Cons: "Fare is confusing on purpose, despite paying higher fare for premium l, you had to pay for snacks. Model is terrible and makes you feel taken advantage of after flying."
Pros: "I have a problem w my right leg so I made sure to pay for an aisle seat for the long flight At my aisle seat the earphone jack was broken so had to leave my paid aisle seat for a middle seat At departure gate they reweighed my cabin luggage even though it had been weighed and got clearance tag at check in Unnecessary and inefficient and unpleasant"

Which meant I had to apply for a refund through the ADR. Disappointing handling at the airport. Very unsupportive. This was a shame as the flight itself was excellent. Comfortable and great in flight entertainment."

For future reference, Norwegian Airlines is essentially Spirit Airlines with more legroom."

The cabin staff was very friendly and attentive. The plane was modern and fairly quiet in flight. The video screens are large and of high quality, and I liked that the documentary movie "Anselm" was available for watching.

The flight from Saskatoon to Calgary was canceled by WestJet due to the airline strike. Condor, as the main operator, did not inform us. We found out that information just when we arrived at Saskatoon airport. Fortunately, we had enough time to drive to Calgary airport and catch the flight to Frankfurt. We couldn’t claim compensation for the missing flight because nobody takes responsibility for this situation. When we tried to contact BudgetAir, they redirected us to Condor, and Condor redirected us to WestJet. WestJet keeps saying that they are not responsible for the ticket that was bought from a third-party company.

Because of luggage I had to upgrade to premium economy , which was worth it!

Every thing was fine. The food was lack luster especially after leaving from Italy.

Very good except for the screaming 5 year old that was allowed to yell and scream whenever he wanted too! The mom obviously had no concept of “inside voices”!

I will never fly thru Frankfurt again I read it was bad changing plane but in my case complete nightmare

The flight was VERY delayed making what would have been a long layover in NYC into a mad rush to catch my connection. Other than that it was good.

A bigger plane would be more comfortable. We were bouncing off the ground before even lifting into the air, scary!

The seats are too close to the ones in front.

The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.

Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.

The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .

Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.

It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.
