Too cramped up for the better seats I paid for.
I didn’t like my seat in my return flight from Montreal to Orlando at all; considering I paid extra for better seats. That middle seat was cramped up way too much.
Bad baggage and people management at boarding forcing me to dispatch my bad despite being the perfect size and respecting everything perfectly, whereas many did not and many free empty spots on the plane as usual… making me loose time and my planned bus at arrival to go to Geneva. Costing me 100 euros extra! So Brussels airlines needs to refund me
I never board the flight. My visa was delayed and when I tried calling Kayak, no one answer and I still have not heard from anyone.
The crew and the flight were excellent, the food might be better!

I have traveled to probably over a hundred locations worldwide, but had only one mixup of airport in Shanghai. Until Iceland and Stockholm. Reykjavik has 2 airports, Stockholm 4 (!). Please indicate clearly when a departure flight is scheduled from an aiport other than the international aiport. That would greatly reduce stress. Thanks
More than one hour detail with no explanation and no compensation
Enjoyed the A330 comfort, and the inseat entertainment. Horrible disembarking experience. No gate when we landed to sat on tarmac for 40 minutes, and missed my train.
Flying with Air Canada is not pleasant at all. The plane is very old, meaning that there is no on board entertainment, the leg room is less, and it is dirty and in poor repair. To make matters worse, the crew was pleasant enough on my initial fight, but very rude on the return flight. Furthermore, the website advertises many amenities for international flights that are not honored when you were flying from the US to Canada even if your flight is five hours long. Even if you are willing to purchase food, they will likely not have over half of the advertised options available. In addition, you will pay twice the amount of a child’s order for an adult order of same item even though it is the same size as the children’s. It was just really bad on many levels I will try to avoid flying with Air Canada again at all costs
Terrible! Our flight was cancelled. No other nonstop flights available. Had to rent a car and drive 7 hours!
I really enjoyed the delicious food and the delicious breakfast; I also liked the seat—it was very comfortable—and the service was absolutely wonderful. The trip was smooth.
The food was awful. It had more than 2 hours delay. It was too expensive
They are offering less and less for more and more. They changed our seat that we paid extra to select at the last minute. The seats are way too narrow and my elbows went numb.
My original flight was canceled the day before due to mechanical issues. I had to rebook and spend $129 for a night at the airport Comfort Inn.

lack of older, great films. Too many child-oriented films. Calculate your % of children passengers, which will be minor.
Delayed 2 and a half hours Middle seat next to a majorly overweight guy who took up most of my seat
