Get to the airport early and be prepared to be flexible. Bozeman flights are often late getting started.

Never choose Seattle as a layover city. The airport routinely doesn’t have gates ready for incoming planes.

The Bozeman Airport has NO seating for spreading out. All the seats are simple chairs with armrests. If you have a delay or are trying to sleep while waiting, you will have to sit upright the whole time. There are also very few outlets. Again, if you’re delayed or spending extra time at BOZ and your phone battery is running low, good luck.

We were the only ones on the plane to Culebra, and left 24 minutes early. Flight was beautiful to boot!

Cape Air was great. Kayak was very poor. No ticket to print or explanation that they transferred to another service.

It was good. It was convenient and frequent enough to be a very useful flight to reach more regional hubs. I felt comfortable enough to sleep. During the flight but loved seeing the countryside when I was awake.

It’s less complicated from Culebra to SJU airport. Next time I will prefer to leave from Isla Grande airport to Culebra !!

10 seat Cesna. Equal parts transportation and adventure. 20 minute hop at 10000 feet and 160 mph, sitting 10 feet from the pilot. Panoramic views of the island. Very simple boarding, very low stress. VQS airport tiny, undeveloped. Highly recommended flight, Cape Air doing a great job here.

We traveled in a small Cesna so there was no food or entertainment. The pilot was excellent enjoy being able to see the places we were flying above. It was an OK flight.

Very smooth flight and landing. Pilot delivered his safety instruction in such a monotone that it wasn’t easily understandable. Words were said but he didn't communicate to us. If he was communicating to someone he cared about, he would have used inflection and other nuances of speaking. Virtually all emphasis was removed so it was just blah blah blah (really fast, like the end of a Pharma commercial)

My pilot on Cape Air was AMAZING!!!! I hoping that next time I fly I have him as my pilot. He made me feel safe and secure in his skills.

I so appreciate this service into and out of Glendive. Always a good experience with crew and support team.

It was not what I had expected but it was a great way to see the landscape.

great experience just at the end, we got in early and there wasn't anyone at the gate for 30 min so we had to just sit on the tarmac

onboard snack was pretzels, but the FA was super nice when my neighbor asked for cookies instead and also brought some for me. :)

I’m biased. I work at the airport and within these systems so I know how to be effective. On top of that part though everyone was friendly and helpful. Both legs of my trip were on time. My baggage was handled with care. Alaska’s part of my experience was top notch.

On time. .breakfast was especially good. First class service was special

See what I wrote in the previous section. This was a terrible experience. I would like refund.. I even paid an extra $70 for an aisle seat closer to the front to ensure that I got off early enough to catch the next flight. The fact that the plane did not wait, and even left eearlier, knowing that the first flight came in late, and was moved to a terminal three train stops away is appalling. My friend that flew JetBlue, their flight was delayed and came in later and the connecting flight WAITED for them. How is it that JetBlue could do that, and Alaska could not.

Hello, Our flight arrived late, and the flight we were to connect to the departure time was moved up. At first our flight was scheduled to arrive at 10:40, but it arrived at 10:56. Our connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 11:25, and it was moved to 11:20. Also the terminal was moved from N to S. N would have been in the same terminal as the one we arrived in-- to get to S we had to take 3 trains to get to. And when we arrived at the gate, around 11:15, they said the gate was closed and would not open it. We had come from a funeral in Boston, and the person that helped us get new tickets said, "did you come from a girsl trip?" No, we did not. We were coming from a funeral. This experience was not what we expected/wanted. My friend, because she had to run to S, got a migraine and turned pale. In addition, I paid an extra $70 for an aisle seat that was more upfront, to make sure I can get off the plane faster and make the connecting flight. The fact that the plane not only did not wait, but left earlier, is absolutely unacceptable. This was a terrible experience, and I hope that I can be refunded for this horrible experience.

Had to buy a snack box as I am gluten free. They should be free in extra comfort. Food they provided was awful. Not enough water stops.

A gentleman at the desk for my boarding from Seattle to Anchorage randomly selected me and told me they would need to check my carry-on despite having multiple lithium-ion batteries all of which were in communication devices essential for time in Alaska. There was ample overhead compartment space and I was lucky non of my equipment was damaged due to his unnecessary use of power. A quick check with the flight crew would have likely resulted in an answer that ample space remained allowing me to keep my personal and important items near by. I did lose WiFi twice and that detracted from my entertainment which I do not commonly use.

The seat on the plane out was broken and would not lean back. I have back problems and sitting up straight was hard on my lower back and caused pain for over half the flight. Since I paid extra for First Class so I would not have these issues. This needs to be addressed.

The TSA pre check with photo linked to Alaskan airlines was extremely fast & convenient.
