Cons: "Checking, boarding and overall experience"

Pros: "Not a lot. Just that the departure was on time."
Cons: "This Business-class seat is a proper rip-off. The only difference from Economy is the in-between seat is not used. No extra leg room whatsoever. Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years"."

I nearly had to push old ladies out of the way to make connection. Very stressful and left headphones in haste to make flight. Not an enjoyable experience."

The check in Staff Mr. Gaurav at India airport was rude and over smart while talking to me, he pretended he was busy , but who is FREE in this world. Poor experience at the time of check in. and yes Thanks to Sonam who walked extra mile to talk to customer care of british airways and resolved for my ticket. Finally I could board. Even if ticket was suspended why it was not informed me to take any pro active action, why I had to wait in long queue to know that my ticket was suspende, IS IT NOT RESPONSIBILITY OF BA ???"

Pros: "The flight was nice and smooth and I felt very safe the whole time. Sitting that close to strangers for 6 hours is simply annoying and uncomfortable. One would not stop talking to me even though I had ear plugs in and my eyes closed(it was an overnight flight), and the other took up a lot of space. I guess that's not the airlines fault but it would be nice if international flights were more spacious without costing a small fortune."

Pros: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Cons: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Cons: "They sent an email with security requirements regarding electronics saying they can only be carried in checked in luggage and at the airport refused to accept any electronics in carry on or checked in."

Because of the long rebooking line, I missed multiple other potential alternative flights that day and had to spend an unscheduled night in the suburbs of Glasgow. Had rebooking been more efficient, I could have returned home the day scheduled. Very disappointed."

Pros: "The crew on the plane was super nice. They tried their best to keep us entertained, and hydrated in a hot environment"
Cons: "The plane didn't leave OMA gate for over an hour. A repair needed to be made, and there was a huge long delay in getting a hold of maintenance to fix it. Then there were problems with the fix. Once it was finally fixed, the paperwork had a mess up. We didn't leave until at least 2:52 pm. Then, when we landed, the elevator for the luggage that was valeted stopped working for 4 minutes. I was nearly late to my connection to Paris. Instead of a 1 hr 55 min layover in DFW, I had 7 minutes from the time I finally got my suitcase to the time I got to the other terminal to board."

Cons: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."

Cons: "The tray was very dirty and obviously had not been disinfected from the previous flight. So I brought it to the attention of one of the crew members, and I felt like she made fun of me in front of other passengers for not liking my tray dirty; and she got a little paper towel for serving, wet it with a bottled water, and wiped my tray quickly. Not hygienic at all and not a word of apology. AIR FRANCE is so much better when it comes to customer service! Also I did not like the constant interruption on the speakers, very loud in my headsets and difficult to watch a movie on tiny screens. The crew members seemed very bossy and uncaring, if not actually rude."

Cons: "I never received my luggage. I waited hours and Swissport never filed a report. I did see the Brussels flight I should have gone on did depart late. But as I was waiting for luggage and they gave me a hotel room I hadn’t checked the screen. I was most concerned of the person travelling to pick me up in Bordeaux as it is a journey for them as well"

Cons: "My itinerary said I fly on Brussels Airlines on a specific flight number. I went to the international terminal to discover it is not there. I then asked multiple aiport staff members if they heard of Brussels Airlines and they said they did not. One person said it may be terminal 1, so I went there based on very little information and with hopes it would be there. I got to terminal 1 to discover there is no Brussels Airlines. I walked to Lufthansa because my return flight is through them, but it was not there either. At this point I have 45 min to make it through security and board, and no one can tell me where Brussels Airlines is. The good news is the flight was delayed, and I got an email from United Airlines with the flight status. This is the first time I was contacted by United and there was a completly different flight number than the itinerary. United should be more clear on the airline and terminal information for international flights!"

No boarding announcement and the "gate" was under construction so was a madhouse to board. 3. The crew member put her sweater in my food and pushed the coffee so hard to the person next to me it spilled all over him. To be fair she did apologize for throwing coffee on him. 4. The TV screens were so old you had to push the "touch" screen so your headrest kept moving if the person behind you couldn't decided what to watch... and then hard to watch anything yourself. The food was nasty."
