I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.

We had a five hour layover in the way home from Colombia. I read the "bout your flight" email carefully before we checked bags. We had to go through security right at the gate. Almost lost our ground coffee because that airport only allows 16 ounce of coffee and we had 18. I've been to 48 countries and never heard of a coffee restriction. I can't follow a rule I don't know about. I requested they bring our coffee to our checked luggage. Instead tey gate checked our bag for free. Back to planning transfers in Dallas I guess
It was reasonably comfortable trip considering its duration (7 hours). Crew was very good and friendly, seats very more comfortable than other planes. Only negative comment would be that the bathroom light did not get its full brightness 🙃
Copa stranded us ans then tried to charge us thousands to leave Panama.
I was supposed to have a lay flat seat but they switched planes and there was only a chair

Flying with Air Canada is not pleasant at all. The plane is very old, meaning that there is no on board entertainment, the leg room is less, and it is dirty and in poor repair. To make matters worse, the crew was pleasant enough on my initial fight, but very rude on the return flight. Furthermore, the website advertises many amenities for international flights that are not honored when you were flying from the US to Canada even if your flight is five hours long. Even if you are willing to purchase food, they will likely not have over half of the advertised options available. In addition, you will pay twice the amount of a child’s order for an adult order of same item even though it is the same size as the children’s. It was just really bad on many levels I will try to avoid flying with Air Canada again at all costs
Terrible! Our flight was cancelled. No other nonstop flights available. Had to rent a car and drive 7 hours!
I really enjoyed the delicious food and the delicious breakfast; I also liked the seat—it was very comfortable—and the service was absolutely wonderful. The trip was smooth.
The food was awful. It had more than 2 hours delay. It was too expensive
They are offering less and less for more and more. They changed our seat that we paid extra to select at the last minute. The seats are way too narrow and my elbows went numb.
My original flight was canceled the day before due to mechanical issues. I had to rebook and spend $129 for a night at the airport Comfort Inn.

Delayed 2 and a half hours Middle seat next to a majorly overweight guy who took up most of my seat
