we took Sun Country, they didn’t assigned seats accurately although we paid fee for selected seats. After sending in complain, they did refund the selected fee for my husband. Hope they would see this and improve their ticketing.
Cons: Seats are comfortable. Flight attendants are giving service and meeting our needs.

Pros: The plane crew was great!
Cons: My husband is still in Boston because he was not allowed to check in. We tried all morning to check in and we kept getting an error message. I then tried calling and sat on hold for 45 minutes before I was disconnected!! I figured we were close to the airport so what’s the point. We dropped off our rental and my husband realized his cell phone was still in the car, he went back for it. Myself and the other couple checked in and went to the gate. By the time my husband got back to check in, he wasn’t allowed since it was less than 45 minutes before take off! The gate agent told me the flight was over sold and he wouldn’t get a seat anyways. The agents could have cared less. Not accommodating what so ever. Now he sits and waits hoping to fly out at 9 pm, it’s not a guarantee. So now here we are home and he’s not. Very frustrating. No one really seems like they want to help.

Cons: On July 7th, I was flying from JFK to MSP and then from MSP to PDX. Somewhere on the way, Sun Country Airlines lost my bag and they don't seem to have any idea where it might be. I was forced to spend my entire vacation without my bag. It's been 16 days, we called the baggage services office several times, wrote e-mails, even talked to someone in person in the MSP office and yet nobody's able to help. All we got were promises for a call back about the status of the claim, but nobody ever calls or responds to e-mails.

Pros: The flight was quick and had friendly crew.
Cons: I was so upset by all the surprise fees involved. I felt completely scammed and taken advantage of. I have flown sun country many times and had no complaints but this will be the last after pricing changes. First in order to check in we had to pay $11 to reserve a seat- that should be a given when you pay hundreds for a ticket. Then the luggage fees were $20 for a checked bag and $30 for a carry on!!! It pretty much forced us to check a bag to save the money, and then they lost our bag. It was a direct flight, not sure how that happens. And the last and worst fee is traveling with a pet, they charged $199 to bring my 5lb dog on board. Nobody even saw her or checked for her ticket, what on earth is the $199 for when the dog fits in a bag under the seat in front of me. I have had to spend $120 before but an average fee is $60. I would have never brought my dog had I known it would cost $400 round trip. I’m so upset and will never fly sun country again.

Cons: My hand piece baggage was being charge $45. and to check my hand piece in $25. {Bull crap} American airline has one personal item and one hand piece Free. We were sitting in the plane before take off with no air conditioning until we got up in the air. {Bull Crap} I and all my family and friends will stick with American Airline. No more sun country.

Pros: Thankful that we got there safely; certainly a competent pilot. Thank you!
Cons: Crew members were nowhere to be found; couldn't even flag one down to get a cup of water. The sweet lady in front of me,, thought English was her second language, had a crew member raise his voice to her to tell her to sit down, this after 30 + minutes of her looking to and for to get someone to just get her a cup of water so she could take her medicine. I suppose she should've pushed the attendant button but with English was her second language she must not have known this procedure? I asked for a soda and once he brought me the disgustingly warm soda with cup of ice I had to hold it on my lap the whole time because my tray table was broken. Def could tell that my once-favorite airline has switched ownership. I know changes have to be made in this day and age but it was really gone downhill. I gave you a 5-star Yelp and 5 Star Trip Advisor last year and have talked you up to so many people; sure wish I could do that again. :(

Pros: Staff was genuinely very pleasant and the boarding process (mind you the flight was half full) was fairly quick. Ha - then again, no one really had carry on baggage, so kept things easy ;p
Cons: I booked with Sun Country because rates were significantly cheaper than with Alaska and my priority was to book a nonstop flight. What they don't tell you when booking, is all of the fees associated with your flight that you pay AFTER booking. Baggage Fees: Sun Country doesn't allow you to take more than a personal item on the plane without a fee. It's $20 to check a bag (which you pretty much have to do, as their carry on bag dimensions are smaller than the average roll-a-board bag), and $30 if you want to carry a bag on. Per person. So there's $80 gone for my fiance and I, round trip. Seat Fees: Yes, you heard me right - then you have to PAY FOR YOUR SEAT. I'm sorry - what did I pay for when I purchase my ticket?? The front of the coach cabin starts at $25 per seat (including exit rows), $20, $11 towards the middle, and $2 at the back of the plane. Ok, so apparently if you check in online, you have to select a seat and you have to pre-pay for bags. Ok, felt like I was stiff armed here. The fiance and I decided to go with the $2 seats - can't be that bad, right? Boarding and flight crew were lovely - no complaints here. The plane itself, and the additional costs associated in-air...another story. We were going to a wedding, so he had his suit - the flight attendant let us know the plane didn't have a closet (wait, what?!) so we had to lay it down in one of the overhead bins. Don't worry folks - the bins were next to empty across the entire plan (again, wait, what?!) because of course no one wanted to have to pay $10 more to carry on a smaller bag than it would cost them to check a NORMAL bag. One of the two bathrooms was working, and the entire back of the plane smelled like feces was being recycled through the air system. No wonder these were $2 seats. The aisle was full of people standing the whole flight because the plane only had one working restroom. Entertainment? Hope your phone is charged - the planes are old and don't have outlets. The options for 'entertainment' offered for free on larger carriers like Alaska, are $15 per device on Sun Country - so let's say that's another $60 round trip if we each wanted a 'normal' flight amenity. TOTAL - we're now looking at $144 of charges I would never have imagined ON TOP of the fees I had paid when booking. Next time, I'll go with Alaska - I know what to expect, and know there are no real hidden charges anywhere. At that rate, the cost isn't that different either.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I came before 50min to boarding and they didn’t allow us to board the flight.. the staff said they have closed the gate .we can schedule u for next day flight.. not even next flight.. next day.. what the hell! What had to pay extra 266$ for hotel reservations.. we already paid 1152$ for the air ticket before.... overall it was a bad first experience with sun country airline...I will never recommend to my family and friend in future.

Pros: The orange juice.
Cons: No Known Traveler # did not transfer to boarding pass; had to go through regular security instead of TSA Pre. Plane was changed; Got different seat assignment which I paid for. At online check-in I was forced to buy a seat. There was no option to get an assigned seat from Sun Country. After this, plane was changed and my window seat became a center seat. Got zone 5 at check-in even though I checked in within a couple of minutes beginning the 24 hour window. Very unpleasant travel experience.

Pros: The crew on this flight was attentive and nice. The pilot was talented enough to land in a blizzard. It was a non-stop flight.
Cons: The seats were assigned at random and virtually no one got to sit with the people they were traveling with. We asked for help with this situation, but I really do not think the flight crew or check-in tried much to remedy. When on the plane the guy next to me was traveling with his family and they were all in separate seats on the plane, including his 8 year old boy, who was crying about it... it was a 5-6 hour flight. The other person next to me was not sitting with his wife, neither was I, it was such a scattered mess, it would've been better to let people just first come first serve their seats.

Pros: Our first flight was canceled due to snowstorm. Once we were rebooked and ready both flights were great! That’s why we choose Sun Country!!!
Cons: During a severe snowstorm Sun Country would not make the call to cancel our flight! Almost everything was canceled at 1pm when they shut down the airport...but our flight and 2 other Sun Country flights. So we had to fight the storm to get there in unsafe conditions!!!! As we watched the storm get worse, we actually had to board the plane! Then we had to deboard when the airport shut down again.. I felt very unsafe! By the time they finally canceled at 5:30 we were barely able to get the last cab from the airport. Sun Country put us in a dangerous situation to save a few dollars by not canceling the flight!! I was a flight attendant for Sun Country for a short time and thought I had seen a lot, but this was a very poor judgement call!!

Pros: I always love to fly Sun Country. In flight everything has always been awesome.
Cons: I went to the counter in Denver to ask the gate agent where my seat was (middle or aisle) and if I could get it moved. The agent said he would help me once he was done setting up. I sat there for 15-20 minutes while he moved the ropes around (for the line), set up his mouse, found a mouse pad and set that up, found signs to put up at the desk and made sure they were in the right spot. He was on the computer for a good 5 minutes writing notes on a paper. I waited patiently, but was getting really annoyed that he couldn't look up my seat quick and then go back to setting his desk up. Finally, he took my ticket, did not apologize for my wait or thanked me for being patient, and just said he had no seats. I waited 20-minutes, which then I didn't have time to eat before we boarded the plane. I was extremely disappointed in him telling me he'd help, did not communicate that I needed to wait for him for that long and then wasn't nice enough to thank me for waiting. Incredibly disappointed in this service.

Cons: We boarded the plane and were all settled in when they discovered an issue with the wing. We all deplaned one hour after we were supposed to take off and got in lines to be re-booked on another flight the next day (10am, not an option for us). Luckily, my partner found a delta flight going out that night so we booked the flight while waiting in the sun country line and ran, just barely making it.

Pros: the flight was on time to take off, arrived early
Cons: I don't like that they board randomly, starting from the back of the plane.. Most people book their seat knowing that they know will board first. The seats were uncomfortable on this flight, the back of the seat was at a weird angle and made noise when you adjusted it. seemed like an older plane. Kid behind me kept kicking and pushing her legs on the back of my seat, slamming the tray up and down, talking in a loud high pitched voice... mother next to her did nothing. Flight attendant told the kid once, to back off my seat with her legs... kid kept it up. made for an unpleasant flight.

Pros: My bag was a couple pounds overweight, but the woman at check-in gave me the opportunity to move things around to make sure my bag was under the 50 pound limit. There was NO WAY I was paying an extra $50 because my bag was a couple pounds over the limit. I was so flustered after moving things between my bags that I walked away after getting my boarding pass and forgot to pay for my baggage. I went back and apologized, and the woman at check-in was very understanding and polite. Boarding the plane was very quick and there were no issues. I was seated next to 2 unaccompanied minors and the flight crew took very good care of them, which was a relief to me.
Cons: I tried to check-in online the day before my flight and it said that all seats were already booked unless I wanted to pay extra to be in the preferred section or in the exit row. When I got to the airport, I was not allowed to choose my seat and ended up in the very last row on the aisle, when I had already requested a window seat online. Throughout the entire flight, people (including the flight crew) were bumping into me and my seat or using my seat as an arm rail while waiting for the bathroom. Everything with this flight came with an extra fee. I would much rather fly Delta and receive in-flight entertainment, charging stations, and online check-in where I can choose my own seat.

Cons: This was a red eye flight and the attendant was the loudest on flight. Constantly walking about and talking loud. Then just when the pilot indicated that we would be making initial descent - I quick got up to go to the bathroom and the attendant followed me, knocked on door and said I couldnt use the bathroom because we were less than 10,000 feet. Then about two minutes later, I hear a toilet flush and turn around and the same attendant who tells me that I cant use the restroom - comes out of bathroom door! She had long brown hair and glasses. So its ok for her to use bathroom but not me? And we didnt even land for another ten minutes!

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: The people working at the desk at the gate laughing and running around pretending there was no delay. Only announcing the plane had issues when we were supposed to be departing. Waiting an hour later to announce we needed a new plane. Finally leaving two hours past schedule. Arriving to Minneapolis late and missing my connection. Being told to go back to ticketing and they new what was he opening yet they had no idea. Not getting a refund for my checked bag. Having to beg for a morning flight. Behind transferred to a different airline all together. Waiting for luggage that had already been in the baggage claim office for over an hour but no one had said anything. Worst airline ever. No wifi. Flight attendants were rude. Asked for a seat belt extender three times and was only given one when the plane was about to lift off. You're reading that correctly, the plane was moving and I still did not have a seat belt on. Worst airline ever.

Pros: This was my first trip using Sun Country and the departure and return flights were direct. I would use this airline again. I like their process for boarding flights. The flight staff were kind and courteous. We took off and landed safely (HUGE PLUS)! At the gate, I sat near the counter and saw how the gate staff treated customers. It was evident they cared about their job and the customers they serve. There was a minor issue when 1 of 2 wheelchairs made it to the gate. They worked hard to track down an additional wheelchair for a customer getting off a flight. They treated customers with questions and requested seat reassignments kindly and were clear and composed in their communication.
Cons: The seat was rather uncomfortable. It was dirty and hard. I was somewhat disappointed that there were no "complimentary" snacks, but if it's meant to kee fares low, I'm all for it. I'll bring my own then.

Pros: voucher for hotel
Cons: Sun Country flight was struck by lighting and was diverted. sun country was not helpful and was confused about theire own policies anddid not offer soIutions. This was a familiy get together I had to purchase a flight from delta that left the same time and was able to make the flight, but was rejected by Iceland Air because they had rebook me for the Sunday Flight without communication. I am disappointed in Sun Country as they did not relay the information that I purchase the flight from Delta that lands that same time. I am disappointed that I was not texted with any update as my email and phone number. I am sad because this was a day I lost wiith my family that I have not seen for years. This is time lost that cannot be returned.

Cons: First, it took an hour to board the plane. If you loaded back to front this could be alleviated. Then the seats are horrible. Hard, short seated and no room. Paid for a cold cheeseburger. What's up with that? Held on to garbage they refused to take until after we were supposed to prepare for landing and got yelled at to put my tray table up even I had just gotten rid of my garbage. It was rude since some other attendant had just refused to help me. Now I sit here getting gassed by them having opened up the back of the plane while we are still stuck on here.

Pros: We got a good deal from Frontier Airlines, and decided to try them out. I can say never will I do that again. Our flight was cancelled and they were awful to deal with, leaving us stranded in Orlando. I booked a flight with Sun Country and everything went smoothly with Sun Country. I even was interviewed by the news and told them that we were happy to be with Sun Country- so hopefully that gained you some more business. The crew at the ticket desk, the pilot, and all the flight staff was wonderful. They made an awful day so much better. I am very happy that we were able to find a flight back to Minneapolis with Sun Country. We will for sure fly Sun Country from now on.
Cons: Only negatives were having to pay for a checked bag and also the seats seemed more narrow then what we were used to. The arm rests didn't go up all the way, so that was slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, we were very pleased.

Cons: Everyone knows that traveling with a child is tough, but most of us have to do it. All the passengers were very empathetic and trying to help me entertain my child and the flight attendants on both flights to and from were so rude and judgmental with me. They made a tough flight so much more emotionally draining. They gave me looks, as I was walking my child (the only thing that made him happy) they'd say "Where's your seat??" and make us go back to our seat whenever we were up trying to get him to calm down. No turbulence or anything. It was a nightmare! I've used Delta in the past and they were so much more accommodating and helpful.

Cons: Couldn't check-in online due to unknown "server error". The guy at the airport said they had a system failure the previous night - no info on the site though, so we've lost 45 minutes retrying check in online. The plane itself was definetely not renovated for quite some time (the interior). Not too comfy seats, but had worse. Boarding was a bit unusual - they're splitting the passengeres to maaaaaany groups - military, no carry-on luggage, disabled, with kids, with carry on to put under the plane, first class and finally the regulars... Not sure if that actually speeds up the process, seems officious..

Pros: The seats were comfortable and the staff friendly.
Cons: A few complimentary snacks would have been helpful, as I started getting a headache from hunger. We sat in the Tarmac for an extra hour before we left. Also, some began-friendly options would have helped.

Cons: Went to check in online and the only seats that were supposedly available were "premium" seats with an upcharge. Obviously a scam to extort more money from their customers. Their app wouldn't allow me to check in otherwise, since I couldn't pick a seat without paying an upgrade fee. We called and waited an hour on the phone, then were told we had seats, but to get to the airport three hours early to pick seats. Got there three hours early and got our seats. This is why I'd rather drive most of the time. If I can drive it in less than 20 hours, I skip flying because it will take at least ten hours to fly by the time you factor in debacles like this, stops, and missed flights. Just not worth it.

Pros: Direct flight, the gate was close to the security checkpoint in terminal 4
Cons: This plane had an hour plus delay. I know these things happen, especially on flights later in the day, so it's not that the flight was delayed. The entire Sun Country staff was unacceptable. First, the airport staff wouldn't tell us when we were boarding or the updated departure time after the first delay. We ended up boarding 15 minutes after the posted departure time with no warning or notice. Once on the plane, the flight crew wouldn't give us a take off time (such as how many planes we were behind in line) or our arrival time in Minneapolis.

Pros: The San Francisco based crew and customer service was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.
Cons: On the return flight (out of their hub airport!), their online system failed so it didn't capture that we had prepaid both our checked bags nor our seat selection. When we arrived at the ticketing counter they were essentially accusational about the issue. We showed the confirmation page on our cell phone and even logged into our mobile banking app to show them and still had to argue about paying again. On top of that, they acknowledged the system was having issues and would do absolutely nothing to help us get seats together (my husband and I), let alone anywhere near what we had selected during the online check-in process (we paid extra for an aisle and middle towards the front of the plane, and they gave us two middle seats in the back of the cabin). There were four empty seats in first class, and they wouldn't even bump up a frequent flyer to give us seats together in coach. Not once did anyone apologize, ask how they could help, or just try to be helpful. Both "managers" were clearly poorly trained in handling these situations and defensive and dismissive (walking away while we were speaking). They didn't even offer a free meal voucher. Nothing was done to help rectify the situation. It was honestly shocking how terrible of an experience it was - no indication that they felt we were a paying customer. There were so many little things they could have done even without changing our seats that would have made the situation better. I will never fly this airline again, out of principle, and will absolutely share my experience with everyone I know. If someone from Sun Country reads this, the managers' names are Oniekey Brown and Jolynn Carpenter. I would suggest your management chain have a conversation with both of them and highly suggest training.

Pros: Nothing. The experience was awful
Cons: The flight got delayed by over 4 hours without explaination as to why. There was no one to ask at the counter. When I called the number they said the wait time was 30 mins to speak with a Rep. As I was waiting and automated system started talking, saying the reason you have a longer wait than expected time is because Sun Country is trying to incorporate new innovations. You're reaction might be it's crazy and you're right it is. After all this I waited quietly the rest of the evening. Came time for on boarding, the team was highly UNTRAINED. I watched them switched TWO mothers with infants from line tonline multiple times the lines got out of control people were literally jumping lines. No sense of leadership nor organization. Literally take this as a warning from someone who has had multiple bad experiences with the same airlines in the last year and half. I am done with Sun Country!

Cons: It was a pretty unpleasant ride, I arrived only to find that the size listed for carry-ons on their website was inaccurate se ended up having to check my bag at the gate for a 25$ fine and had to pay another 20$ on the way back. Really expensive especially for a college student who can barely afford it on top of the nearly 500$ ticket. Definitely not worth that especially if they scam you into paying for checked bags. I don't know if it was just this one flight but I don't plan on flying Sun Country again. Horrible experience.

Cons: Sharing a single gate with 3 airlines leaving at the same time is I'm sure not what anyone wants. Departing time was supposed to be at 1210, instead we took a bus to I think Mexico to board the plane then we taxied the plane all the way back to LAX and took off at 218 (well documented time). I was late for work so I was let go, my wife left me and took our 4 sort of intelligent kids with her. I'm just glad I could write this review before my phone services are shut down do to lack of funds. At the end of the day things could have been worse but I'll survive. "Just keep swimming"-Dory

Cons: Did not eat or have entertainment on the way over so you could say NA.

Pros: Sun Country has a system which promotes smooth boarding. First to board are for those with special needs requiring more time (families with kids, etc.), then the first class passengers, then those without carry-on, or who are willing to leave their carry-on as gate check, then for the first 10 rows, and then the back rows, and then everyone else. This seems to work fairly well since it minimizes jams associated with front row seating first, as well as seating those who have large carry-ons.
Cons: The only thing is that they should emphasize more that those who board first because they do not have carry-on, but just personal bags, should place those personal bags under the seat rather than use that to board first and then take up valuable space in the overhead compartment. I saw people board first claiming only personal bags, and then they would deposit their bags towards the front in overhead compartments, or they would just put their bags sideways in the overhead--taking up twice as much space as carryon bags going in lengthwise.

Pros: Customer service that includes reservations Mexico, Cancun gate agents, wheel chair persons MN, flight crew and ground agents, wheel chair person. We had to change our flight because wife became ill in Mexico. Sun Country made a difficult trip easy. We are so very grateful to all the employees we came in contact with. Sun Country is amazing. in our book. I looked around wondering if they were only treating us so well. No, they treated everyone well in Mexico. Thank You Sun Country

Pros: All of the staff from the ticketing agents to the flight crew were just wonderful. I just flew by myself with my infant son for the first time and it was far from traumatic thanks to the helpful crew.
Cons: I was a little bummed that after I had payed for my bag over the phone because I was scared I might be charged more if I payed at the airport (Spirit Airlines has left me leary of baggage fees), the lady at the ticketing counter informed me that because of my military status I was eligible for my first bag free, but unfortunately could not refund me. (I totally understood) However, knowing this now does make us even more likely to fly Sun Country in the future! Thanks, Sun Country, for supporting our troops and their families!

Cons: Flight was delayed 6 hours and didn't get home until Midnight on a sunday. They only offered a cheeseburger for a meal, and didn't have any other options for people with allergies like gluten free because they "ran out when serving the back first who got both a burger and side. When asking the flight attendant if there was any other option because of my allergy she rudly stated she had "a cheeseburger or a burger with cheese". We were not contacted about our flight until we were checking in at 10 am and the attendant at the airport said they knew at 7 am that the flight was delayed, we could have spent the whole day with our rental car checking out more sights but had already turned in our rental so couldn't go back.

Cons: Our flight was cancelled til 24 hours later. And then delayed two more times before we were able to fly out. Very frustrating experience

Cons: The customer service desk!

Pros: empty plane
Cons: food

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They didn’t even offer water to drink and came up and down at least 8 times to collect garbage. What garbage you haven’t offered us anything to throw out. They announced for their crew protection service may be slightly different if there is turbulence whatever

Pros: Crew was great.
Cons: Need better snacks on American.

Pros: The seats were comfortable
Cons: Everything was fine

Pros: The crew was very friendly as well as the pilot after we had landed. Also was nice they gave us each a little water in a plastic bag as well as a snack
Cons: Not much anything can be done to make a flight better with Covid. Masks have to be on, no drink options available anymore.

Pros: Everything was great. But the American Airlines can improve on not letting non-first class passengers use the restroom up front.
Cons: The food! Bring back real food please

Cons: My screen didn't work the whole flight. Cabin staff had to be asked 3 times for help and didn't respond at all to first call of bell. No check back to see if problem resolved. They allowed a man with 2 mask vents on the plane despite having said there not allowed.

Pros: Quick flight time even though we left late.
Cons: Needed larger plane. The passengers were smashed together in small seats.

Pros: Bags are no where to be found after landing 25 minutes ago

Pros: That the flight was a very reasonable price
Cons: The flight was packed there was no separation of people for the convir 19 the seats were very close together my knees were touching the seat in front of me

Pros: Great customer service
Cons: Nothing that I can address everything was good

Cons: No social distancing due to all of the seats being booked. My significant other was moved from her seat to another one across from me which was unfortunate.

Pros: Yes they were amazing and the seats were comfortable.

Pros: Everyone was well behaved.

Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Not operating in any way like there is a pandemic going on. Both overbooked flights. Put everybody too close together and then spouted a bunch of social distancing. All words no action. No sanitizer or wipes offered. No amenities.

Cons: Seat choice flexibility, but it was basic economy...

Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: Lots of empty seats... during covid/social distancing there should only be 2 ppl in a row especially if there is room...it was crowded and not consistent with signs posted saying stay 6 ft apart

Pros: Always a friendly crew
Cons: A slight delay that they could have been quicker to alert us of

Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Nothing really

Pros: crew was nice and friendly and the plane landed earlier than estimated.
Cons: Middle seat was occupied on my flight.

Pros: On time and great crew

Pros: The employees were friendly and helpful.
Cons: We haven't made it to Rochester as intended. It is covid time and our flight had mechanical difficulties. The airlines has provided vouchers for hotel and dinner.

Cons: Boarding slow

Pros: We didn’t crash and die. That’s the only positive.
Cons: Before we boarded I listened to a couple described how they always went ahead in line at boarding because no one ever stopped them. They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced.

Cons: As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment

Pros: I liked the room.
Cons: There was no entertainment. Could not get seats together.

Pros: Flight was comfortable and enjoyable. Entertainment was great lots of films to choose. Service by the flight crew was excellent
Cons: Nothing

Pros: This was a nighmare!
Cons: My flight Paris/London/Manchester?Chicago was the mos impleasant experience I ever had. On July the flight was schedule for 9...pm then delayed for two hours because of a fire, other passengers said, in London. At around 11pm, we were asked to line up for boarding. We stayed on line for an hour and fnally to be told the flight was cancelled. We were treated less than animals by British Airway. No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!!! No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!! We slept on benches at the airport. To be fair to you, I will not recommend British Airway to anyone.

Cons: American Airlines has terrible customer service. We were unable to board our flight at the Philadelphia airport because when we arrived (almost 2 hours before our flight) the ticket counter was already closed for the evening. No one from American Airlines could help us. We were left stranded at the ticket counter until it reopened at 3:15 am. We are very disappointed and disgusted with the poor service we received from American Airlines. After hearing multiple horror stories from others, it is safe to say we will never fly that airline again.

Cons: The vegetarian meal is always vegan, I miss the dairy :(

Pros: Good is that they sent you to Finnair to correct AA created break in service...why would they pay for it? AA is just an operator per itinerary! Why would you care if ppl get help with connections!
Cons: Checked in online on Finnair and automatically for the second connecting flight...and not the first -AA. So, had to check-in again for the first flight at the terminal. Board passes were printed 2 out of 3 by AA and both had errors - wrong gate for the first flight and no boarding info for the second connecting flight - just blank! AA did not provide connecting info until I found an unoccupied employee at the terminal and customer service lines were about 20 people in 2 locations I went to. The connecting info should be in the itinerary they said at customer service...nope, it was not there either!

Pros: Entertainment on screens
Cons: The gate agent made us starting in boarding group 6 out of 9 to check sizes of bags in the size box and she got into a verbal fight with another passenger. One guy told her she could board but the gate agent said no it didn't fit and she couldn't board. Then the agent claimed she had to gate check her bag and claimed there were no overhead spaces left. So everyone after that had to gate check. When I boarded there were at least 8 empty bins and I had not even gotten to my seat in row 22. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she want to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger.

Cons: A passenger caused a delay in security, and as I'm rushing for the gate, the agent closed the door and told me I couldn't board. She then marked me as a no-show, while she was standing right next front of her. I had to spend the next 4 hrs on the phone, trying to get my tickets sorted out. Then, upon arriving at Heathrow,... No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents.

Pros: The flight was quite emty and instead of packing everyone in the same area, we all had a row for ourselves which was very enjoyable. Flight crew was very nice
Cons: The interview by a British Airway agent before the flight. I have been to the USA many times and I totally understand this type of interview, but the agent was aggressive, asking questions that were totally irrelevant. She did not even care about why I was going to the USA or where I was staying. Se was rude and I was really unpleased by her attitude saying it was British Airways way off doing interviews. Again I have had many interviews before flying to the USA, never been a bad exerience before

Pros: Boarding and flight were on time.

Cons: My flight was delayed 4 times from Columbus to Chicago due to an ATC issue in Chicago. On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse.

Cons: Row 39 seat F extremely uncomfortable!!!!

Pros: The crew was fine
Cons: No open seats at all. Old cramped A319

Cons: Video entertainment did not work properly. Stewardess reset it but audio was totally garbled. I tried it with three different sets of earphones.

Pros: It got me on the way
Cons: An outlet and letting me get into Canada

Cons: More comfortable seats. More distance between passengers.

Cons: The boarding and social distancing being funny with the process

Pros: Everything

Pros: Very good and safe
Cons: Everything was great

Pros: Clean aircraft helpful staff

Cons: Smelled like pee for half time we were up and announcer was very annoying , she sounded like she is about to pass out , short of breath like she needs an ambulance. Statement about wearing masks was just too much... we get it - we wear masks.

Pros: I liked my seat
Cons: There was a stewardess that was very mean and not accommodating when I asked for a mask

Pros: Very organized and helpful. I felt safe.
Cons: Different types of snack. Nothing serious to complain about.

Pros: Yes

Pros: The crew was nice. When I finally arrived in Denver, Marlin in customer service was the only saving grace for United for me. When I asked for options for an earlier flight into Rapid City so I didn’t have to wait 24 hours and miss my visit with my sister, he looked at different hubs (Chicago, Minneapolis) to see if they had any available flights into Rapid, he checked for double bookings, and when he couldn’t find anything, he put me on the standby list for the first flight out in the morning and wrote down the flight information for all of the United flights from Denver for the following day. Marlin provided excellent customer service and was a huge credit to the company.
Cons: The flight was supposed to leave at 3:56 pm and didn’t leave until 7:30 pm. I would estimate at least 15-20 people missed connecting flights because of the delay. According to the United app, the delay initially started in Portland due to mechanical issues, which took over 3 hours. Then, there was a weather delay in San Francisco according to the gate agent - there was a ground hold and no planes were landing or flying out. At some point, I would think another plane would have been an option rather than delaying a flight for this long and disrupting holiday travel for so many people.

Cons: I paid $100 for an upgrade on a United which turned out to be the first row, and right beside the rest room (which was erroneously showing as occupied for the first 20 minutes). The traffic made it feel like I was sitting on a bench in Grand Central Station. I chose an aisle seat but ended up mysteriously in the middle seat. I had extra leg room but if I’d eaten the free 5 pretzels I wouldn’t have been able to fit it my seat any longer. The WiFi wasn’t working for the first hour of the flight. The flight attendant got really annoyed when we didn’t look up when he came by with beverages the first time. We all had headphones on and were looking at our personal screens. The activity by the rest room was constant so we didn’t notice it wasn’t just someone waiting for the loo. The luggage took so long to come out I thought my conference would be over before I got it. Overall, I thought it was bad and confirmed why I don’t fly United. Old, dingy planes, poor service. The pilot was pleasant and communicative so there was at least that...

Pros: For all the turbulence that we heard about, the flight was extremely smooth which I attribute to the pilot's skills
Cons: We kept on being told that there was going to be turbulence and that it would be too rocky to serve food/drinks - but there was limited turbulence and the flight was very smooth. There was also a delay in leaving as there was an extra bag in hold but they 'couldn't find it'.

Pros: The flight attendant was very sweet and helpful.
Cons: Every.single.time I take this flight we sit and wait for upwards of 30 minutes for someone to be available to park/unload the plane. The wait is so consistent it’s ridiculous.

Pros: That I eventually made it home.
Cons: Flight from Calgary to Denver delayed three and half hours. Informed of this delay thirty minutes before scheduled departure when our plane hadn’t even left Denver yet to head to Calgary. ( 2.5 hr flight) once finally made it to Denver was informed that we missed connecting flight to Boston. We were then informed since it’s for “weather” reasons earlier in the day that caused a sequence of delays they couldn’t accommodate us for hotel. We were given two “blankets” which were as thin as a sheet and each one bottle of water. Some other people around us received good voucherS. We did not. We walked around the airport for close to an hour looking for anyplace we could lay down and sleep. None were to be found. We tried to sleep on the floor but was so cold and uncomfortable I literally got sick to my stomach. Another fun thing added to mix. We were placed on another flight as 6 the next morning. After no sleeping at all we boarded our next flight Which was not a direct flight to Boston but would be from Denver to Newark then Newark to Boston. We were suppose to originally land in Boston at 0600 Monday. Instead we arrived at 1430 after getting zero sleep. My husband and I were also unable to sit together which was extra special for people around me because after not sleeping I continued to be sick to my stomach.

Pros: No problems to deal with
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Seats were comfortable, we were in first class. United provided a good selection of recent movies.
Cons: United stewardesses have little to no interest in their duties. Questions were clearly an annoyance to them. The leg of flight from Denver to Des Moines was very uncomfortable, seats much to tigh, no leg room. Gate staff in Denver were exceptional. United needs to revisit their time for loading. We preloaded, I had a broken leg, I was traveling with a special needs woman. We just reached our seats when other passengers were prodding us to sit so they could board no time to settle. Not impressed

Pros: Upgraded Business Economy was much nicer than regular Economy. The flight got in to Tampa early.
Cons: Bathroom not maintained during flight. Vomiting child seated behind us (which I know was not the airlines fault, it was gross though).

Pros: The flight attendants were so nice, and although our flight was delayed and hour and fifteen minutes and our layover was an hour and fifteen minutes, we were able to make our connection! Since our connection to Portland in Denver was the last flight of the night, they were able to hold it for us. This was wonderful because there weren’t many flights out that weren’t booked solid for the next day. The attendants on this flight were great about updating us with information for the connections and telling us when we would land in Denver.
Cons: The plane was delayed over an hour for cleaning. It was frustrating to say the least.

Cons: We waited an hour and a half for de-icing in Bozeman and I nearly missed a connecting flight in Denver

Pros: For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once.
Cons: Every time I fly to Denver, we land in one terminal and your connection is in another terminal that requires a train ride to get there. ,ayovers are short — generally barely an hour. If the flight is late you stand a very good chance of missing your connection, as I’m betting happened to over half the passengers on this flight. I was the lucky exception — this aircraft was actually the connecting flight too. Why can’t all United connections be in the same terminal? It makes no sense.

Pros: The flight was on time
Cons: This was a smaller plane (4 seats across). Knowing this, they didn't bring enough luggage carts, so they only brought some of the luggage to the baggage claim and didn't tell us this. 5-6 of us waited and waited and finally asked someone who told us that they had to go back to the plane to get the rest of the luggage. Those of us still waiting got to wait another half hour for our luggage. Talk all they want, United just can't seem to get it right. PS: those of us who had to wait were the ones who got to the San Antonio airport the earliest and thus our luggage was on the plane first.

Pros: Informative Gate Attendant Nice flight attendant
Cons: I couldn't take my computer bag on board and had to empty it because of the small space overhead. Bozeman airport was very nice. Easy to maneuver in the airport.

Cons: Way overcharge for 3rd bag -$150 for single relatively small bag!

Cons: Seats to small. But I am 6'3"" and my son traveling with me is 6'5".

Pros: Nothing about this airline.
Cons: The crew at the gate was really rude. Zero customer service. She raised her voice at us and another customer who was charged $50 for our carry on. Not only was the flight delayed for over 2 hours. We were not informed that we could not bring a carry on even when we were at the main entrance with an agent for over 30 mins when you entered the airport. All their staff needs new training everyone kept on giving us a different answer. We asked because of this delayed will our room be comp due to the fact we will be missing our connected flight. On the phone the agent said yes. When we got to the airport that agent said no. When we got on the plane that agent said no. When we landed in Denver that agent comp our room. We ended up booking a room making sure we had a place to stay at night. It created more work for us because we were trying to cancel our room took even more time. Definitely wanted to give United the benefit of the doubt that they were at least at the level of American Airlines. The last time we flew United it was delayed for 8 hours they ended up canceling the flight. When we called they said it was the weather and we told that agent it's mechanical issue because we are watching someone remove the engine. We will stick to American Airlines. Free entertainment.

Pros: free movies on the flight with the united app
Cons: The flight attendant was late delaying boarding 20 minutes. Once they started, people were lining up to board. This is a normal behavior however, there employee decided to stop boarding because she said people were crowding. she stop boarding for another 20 minutes. Now, this was a large flight and there wasn't enough room for everyone to stand off to the side. She was rude and there was no reason for this especially when the flight attendant was already late. The plane was delayed 45 minutes due to this

Pros: Nothing I won't be flying united again!
Cons: The lady at the gate when boarding was not friendly and was not willing to help us get seats together. I was traveling with my mother, husband and two infant children. And it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of her. She did not even tell us we could board early to get situated on plane! I also called earlier that morning and spoke with a man on he phone at united who told me he put us all in the same row. That was a lie bc when we checked in at the gate to get our seats the lady said no one was sitting next to each other! That lady was rude and short tempered! Awful experience will never fly again!!

Pros: On time. Comfortable

Pros: Good solid trip. No issues and went smooth. Your team Was good both ways.

Pros: Warm friendly competent staff.

Pros: smooth check in, effortless boarding
Cons: 1/3 of a soda can for a drink? Just give the clients a can for heaven's sake! too short a flight for much but the snacks are pretty tiny

Cons: Hard to sleep, turbulence

Cons: Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in.

Pros: Once flight began it ran quite smooth
Cons: I chose seats when I booked the tickets. So... Not quite sure how both myself and my partner didn't end up seated together, and both ended up in a middle seat sandwiched between 2 overweight people... Are you little people profiling to break up the overwhelming number of big people? another couple with 2 kids were also broken up into distant areas on the plane. I know everyone complains about so many things, and this wasn't the end of the world, but still, it's not ideal. The seating/etc seemed more disorganized than usual for this flight.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I'm usually a patient person, but my flight was supposed to leave at 525am and didn't leave until 730. This was the first flight in the morning. We boarded, waiting 30 minutes on the plane, they told us to get off because there were computer issues. Why wasn't that checked before everybody was boarded? Once we got on the plane we had to wait another 30 minutes for the crew to get someone's luggage from under the plane. Why wasn't that done while the computer was getting fixed? I didn't get to Denver until 1040am missed my flight and didn't get to get on my connection until 500pm. In the meantime I called to get on a different flight at 1, but the guy on the phone didn't actually book me a seat. The gate people weren't very nice.

Pros: On time

Pros: Smooth boarding. Friendly crew. Got us there on time, despite a late start That included a gate change.
Cons: Was asked to check my carry on bag, because the flight was full. Meaning they sold the seat I purchased for my wife (who was unable to make the flight). I did so, but when I looked in the overhead bin after the flight, it was empty. When we arrived in Denver, I waited at the baggage carousel, watched everyone pick up there bags, until there were only 5 or 6 bags going around. I then went to a counter behind the carousel and asked about my bag. I was only then told that my bag had been there the whole time I was waiting.

Pros: Great overall leg of the flight
Cons: No one working the ticket counter at check in for questions. Obviously understaffed!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The fact that we had a connecting flight to minot from Denver. Arrived late to Denver because of weather, but my stroller that I had left on the jetway in Seattle was never put on the plane which I didn't know until I got to minot. I was going to wait for it in denver, but I would have missed my flight to minot had I waited 5 more minutes. We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! And my connecting flight was even delayed an extra 55 min so I don't quite know where my things are.

Pros: The flight was smooth. And the wine was good.
Cons: I paid for 2 round trip tickets and because my son was not there for the first leg, they resold the seat. So they got my money and the other person's money for the same seat. I wanted both seats and paid for both seats. It is theft and should not be allowed. The flight attendant was extremely rude and dismissive. It is a poor practice. You could have at least asked first before rebooking the seat. At least have offered compensation or something. I probably would have said yes Anyway. It's the principle of the process being wrong to the consumer which only benefits the corporation.

Cons: My flight was scheduled to leave at 4:51 pm. I arrived at the airport 2 and a half hours before my flight was to leave and I read the departure board to see that the flight was delayed due to maintenance. Then I saw that it was delayed again because we were waiting for a flight coming in from the Bahamas. Well my flight didn't take off until about 7:30 pm. I arrived in Denver around 10:00 pm which made me miss my shuttle to the Springs. I am a diabetic and was in need of my medication so I needed to get home. I spent extra money to take a bus to downtown Denver and a grayhound bus to the springs and a cab to my home. So my trip cost my an extra $55.00 dollars I didn't have. I have always taken United but after this experience, I will never again take United.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Recently United decided to cancel all of their flights to Denver due to an April snow storm. United was the only company that chose to cancel rather than delay flights. Our flight was cancelled 24 hrs before any snow fell. Their solution was to offer us another flight over 72 hrs out. After spending 6 hrs on the phone with this company (not exaggerating) I feel entitled to say that this company holds zero accountability or concern for their customers. We had to spend an additional $500 to get to our destination last minute through JetBlue.
