premium economy is expensive but worth it for the comfort and food on a long flight
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.
Food was not great. Small seating area for business class

Horrible, absolutely horrible. The airline overbooked the flight, did NOT assign seats and boarding was a hot mess with lots of confused passengers. There was no "large plane" gate for us, the 500+ passengers were squeezed in a small hold room area, and multiple busses had to shuttle us to the other side of the airfield, where boarding of the plane, that was parked on the ramp, took place in rain. The old plane had a broken seat, that the technicians tried to fix - with no success - resulting in a 50min delay. The flight attendant with heart shaped earnings with German flag was screaming on the passengers without a reason, was extremely rude and entitled the entire flight. The food was junk. I hope I don't have to fly United ever again.
The clerk at check in for my bags was very rude. My credit card was hacked during my vacation and she told me it was not possible to pay in cash for my bag. “You bought the cheapest ticket, you should have bought a ticket that included a bag. If you cannot pay with a credit card, we will not let you on this flight”. She spoke to her supervisor and then told me , I could ask other passengers, if they would use their credit card to check my bag. I had to beg 5 different people, till one agreed to use their credit card. I payed them cash of course. This was a very stressful and humiliating experience for me. I strongly suggest you build in some kind of provision for travelers who got robbed.
Terrific in every way. On time, professional staff, multiple movie options to select, great food and drink.
The entertainment system was not working, they tried restarting it couple of times but it did not fix it. We were told to contact Lufthansa costumer service after the flight for some kind of reimbursement. When costumer service was contacted I was told no reimbursement for entertainment system malfunction per policy.
The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
Service was excellent. Flight was only about half full, which meant we had tons of room to stretch out. Boarding area was nice and well organized, flight attendants were super friendly and attentive and we loved the 3 snacks!
The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
Lovely attentive staff and even though take off was a tiny bit late, the pilot landed us early in PHX. Smooth easy journey and good touchdown.
My screen didn't work for the first 9.5 hours of the flight. The crew could not resolve. I don't watch much media so I had been really excited to relax and watch a BBC special but couldn't. Then I tried to use the online streaming on my devices - that never worked but I do have about 7 charges on my credit card that I now have to dispute with BA. Pretty annoying. Also, they ran out of meals and they served meals that had a serve by date of 1/26. But the staff were all very friendly and helpful when they could help.
Would like to see clean bathrooms, especially the bathroom by the end of the crew flight the cleanest not the bestest thank you
There was an older steward, he is top notch. He is very attentive at the passengers. I do not know his name. Thank you to him.
Overall, it was basically good. No serious complaints on my end.
I love my flight from Munich to San Diego — highly recommend British Airways.
Delayed due to a technical fault, one small bottle of water, no USB charging point Not much to like
My bag is still in Munich. There was no communication and then a long line at customer service. I waited for my bag, missing all my trains and had to take a £130 taxi to get home by 2 am.
The flight got delayed. poor food service. Just peanuts for international flight ? Please give coffee, cookies or something else as well. Very disappointed with British Airways.
