Get to the airport early and be prepared to be flexible. Bozeman flights are often late getting started.

The Bozeman Airport has NO seating for spreading out. All the seats are simple chairs with armrests. If you have a delay or are trying to sleep while waiting, you will have to sit upright the whole time. There are also very few outlets. Again, if you’re delayed or spending extra time at BOZ and your phone battery is running low, good luck.

Were on time, very efficient and pleasant. Families with children were treated well and boarded ahead which made it easier for the rest of the plane.

Flight was on time departure & arrival. Staff was efficient & attentive. Food was better than normal. Wish they had some sort of entertainment screens loke Delta. I would fly Alaska again though.

I truly can’t give a review regarding the food or entertainment it did not apply to my flight. But everything ran very smoothly.

Boarding was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Service of snacks and drinks by staff was outstanding.

No issues and clear sailing. What a preferred to have sat in one of empty seats other than my assigned seat that would be my only complaint if it was to complain.

Fight attendant excellent Food very good, not great Seats were stiff and uncomfortable Flight was overall very nice. Last three flights were burdened with miserably uncomfortable seats. Hard stiff no padding.

A TV Screen and movies would have been a great addition. The Alaska Terminal at JFK is TOO BIG!!! You need to go up and down 3 escalators to get to your gate and to baggage claim -- and all this while you are carrying your backpack, other bags, etc. I don't know what they were thinking. You can easily miss a flight if you don't add in at least 30 minuites to get to a gate.

Perpetually delayed, flight out was delayed almost 2 hours, flight home was delayed an hour and a half. On the way back no refreshments as an option, yet they gave it out to 1st class. No apology or notice of the delay going out both ways. Seats are nice feature wise, but the adjustable headrests don't stay up anymore. Feels more like a budget airline

Luggage was severely damaged. Flight was late for several hours

The internet was down, which made my work plans impossible while inflight.
