Pros: "The seat was really comfortable and I was able to sleep the whole flight with no disturbance"
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

Cons: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"
Pros: "Flight was on time."
Cons: "Food could have been much better in comparison with other airlines."
Cons: "Not much legroom."
Pros: "SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by atleast 45 mins and therefore had to rush at the CDG airport to catch the next flight."
Pros: "Boarding staff helpful with Disabilities; food services quick and pleasant; interior cabin temps appropriate."
Cons: "Why is boarding so prolonged? 1-Small children and elders cannot stand for 20/30 minutes 2-Why are various sections (particularly Economy), no longer boarded by rows. and from rear first...so people don’t clog aisles, step over others, injure or be injured by heavy overhead moves?"
Cons: "Because of change in plane..bad choice of seat for long legs of husband...then late in Atlanta and very late into DC"
Pros: "Everything was fine"
Pros: "Boarding this large plane went relatively quickly and orderly."
Cons: "Seats were tight and got a bit uncomfortable. This was a long flight. Could use a much better cushion."
Cons: "The food was the worst airline food I have ever been served. I could not eat it. This is very disappointing for an airline like AirFrance which usually serves very good meals."
Pros: "The crew was super friendly and always gave the feeling that they want the customers to feel comfortable and enjoy the flight. One of the crew members even offered me to move to an emergency exit seat (without me asking to move) because I am tall. Amazing!"
Cons: "CDG is a monster. The distances are long . The signage is poor and when I asked for directions the diirections I got were wrong."
Pros: "La entrada"
Cons: "El resto de cosas"
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "They loosed our reserved seats, our luggage, food was awful, ground staff was disrespectful."
Cons: "The flight was late, real late."
Cons: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"
Pros: "The service"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Nothing particular"
Cons: "Nothing particular"
Pros: "None"
Cons: "The airlines didn’t even notify the passengers with the connecting flight. As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."
Pros: "The crew was good and very good pilot's"
Cons: "No leg room between seats"
Pros: "Flight was only 50% full. Room to spread out."
Cons: "Leg room cramp. Flight arrived late as a result missed connection home."
Pros: "The price 50€ cheaper than the other operators. Quick flight. Kind crew."
Cons: "Lack organisation for checking. No difference if you have done the checking online. No breakfast on a 7am flight though included in the price."
Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful."
Cons: "We ordered a vegetarian meal. However, the vegetarian option offered to those who did not order a special meal looked better than the vegetarian option that we received."
Pros: "No issues, quick trip, friendly staff, comfortable ride..."
Pros: "Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost."
Cons: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."
Pros: "The flight attendant was very nice to me. TV was very good. space was enough ."
Cons: "We had to pay for wi fi."
Pros: "The fact that the plane made it to SFO"
Cons: "Downgrade without notice or consent separating family. Paid full fare for family to travel business class together. AF without our knowledge downgraded one member, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. They offered no compensation, no apology, and CDG ground crew was terribly rude. All anyone said was, nothing to be done, now please Leave"
Pros: "The service and food were excellent plane was clean."
Cons: "No entertainment system"
Pros: "The food was good."
Cons: "I feel comfortable flying when I can see out the window so don't force me to close my window shade. The flight attendants kept forcing me to close my shade. Also new planes would be nice. Sick of flying on outdated technology."
Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful."
Cons: "The food was really poor. The chicken was as dry as it can be. The food taste was poor. I flow 3 weeks ago with KLM and the food was pretty good for flight food. Plus I didn't get my baggage at the end."
Pros: "The food was good"
Cons: "The seats were terrible, the entertainment units were poor and staff was very reluctant to give proper service."
Pros: "Good entertainment selection, and staff all very friendly. Food was pretty mediocre - main course was nice but the breakfast especially left a lot to be desired."
Cons: "Delay over an hour"
Pros: "Space"
Cons: "Couldn't adjust the seat and the cushion wasn't comfortable neither seat or back. The bottom back was like a board across the bottom and hurts."
Pros: "The crew were pleasant and most served with a smile. When I was at the back to stretch my legs, one of the crew asked if I wanted coffee or tea since I was not able to get some sleep during the long flight."
Cons: "I thought the seat seems a bit short but the leg room is ok."
