They were delayed. Told us we wouldn’t make our flight AND Lost our luggage. Still no word from them! And no easy way to talk to a human about where our luggage is.
Pros: "Boarding in Bozeman was good."
Cons: "Couldn’t hear the pilot at all, which was disconcerting through a pretty turbulent flight. Unclear about beverage service; some people seemed to get drinks but no one ever asked if we wanted anything. Finally the app did not work consistently for in-flight entertainment"
Pros: "The Captain was courteous and the flight itself was good."
Cons: "There was a barking dog on the flight that was very high pitched. The stewardess was not polite, kept repeating herself and her voice was like the teacher you never wanted to have. The WiFi did not work. We had to wait for a gate approximately 30 minutes when we reached DFW."

Cons: "I had selected seats thru justly.com. Paid extra. I was not given the seats I had selected. American Airlines refused to acknowledge the confirmation for seat assignments that I had received thru email from justfly.com and Finnair."

Cons: "They left me! I know I was a “runner” but they knew I was just already going through security and it’s only a 3 terminal airport! They even asked if there were any runners!"
Cons: "The temperature on the flight was super warm. I was uncomfortable. I was told that with Layover I would receive my check in bag for Hotel stay. the attendant took a discription of my luggage for other united employees to tell me it would take 3 hours to retrieve my luggage. They didn’t even try to look for it or help me. Then what’s the point of taking my discription down? Now I have to stay at a hotel with nothing on me. So ridiculous and rude."
Cons: "They boarded us in spite of the fact that the flight had been delayed 40 minutes. We were all getting alerts on our phones but were told to disregard it and board anyway. We then had to sit on the runway for 40+ minutes until we could take off. Since we were traveling with two small children, it would have been preferable to spend those extra 40 minutes in the terminal rather than on the plane."
Pros: "I find airline seats to be getting smaller, even though I have lost 5% of my mass. Perhaps it is my age. My chair at home is a prototype airline seat, designed by a Scandinavian."
Cons: "Entertainment on airlines is "meh" at best, but I prefer old movies. So I bring a book. Then the airline comes up with novel locations for the light switch. Airlines should remember that travelers have just had the "TSA experience.""
Pros: "Not the flights problem that I have sciatic issues and get very unconfortable, not going to lie I was more uncomfortable than I thought I’d be. Bathrooms were clean and staff was wonderful! Besides the long flight and my own back issues, great flight."

Cons: "Every.single.time I take this flight we sit and wait for upwards of 30 minutes for someone to be available to park/unload the plane. The wait is so consistent it’s ridiculous."
