Ridiculous boarding. Enter the gate, walk down a staircase with bags, exit a building, get on a crowded bus, dropped off a few meters away from the aircraft, walk with bags to another set of stairs to board the aircraft. And all that during a pouring down rain, and with children. Ridiculous!!!

Ok. Get a different kosher caterer. The food was odd.

Lost luggage, they need a baggage service representative available all times in Atlanta

I learned that seating towards the end of plane that a line forms for the restroom and people use your chair as a hand railing, bumping your seat consistently. I was seated in the aisle. I think that next time if I am towards the back row I would want to sit in the middle or window seat.

Boarding seemed to be organized bedlam. For what ever reason, preboarding took longer than 20 minutes. Made the plane 20 minutes late taking off. Luckily we arrived on time. Flight crew seemed very friendly. Only slight turbulence.

The crew was fantastic. They were there whenever we needed. The wifi didn’t work which was brutal on an 11 hour flight. The onboard entertainment was boring. Nothing of interest

The personnel were professional and friendly. The Boeing 737 Max 9 is too claustrophobic and was very warm at both airport gates, and still warm in the air.

Electric plugs didn't work. Entertainment system wasn't working

The design of the light switch on the arm rest is ridiculous.
