There were over 6 flights assigned to the same baggage carousel. I think since we have to pay now for bags to be checked, I should have been compensated for NOT being able to take my bag onboard and for being forced to wait a very long time to retrieve it...exactly what I had hoped to avoid by carrying on."

Pros: "The purpose of our trip is to be in a wedding. The suitcase may ,or may not arrive in time. I was told it would be delivered to the Costa Verde Quepos, Manuel Antonio hotel. I will be without any clothes for at least two and a half days. Please help! My cell is 209-549-6276, but I don't know if it will work while I am in Costa Rica The suitcase tag number is 10-65-88"

I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport."

In this flight from Boston to LAX - I heard there were 80 Priority checking - are you kidding me. Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate."

They told us that the flight was full and no more food was available! When we asked for water, they did not bring water. I am not sure if they were out of water because the flight was full! That would be something! Bathrooms were not usable. Utterly dirty. My six-year old daughter refused to use the bathrooms. Water was flowing and the smell was horrible. They should clean that. I can go on but what is the point???"
